Cozy single storey house, 350 meters from the sea of Jurerê Internacional,
Located at Rua dos Arenques, Jurerê Internacional, next to Avenida Búzios.
It has swimming pool, barbecue and a beautiful lawn garden in front of the house.
It has 4 bedrooms all with split air conditioning, 2 suites, orthobom box beds, large living and dining room with high ceilings, split air conditioning, 2 sofa beds, full kitchen with new appliances (side by side refrigerator, stove ), crockery, cutlery, etc.
Open balcony with armchairs and hammocks overlooking the garden.
Bedrooms have closets.
2 TV's, one being 40 inches.
Wireless internet (wifi) 30 megs.
Net cable tv.
Apple TV
Netflix.
It has swimming pool, barbecue, garden with grass, tree and swing for children.
It has 2 parking spaces and parking for 2 cars
Laundry area with washing machine.
Adult and children's bicycles.
The house is ideal for families with children as it is single storey and has no stairs. We have a kids kitchen.
Baby carriage, crib, bath and changing table.
We also have a canvas pool cover to use to prevent accidents with children.
Chairs, umbrella and cart for beach.
The house is close to the Fruit Tree Grove which has several varieties of native trees, Valentine's walk, Donna restaurants, La Serena (former Taiko), P-12, Café de La Musique and Open shopping (restaurants, snack bars, pharmacy , shops, little square for children).
Safe, guarded and very nice place.
We rent in low season and Ironman.

Near Jurerê Internacional Beach there are Daniela Beach and Praia do Forte, and the latter can be accessed on foot, passing by the Fort of São José da Ponta Grossa built from 1740.
