King beds can be found in all 3 bedrooms and the sofa can be pulled out into a queen. Comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains result in a good night's sleep. Was looking for a place near the lake so we could just go out in the boat all day and chill and meet up with some friends at another resort; this worked perfectly. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and enough room around the dinner table to eat together.

The pictures of Aunt Carol's condo do not do it justice. It is very well stocked with necessities, and was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. Aunt Carol is proactive in communications which made the stay easy and convenient. We would certainly return again to this condo.

Nestled into a cove on Table Rock Lake is a gated community that makes you feel secure. The condos are complete with tennis courts, swimming pools, and a marina. You have the option of bringing a boat, and there is outside boat storage that is a short distance away. The view is spectacular, after a short walk down to the dock. On both mornings of my walk down to the dock, the water was like glass and perfect for skiing. This marina does not rent boats. Carol was a jewel in communication. She informed us on every aspect of renting the condo from beginning to end. When we left on our trip, we had no questions about her condo. The images online were exactly what she posted. We had a family of six, and the three king bedrooms were a delight. Two bedrooms had their own bathroom. Plus, there was a third bathroom for general usage. We didn't have to compete for bathroom time. In addition, there was a sofa bed. Every amenity was attended to from soaps in the bathroom to cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. It was well prepared. Even though, we weren't at the condo most of the time, except early in the morning, there was a small closed in balcony off of the living room. Games and a tv with videos to watch was another plus. I highly recommend this property and would be one I would visit again.

Extremely pleased with our condo stay. We had 3 couples and it was great to find a 3 BR Condo with 3 King Beds. One of our couples are very picky about cleanliness and I can say this Condo past her detailed inspection. Appreciate the large size and the 3 separate bathrooms. I definitely would rate this condo a 10+ and would stay there again. Only suggestion, I like my room to be dark at night. Blinds did a pretty good, but a porch light was lite on the walkway and some light filtered through. Although it didn't bother my wife. Suggestion, curtains, along with the blinds. Thanks Aunt Carol for making our Branson trip spectacular!

The property was nice and just what we needed for our weekend getaway. The decor was slightly dated and we had to do wash towels and start the drying process prior to checkout which was a little challenging.. The three king size beds with each having a bathroom was the selling point for us. It worked out great for us.

The condo is in a nice complex next to the boat ramp at Table Rock Lake. Next door is a pool and up the hill are tennis courts. There are 3 comfortable king size beds and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has been cared for quite well and Carol is very friendly and super easy to work with!

The place was great. Lots of room for the whole family. We didn't use the tv's a lot since we were on vacation but we do wish there were more channel options for the times when we were winding down and such, to help entertain the kids. Beach towels would have been a very nice addition too. They are usually included in our Branson vacation rentals so we didn't bring any and had to use the few bath towels for pool/lake trips. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Overall, it was clean and maintained.

This condo was absolutely great. Just as described. Clean, nice, and in a great neighborhood. Far enough away from the strip to be peaceful and quiet but certainly close enough to be convenient. My family and I always go to Table Rock for vacation every year with our boat and Aunt Carols condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed. With 3 King beds and 3 baths we all had our own space. Everything was clean, awesome decor and the beds were so comfortable! To top it off we had our own boat slip and anplace to take the trailer for storage. Perfect!! I will definately stay again. Aunt Carol responds to your messages immediately and is great communicating with. I definately recommend her place for vacation.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 for a week and my sister's family of 4 stopped in for a visit. We brought our boat and had a wonderful time on Table Rock Lake. The pool at the condo was nice and clean. Was about 20-25 minutes from Branson's entertainment where we went to Silver Dollar City, Dolly Parton's Stampede and the movies one rainy afternoon. "Aunt Carol" left very detailed instructions and there was no confusion though out my stay. She was also very accommodating for a special request.

Aunt Carol was super nice and the condo was CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN. I loved the layout. Would have wished for a better view off the porch area but ended up not being in the condo much during the day anyway. Couple of little things could be improved upon... The only working clock in the condo was the microwave and there was no pancake turner. Neither of which effected our stay. We were very happy with the space, the cleanliness, the supplies. We will rent again.

Was a very nice condo, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms very nice with 3 comfortable king beds. Nice to have 3 bathrooms too. On the top floor so nobody is above you and feels very spacious. Close to all our activities and easy drive to Kanakuk camp. We loved having the boat slip for our fishing boat! Thank you Carol for sharing your wonderful condo!

Our family had a wonderful time at Aunt Carols condo. The property had everything needed to feel at home during our vacation and the cleaning folks take great care of the place. The location is probably the most scenic portion of the lake with easy access to the State marina for boat fuel or Hollister to get anything from a quick bite or groceries. We plan to be back next time we come for a visit!

Mike husband and I along with our daughter and family from Iowa and our son and his girlfriend from Louisiana stayed over the Easter weekend. It was a great place that was able to accommodate us all and yet still give everybody their own privacy by having 3 bedrooms and 3 bath. We also enjoyed the fact that it had a table that was large enough for meals, and a tv with DVD for our little girls to enjoy their movies. We will definitely consider this place again, since it is a 1/2 way meeting spot for us all.

This property was beautiful !! The condo was stocked with everything, I mean everything, we could possibly ask for. The rooms were clean, everything was so neat and in order. The lake was wonderful and the people at the marina were most helpful. We did cut our stay short but only because one of us (not me) was homesick...Def. would recommend this to everyone.
