It’s a great Hotel, with a good access for public transportation, looking forward to book it again.

Location near MTR station and HK Tramways. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. Aircon works very well. Nice hot shower. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful.

The table was too small for working. The Refrigerator was not cooling properly. No hand soap and toilet brush in the bathroom.

We had a comfortable stay and the eateries around there are very good!

The hotel location is very convenient to the Wanchai MTR. The room is clean & tidy but a bit small.

It's time for upgrade of the facilities. The hotel has seen its glorious day!

Old hotel with a great location

The location of this hotel is very good. It is about 5 steps from Exit C of Wan Chai MTR station.

This is an old hotel. Although the room and the bed are clean, the furniture inside the room is old and the walls are thin. You could hear doors closing and your neighbors talking, which can be disruptive to your sleep.

amazing location- central and next to the underground station. near lots of shops and restaurants.

twin room sharing with a friend. the bathroom had glass walls and a blind which didn't cover the whole wall so there was little privacy! Room felt damp.

Good value for Hong Kong

I was on the 23rd floor facing the park. No traffic noise. Pleasant sunlight and view. Shower walked well and bathroom had shower stall, versus just a sprayer. Right next to subway station two stops away from Central although where to find the subway elevator was not obvious. There is a lobby which had no windows but has some couches and the front desk I liked the mochi bread place around the corner. Cash only.

Had difficulty catching a taxi for a short ride Cannot catch taxis where there are yellow lines. Be careful about crossing the major road if you just got off the plane from a country that drives on the other side of the road. The double bed was big enough for one person but I don’t remember if it is normal width compared to double bed in America To buy food and go to 7 Eleven I generally walked up the hill although there are some choices on the road nearby if you don’t want to walk uphill I didn’t have a problem with noise from other rooms but some reviewers did Price goes up a lot on weekends

Location close to Exhibition Centre, many restaurants /dining options and bars close by.

Bed linen was changed only once during my 5 night stay, that after 2 reminders. Room design and toilets very cramped.

Great convenient place

Its location is fantastic, in central Wan Chai, walking distance to many attractions. MTR entrance is 20m away from hotel. Many pubs / restaurants nearby. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip.

The safe and the telephone were not working. There was a lot of dirt under the bed, looked like they hadn’t cleaned there for ages.

Pleasant

Big shower. Enough hot water. Showerhead is detachable. Wall of the bathroom is transparant. The height of the curtains in the bathroom is adjustable till the height of the sink.

Our room did not get cleaned, even though we hanged the "clean up this room" sign in front of our door. There is not enough space to place stuff near the sink. The shower head was loose and could not maintain its own position. The cups were not clean as there were stains on them.
