Pros: House and property are very large. Had a group of 11 and all had large adult bedrooms. Property views are bucolic. Outdoor pool, hot tub and fireplace are great. Weather prevented us from using pool. Owner supplied wood for the fireplace. Property is near many wineries and distilleries which we visited for a 60th birthday. Indoor kitchen/dining are spacious. Cons: House needs updating, photos don't show the maintenance issues, knobs missing, drawers not working, etc. Owner lives on site and left clothes on washer/dryer which was strange. Overall, would rent again if I didn't have to pay for itself all by myself.

The overall stay was wonderful and peaceful! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved the pool and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. My only cons are the stove was horrible and needs special cleaning at this point. The place could use better cleaning. I would definitely stay here again!

A few friends and I stayed here for a weekend and it was beautiful. It's in a great location, quiet and bucolic but a grocery store is only 10 minutes away. It's a very hospitable and well-equipped house and Christopher was a communicative host.

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The area is beautiful and the house is amazing. Chris was a perfect host, replying quickly for anything we needed but leaving us alone otherwise. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return for another stay someday!

Pros: - attentive and kind owner - clean bathrooms and linens Cons: - condition of the house generally needs quite a few repairs and a deep cleaning - 6th bedroom was unusable because of the weak a/c unit - outdoor pool was nice but parts were decaying

House has a great layout for larger groups, all room were spacious, nice pool and view. The 3rd floor is nice with work out equipment, dedicated bathroom. Many local places to catch a view, visit winery's etc. However, there are a few minor things to note that may impact your stay. The master bedroom is amazing, the shower was really nice but unable to adjust the hot temp. The bed was very uncomfortable on one side, seems worn and needs to be replaced. House has a mix of window units and central air, one bedroom had no window unit and remained warm at night. The AC on third floor broke, the owner did advise he will be replacing. Limited closet and draw space as they were already occupied with clothing and household items. House could use a handyman's touch and deeper cleaning.

Our family enjoyed this large beautiful home. We had 12 in our group and 5 were kids 15 to 4 years old . When I needed a quiet place the front porch was great for that . It has plenty of room to sit and relax . Our family spent most of our time in the well stocked kitchen. Our grandkids loved the pool and spent everyday swimming . The owner was fantastic he stopped by to help us with the tv . It was nice to know if there was a problem he was a text away and WOULD RESPOND! Great place we loved it ❤️

The house sat on a picturesque, amazing piece of property with rolling lawns, rows of pine trees and amazing sunsets. The pool was right out the back door and was clean with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, a hot tub and a long table to eat meals with at least 10 chairs. The rooms are big with plenty of towels, dishes and comfy places to read, play games, relax and enjoy the views. The house could use a handyman to repair towel bars and knobs that have loosened or fallen off but our family of 10 felt right at home!

We really enjoyed our week at this home. Chris (owner) is so easy going and was a pleasure to work with. Of course there were things that could’ve been improved… For example: there were no shades on the windows in the bedrooms, only AC units in some of the bedrooms, and certain things throughout the house needed a little TLC.. but no place is going to be perfect. We were with our entire family including 4 kids and 2 dogs, so honestly, the fact that the house was NOT perfect was somewhat comforting. We chose that house mainly because of the pool and it was exactly what we wanted. The pool was well maintained through a service a couple of times a week. It was beautiful and relaxing. The location of the property is close to the center of town (approx 12 mins ), close to the winery and only 20 mins from a Mountain Creek!! The kids were thrilled! Overall.. we made ourselves at home the second we stepped foot into the house and would definitely book again!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we didn't want to go far and were excited to find this Warwick house for a getaway. It was above budget, but we needed a break and a refresh. Unfortunately, this trip left us beyond disappointed and frustrated. SEVERAL SAFETY HAZARDS - Staircase had loose spindles as well as two additional spindles set out on the side in the living room area. They were extremely dangerous as we have a four-year-old who was walking down using the handrail and spindles. The ones not attached to the staircase were sharp and heavy. There was a large hole in the wall, which the owner tried to cover with a plant. However, it was quite visible and our daughter stuck her hand through it. When we asked about it, we were told it was there to enhance the Sonos sound system. It was not covered or patched up at all. There was a closet with broken glass: in the master bedroom, there was a sliding closet door with broken glass. We had to have the children stay out of there in case any of it fell from the top. Screws, nails, and other sharp objects all around. This was a MAJOR safety issue as this is supposed to be a family friendly home. The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The house should have been properly cleaned, ESPECIALLY during this COVID-19 pandemic that we are going through. We have several photos documenting dirt, red stains (was it blood? was it nailpolish?), splash liquids on the walls, filthy windows, cobwebs, filthy doorknobs, a puddle of murky water in the master shower, dirt in the master bath (which we had to clean in order to bathe our daughter). We of course paid the cleaning fee when booking this property, but why wasn't it thoroughly cleaned for us? Cobwebs and insects were everywhere, the pool was filthy, the air conditioning was not working properly, the grill was extremely dirty, lights in the kitchen blew out; one ceiling fan did not work, and the list goes on. Nice property manager, but the owners really didn't care much. There are so many other properties in the area. If you want a safe place for you and your family, look elsewhere.

We wanted a family vacation where we didn’t have to leave the property. This house was big enough for 9 of us with 3 young children. Great pool!! Very family friendly. Not worried about the kids touching or breaking anything.
