🌴Top Floor 4 BR/4 BA Ocean View Villa🌴 Amazing views of Ocean Isle Beach! FAMILY TIDES VILLA is the perfect rental for family and friends who love Ocean Isle Beach as much as we do. This 1700 square foot villa has a spectacular view of the ocean and waterway, and is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! The open floor plan provides tons of space for your family and friends to enjoy time away at the beach!

You can leave behind the worries of the mainland, as you begin your time away at our favorite place to unwind. We have tried to think of everything you might need to relax and have a great vacation. Our villa is comfortably furnished, clean and welcoming.

Our condo is located in the secluded West End of Ocean Isle Beach in Islander Resort. Our TOP FLOOR villa features a panoramic view of the island. You will enjoy a 180 degree view of the intercoastal waterway and marsh, the island, and the ocean. Enjoy two decks, front and back, great for entertaining or just hanging out with cold drinks and good friends. And, since it is the top floor, there are no footsteps or sounds from overhead!

Wake up peacefully to morning sun bathing the main deck in beautiful light. Open the doors to the deck and listen to the ocean waves and birds as they play around the lagoon. In the evening, the same deck will provide shade as you enjoy time with friends and family or reading a favorite book. Let nature become your timekeeper as the tides come and go.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa will sleep 10 comfortably, and up to 12. Two primary bedrooms are equipped with King size beds. The two remaining bedrooms sleep 3 people each, one with both a Queen and a Twin size bed, the other with 2 Twin beds and a pullout trundle. All rooms feature their own ensuite bathroom. For that extra guest, the living room sofa has a double-size pull out.

Our kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining area includes a large dining table seating 8, and breakfast bar seating for 4. Additional amenities include a smart TV in the living room with DVD and surround sound. Each bedroom has its own tv. There is a large capacity washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and high speed wireless internet.

The uncrowded beach is a short walk from the villa. Included with your rental is access to nearby members-only oceanfront pool with kiddie pool and hot tub, tiki bar, and restaurant. Tennis courts are located steps away from the villa. The building has an elevator for easy access, and parking for up to 3 cars, with overflow parking close by.

For your enjoyment and ease, we offer a 6 seat golf cart rental at an additional charge of $375, less than the price of local rentals. We will rent to responsible drivers over the age of 25 who supply us with proof of insurance and copies of their drivers license.

Beach towels are provided with the villa, we just ask that you launder them before you leave. We suggest Care Linen Service for your linen needs. You can place your order online at www.carelinenservice.com .

We will allow a dog, up to 40 pounds, with pet fee, $200, and pet agreement.

Ocean Isle Beach is conveniently located less than an hour from Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. It is a jewel of the NC coastline, ready to greet you with great restaurants, friendly faces, a slower pace, and sparkling ocean. Very much enjoyed our stay in Family Tides. The beach was a short walk, and the golf cart was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with various cooking tools and ample storage. The house was clean with good sized rooms and bathrooms. Had plenty of room with 10 people to spread out. Loved the sunsets we could watch from the back deck. The owner was very friendly, and answered emails quickly. It was beautiful, and I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was great!!! The description doesn't do it justice. We've stayed at various places the last 10 years.. They were good too, but not as good as this one. The open floor plan between the kitchen and living area.. Perfect. Views of the ocean and waterway... Awesome. Everyone in the party did not have one negative thing to say and there were 10 of us... We hope to book it again next year if it's available. Communication with the owner was spot on.. Had a question and contacted them they the app and they responded in less than 5 minutes.. Can't get any better than that.

The condo was perfect. Clean and well stocked kitchen made for an ideal week reading a book, walking on the beach and enjoying the great view. The small details, (labeled switches/remotes,welcome basket), were very much appreciated. We also enjoyed the golf cart. We would definitely stay again.

Family Tides is a great condo. We have stayed in many beach houses and condos and this is one of our favorites. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed since we cooked a lot. The views from the deck were beautiful and peaceful. There is good seating for a family in the living room and the large kitchen table accommodated us for many game nights. There are so many little touches; labeled light switches and remotes, and the starter basket to name a few. We had a very relaxing time.

This property is beautiful and the owners are wonderful people to work with!! We needed their assistance a couple times during our stay, and they were very prompt and kind. The views are great and the condo is immaculate! The pool and beach access are right there together, which is nice to be able to go back and fourth easily. Having an elevator was a wonderful feature too!! The Pickle Ball courts are right there which made the younger ones happy. And having access to a golf cart is always a plus! You cant go wrong with this property

We enjoyed the condo very much, loved all the bathrooms. We prepared a lot of meals in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck, as a family. The views of the different water ways were great. Loved the turtles! The golf cart made for an easy trip to the beach.

This rental was everything and more! The description is true, it’s clean, up to date on furnishings and provided a nice relaxing space to rest ourselves at night. The grandkids loved getting their own rooms. The kitchen was stocked with all of our kitchen needs. We were able to cook with ease. The grandkids loved the turtles and fish in the body of water beside the condo. Overall the grandkids say it’s their best vacation yet!!!

We loved this property! The layout was perfect for us to spread out and have privacy while also providing great areas for gatherings. The view off of the deck is gorgeous and we loved all of the wildlife in the waters below. The area in general is pretty quiet and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!

We chose this location for a family get-together and it couldn't have been better. It was so nice having our 4 private master bed/bath's to retreat to after a long day! The kitchen had everything we needed, the open floor plan is roomy and comfortable, and there is plenty of seating on the deck to take in the gorgeous views. The beach is a very short walk, but having the cart was fun and came in handy for a nice ride to the pool. Carla was a gracious host, leaving a nice basket of necessities to get us through the first night including treats for our pup and coffee for the morning! She was also very helpful and easy to get in touch with when vacation brain took over and we accidently locked ourselves out of the house (Sorry Carla!) Great vacation and can't wait to return.

This is a well maintained beautiful, spacious condo. The views from the balcony are amazing and it was entertaining to watch the turtles. We had 12 people in our stay and felt like there was ample room for all. The golf cart was helpful lugging all our stuff to the beach and made it easier for my 78 year old mother. The owner answered questions immediately and was very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was very clean, great location. We LOVED having the golf cart to drive around the island and made an easier trip to the pool and beach. Totally worth the extra money. We had a glitch with the AC unit and owners were on it and it was fixed shortly. Very nice owners.

We loved the view of the creek, the canal, and ocean! Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Loved the golf cart, made getting around the island and getting to the beach super easy! Also the people on the beach were friendly and kind. Carla, the owner, was super helpful and communicated quickly and answered all questions! We highly recommend this condo!

We go to OIB every year for vacation, but this was our first year renting this property. The location is perfect. The home was clean and well laid out for a family! The golf cart was fun and made everything so convenient! We will definitely pursue staying here again!

The owner was responsive from the beginning and answered all of our questions quickly. Made us truly feel welcome and not filler to pay the bills. Any issues with the rental were handled quickly as well. Very clean, nicely but not overdecorated with pet/children accidents waiting to happen. Would definitely stay there again. Cannot stress enough how good our experience was overall. Truly just a few minutes walk to the beach and to extra parking. Fantastic views of ocean and waterway as advertised from a large very useable deck.

This condo was even prettier in person. Exceptionally clean with plenty of space. I loved the decor and that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was an easy walk to the beach and the ocean view was awesome. I won’t stay anywhere else at OIB. A great value!

This condo is perfect. It is clean, a fully stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated and felt like home. Our highlights included: eating dinner on the deck watching the deer, watching the turtles swim in the pond, riding to the beach in the golf cart(well worth the rental fee) and enjoying the peace and quiet. This place is the perfect place for a family vacation and we will return.

The condominium was everything we hoped for and more. Our every need was taken care of from beginning to end. The rooms were warm and bright. The views of both the ocean and intercoastal were incredible. The location of the property was ideal. A short golf cart ride takes you to the pool and beach. The restaurants and activities are also right down the street. We did not want for anything. The owners had everything organized upon our arrival which made our experience phenomenal. Please consider this property if you are looking for great views, peaceful surroundings, clean facilities, and an overall wonderful vacation.

Family Tides was well suited to our family. We especially enjoyed the small details such as a welcome basket with some basic necessities to start our vacation, a large bottled water in the refrigerator as well as a basket of beach towels for our use. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Although we were across the street from the beach, the condo's location provided amazing views of the ocean and sound. Renting the golf cart was a must making getting to the beach easier and more entertaining. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect, perfect, perfect! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The condo had everything we needed! The large dining table was perfect for the rainy nights where we played cards and made memories.
