About this house rental

Its time for a much needed break. You have earned it so don't delay. We dedicate ourseleves to making your holiday a memorable one.
Willowfield is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, oil-fired centrally heated bungalow sleeping 6 persons. As it is all on one level access to all parts of the property is made easy and benefits those who are not able to negotiate stairs etc. It is a full self-catering facility which is let as a complete unit. You are not sharing it with anyone else. It has many advantages over hotels and B&B's in that the whole house space is totally yours for the time you are there. Plus you can enjoy the fun and energy of the activities in this spectacular part of the world and then enjoy the peace and serenity of Willowfield. It offers both the holiday buzz and the chance to chill as it is close to all major attractions of the Causeway Coast but also has gardens front and rear which offer the privacy that many other properties cannot. A glass of wine on a long summer evening in you own private garden area is just the ticket and is what chilling is all about.

We are also pet friendly and welcome guests who have small domestic pets that they want to bring on holiday. Many of our visitors have listed these as major selling points for Willowfield plus the ease of getting to shopping outlets and dining venues.

Here are a few pointers to features of Willowfield.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area which allows easy access to areas of interest on the Causeway Coast and gives peace and quiet after busy days.

Bedrooms - sleeping accommodation for 6 people in 1 king size double and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Very tastefully decorated and all bed with comfortable mattresses. Many of our guests have commented, both in reviews and in our feedback guestbook, about the comfort of the beds. All bed linen and bath/hand towels supplied. Beds made up for arrival. A travel cot available and high chair is available on request.

Living Room- accommodates 6 persons easily. Flat screen TV with 60+ Freeview channels and Free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. This area is equipped with full soft seating and is fully carpeted. It also has a an electric fire which not only gives the look of a coal fire but also heats quickly. It is at the front of the house and looks out onto a spacious front garden.

Conservatory - offers additional relaxing space. Overviews rear garden and children's play area. This is a fantastic space to relax and get away from TV etc. It holds a small library and an information point with details about activities and lots of other places of interest to be enjoyed in this spectacular holiday area.
The conservatory was added to the house after the original build and has proved to be very popular with guests.

The Kitchen/Dinette area is tastefully decorated and is a compact area which caters for all catering needs and with its wipe clean worktops and stainless steel surfaces is easy to keep clean and tidy. Its table seats 6 people and the high chair if required.

Electric Hob and Oven/grill .This is an easy to use appliance.
This area is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and mugs and utensils sufficient for 6 people. It has also been equipped with , microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer in the kitchen and washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area.

There is a play area with children's swings in the rear garden which is fully secured and is not overlooked by any other property. This area is also perfectly safe for small pets.

There is also a patio area in the rear garden and barbeque equipment is available at no extra cost.

Willowfield has Northern Ireland Tourist Board certification and its gas and electric appliances are checked and certified annually.

The property is fully fitted with smoke and carbon dioxide alarms and fire extinguishers and blankets are provided as standard.

As well as being a perfect location for family holiday makers, Willowfield is well situated to accommodate golfing trips. It is 10 minutes drive from Royal Portrush, which hosted the British Open in 2019 and nearby Portstewart has also hosted the The Irish Open in recent times. Many other courses adorn this area so the opportunity to play them and stay in comfortable surroundings at Willowfield is yours. So come on golfers, Willowfield is perfect for you.

This home is beautiful and has a cozy conservatory! Our party of 6 was comfortable and loved our stay. We wish we'd been able to stay more than one night. The host was friendly and welcoming. The only issue at all was some hair in the tub, which we didn't use.

House well located for tourist sites as well as shops and restaurants. Situated in a quiet cul de sac and suited the dogs too. Would go back!
