A cheap room for an overnight airport stay but wouldn’t stay again.

It was only a short taxi ride to Birmingham Airport provided by the hotel for £10

It was not very clean. Skirting boards very dusty. The double bed was pushed up against the wall so had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. The tv didn’t have many channels couldn’t even get itv. We had the aircraft noise which you expect near to the airport but there was also a dual carriageway that was noisy by the side of our room.

Nice budget hotel

Friendly helpful staff. Some customers were noisy with some angry shouting. Everything was fine facility wise.

I had a leak in the shower room after it had rained from the ceiling with dripping water. I reported it to staff who quickly responded, offering me another room, but as it was in the shower room I didn't need another room. The leak started after a heavy rain storm. The location is not as near to where I need to be to get my plane, as the hotel is situated about a mile from the terminal, although the airport grounds are near.

Didn’t stay in hotel which was booked ,only stayed one night due to flying .wouldnt stay at this hotel any longer that

Location as it wasn’t far from the airport

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel we booked as it was closed and there was a sign to go to hotel next door . There was a very strong smell of sewage from the drains rooms was very small and bed was very noisy you could hear other people moving in theirs thought out the night No bar or restaurant which resulted in use going to Morrisons

Cheep and cheerful one night stop.

Very close to the airport and very cheap. Helpful staff.

Lots of road noise in my room due to being right next to the dual carriageway. Other rooms would be quieter.

Great stay at OYO The Gables instead :o

I booked Adnans hotel, but there were signs on the door saying to go across the road to OYO The Gables which based on the photo's looked like an upgrade so pleasantly surprised. Great to have a private bathroom at this price point. Huge car park. Comfy bed and decent size room, even for a single!

Hotel was easy to find on the main road, but to get to the car park you have to go around the back roads (Hopefully helps someone else). Not necessarily the hotels fault but some very noisy guests during the night. One of the issues with being close to an airport and guests arriving/ leaving for flights.

20 minute walk to BHX, and half the price of others closer. Comfy bed, no frills, and just get what you pay for. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower was good, and room clean enough. It's not The Ritz, but what do you want for 50 quid? I'd stay again. Cheers!

If I had to REALLY pick something, I'd say it was the towel...tiny, and more like a giant flannel. Also, gasping for a proper clean..rubbish down the back of the bed, and hairs in the sheet (definitely not mine neither!) BUT....as stated..what do you want for 50 quid? Worth the money, basically!

won't find any better for 30 a night

generously sized rooms and shockingly quiet in the room I stayed in. Pleasant staff and immensely cheap, would go again - does not deserve the rating it has online as far as I'm concerned!

No WiFi and no reasonable walking routes from the hotel to town. would be bearable with a bike but wasn't about to try bringing one through new street, so ended up having to Uber around the place all the time.

OK for a one nighter !!

I was a little bit worried to start off with, no bar, single bed. But my main concern is a good shower and it was! So I only slept for one night and it was ok. If you want to splash the cash, like we do sometimes, then there better out there but this was adequate for a one night stay. Freshly decorated as well, not sure about the cutting in though haha.

Maybe the bed. A small bar or refrigerated sales at reception. the nearest bar / hotel is a good 15 minute walk away or get an uber.

Disgusted at everything

Nothing to like

The shower was awful Broken and leaking. Water spraying everywhere The toilet seat broken Beds….my gosh. They were so uncomfortable and the springs made it impossible to sleep The bedding not clean and very dated The room was tiny The whole place was disgusting We couldn’t sleep Cannot understand how this hotel was aloud on booking.com Would never stay again

Great value for money & convenient for the airport

Newly decorated room with new carpet. Lovely walk-in shower. Good size of room. Very quick check-out.

Only one mug and glass left each. No bedside tables. We asked for a quiet room and were given one fronting onto the A45. No directions on how to reach the car-park: you can't get into it via the A45 but that's where sat nav takes you. A postcode to the carpark would be good or even just giving directions within the booking confirmation.

Fair for the price. If you want a jacuzzi and gym spend a lot more and go somewhere else.

Free on-site parking. New carpet in room. Large new en-suite wet room with shower. Newly decorated room, nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Great location for Birmingham Airport. Friendly staff. Good free wifi. Kettle, tea and coffee provided. Previous revies have mentioned road noise and bugs. Room 10 faces the road and there is road noise, but I had expected that and it did not trouble me. I could hear the radio or TV in the room upstairs which was more distracting. There were a few ants in the room but I reported this to the manager so hopefully this will be sorted. For £39 , so close to the airport, this was a fair price. Adnans Hotel is part of The Gables Hotel. There is refurbishment work underway so it looks a bit like a building site in places.

clean enough to walk around without socks on! comfortable and very affordable. staff nice. everything I needed and will be using regularly for work.

I will say it’s a bit loud but it really didn’t bother me at all as it’s unavoidable in the brill location it is.

Ants in room. Nothing done

Staff were friendly

Hotel is no longer there and is now a kebab shop, was moved to the hotel across the road. Light in bathroom broken and replaced with a small lamp .Ants in my friends room so they ended up sharing with me. Staff didn't know how to rectify the issue so told us to email and complain. Nothing has been done so far
