Overall, we had a good experience and the location and the apartment itself was great and clean

Very good location, close to bus stops, train station and good restaurants . Apartment was cozy and clean

The electricity wiring should be checked, one morning the power tripped and we lost electricity. The one outlet near the oven seems to have issue. The staff were very helpful and they made sure it was fixed. It only needed the breaker switch to be reset but you cannot ask guests to do that everytime you plug an appliance to that outlet Secondly, the wifi shld be checked .the internet is weak especially upstairs that the smart tv does not work

We had a great time. Apart from the musty smell, the place was perfect for our needs.

Location was great, facilities were very good, the apartment was clean..

The walls in the upstairs were damp, the apartment smelled musty. ( it looks like the air on unit on the roof had been the source of water making its way through the walls )

Very good

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family. Nicely appointed kitchen ( except to sponges/ clothes for washing dishes.

Some of the electrical systems in the apartment did not work as well as expected.

Great apartment in Alfama area.

Great location with many shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. Loved being in the Alfama area - easy walk to the #28 Tram. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Good kitchen and lounge room area in particular.

Wifi doesn't work well in the upstairs bedrooms. No working aircon in the lounge/main bedroom area. Upstairs bedrooms and lounge all had aircon which was great. We let that try to cool the downstairs area.

Good location, cosy apartment

We were in Lisboa during the city’s Patron Saint festival. The location was very good, we were at the center of the night life. Even though the noise and celebrations continued until early dawn, we had no problem with the sleep as the apartment was very well isolated. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and the host was helpful.

The only disadvantage is that in order to reach to apartment you have to go through a lot of steep streets, which is a bit difficult if you have any suitcases.

The location is excellent, very walkable. The street was quiet and had many little grocery stores.

It was very nice that coffee pods were provided for our morning.

It would have been better if more towels were provided. There was only one bath towel per person, no face cloths or hand towels.

Great location with lots of family run restaurants in the neighborhood.

The property is really spacious on 2 levels. It’s great for a family with young adults or multiple couples.

The only issue we encountered was running the coffee maker, microwave and blow dryer at the same time. The older buildings don’t have the electrical capacity you have in your home.

It was very good and safe

I liked the area, the street was filled with mini markets, restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies. The people are extremely friendly, we are close to other locations. And the weather is amazing.

The only thing i did not like is that I wanted to stay more. Also the facility did not provide cleaning service so we had to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. It is okay for us but i am stating this for others who may care.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in Alfama

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in Alfama. The apartment is on two levels and even has a small terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table seats 6. Our host was responsive and helpful - he replied immediately to a question about the air conditioner. There is a small grocery store across the street, and lots of restaurants and bars just down the block, so it is right in the action. But we slept well and never heard any noise from the street.

Loved our stay in Portugal

Clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Nice touches such as coffee pods for machine and laundry detergent. Was very well situated in the Alfama district. Walking distance to many sites and food/drink/ music options. Check in was easy. Very good communication with the operators.

amazing during santos populares

super nice location and all the furniture was new, clean and comfortable. all we needed was inside the house. we got 3 keys which was very useful. good communication from the team managing the booking.

Locatia este in cartierul vechi al orasului Alfama, zona destul de pitoreasca. The location is nice in the oldest part of Lisabona, Alfama, people very nice, family restaurants nearby, most of them with live Fado music.

Apartamentul este intr-o cladire foarte veche si desi pare renovat recent are foarte multa umezeala, peretii din 2 camere sunt mucegaiti. Mirosul de asemenea este de vechi si neaerisit. The flat is in a very old building and even though it looks renovated in 2 rooms the walls are full with mold, there is a lot of humidity in the flat, and the smell is in accordance. I think the host should ventilate the flat a few days before receiving the guests, otherwise it's very unwelcoming. Dated towels and the cover of the bed not too clean. Also be informed that you cannot enter with a car on the road, you have to walk for 300 m. I would also recommend to the host to bring some maps of the city in the flat, it would have been useful to have more info about the city on arrival.
