Superb

Very friendly, hospitable and accommodating owner, with a lot of humour. Communication was efficient and enjoyable, in spite of the language barrier. The house is very reasonably priced and equipped with everything necessary, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. We had a good night sleep.

We chose this accommodation mainly due to the fact that it was registered as welcoming pets. When we emailed after the reservation to announce that we are travelling with our (well-behaved) pets, the owner told us that he had stopped welcoming pets (because of bad past experiences, I assume), but he was nice to make an exception for us. We are happy to have benefited from the exception, especially since the reservation was already paid for, but it was also a upsetting that it was misleadingly advertised on Booking. The classification should really be updated. There was a reasonable tax for the dogs, like pretty much everywhere in Bulgaria. The bed sheets could really use an upgrade.

Efficient checkin, lots of room and nice host.

Listing claimed 2 bathrooms but it was really 1, split into two. One room had the toilet while the other had the sink and bathtub.

Great value overnight stop.

Simple, traditional property in line with the very reasonable price and a genuinely lovely host who was very accommodating of us and our three dogs. Lidl nearby and a pleasant 15min walk to the bustling square with colourful fountains and a great choice of restaurants.

In a central but quiet location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Easy to park outside the property. Good price for the freedom of a complete apartment.

Peace and relaxation after a long and tiring journey.

We thank the host for his kindness! An excellent apartment for 4 people and 2 medium-sized dogs transiting Bulgaria. Easy to reach by car and safe and free parking space in front of the house. The owner only knows Bulgarian and Russian, but with google translate we understood each other very well. We recommend with confidence! Very good price-quality ratio.

It was very clean! The host was very polite and willing to help with whatever you need. For this price, you receive excellent conditions! The house is located on a quite street, exactly 1,1km from city center square. I would stay there again.

Great and helpful host, wonderful location and a cozy home!

The best place in Pleven you can find for this price! The host was super understanding and helped us with everything we needed. He genuinely cared and dis everything to make our stay better. The location is perfect, super close to the city centre with plenty of places to eat nearby. The place itself felt like a home and had everything necessary to live even for a longer stay.
