Bien situé c’est tout !!!

Matelas confortable, lieu bien situé

Sales ++ on pouvait écrire sur la porte d’entrée de notre chambre tellement qu’il y a de poussière et je parle même pas des filtres de la clim qu’on voyait mm plus …. Odeur des égouts insupportable !!! , bruyant, personnel qui dit pas bonjour, petit déjeuné on nous dit il y a du sucré salé : le salé tranche de jambon sous vide, fromage plastique (carré des croques mr) alors que nous sommes a chambery quand même ou qu’il y a mieux comme fromage !! Panier à confiture tres sale confiture percée c’est rester intact pendant 2 jours de notre séjour… dommage on a pas pris de photos !!

Acceptable, mais avec des problèmes d'odeur.

Très bien situé, la taille de la chambre est tout à fait suffisante. Le lit n'a pas posé de problème non plus.

la raison pour laquelle j'écris ceci: La mauvaise odeur. La chambre est apparemment directement au-dessus de la cuisine et pendant toute la nuit il y avait dans la chambre et devant les fenêtres ouvertes une forte odeur de vieille graisse, odeur qui est seulement partie tard dans la nuit. Il faut absolument que l'hôtel trouve une solution pour y remédier. Désolé, mais c'est important.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Propreté. Très bien situé, très central. Proche de la gare. Bouilloire dans la chambre. Le radiateur fonctionne très bien.

Il pourrait y avoir davantage de prises électriques.

Convenient and fairly priced

Location close to centre and the railway station - reasonable size single room with comfortable bed and kettle

Cockroach walked across bedroom floor this morning. The sliding door onto the terrace didn’t lock. This was first floor terrace

No better hotel for price and location in Chambery

Location. 5 minutes from railway and bus station. 5 minutes from all the major tourist sites, 15 minutes walk to hospital. Close to tourist information and LOTS OF SHOPS! Hotel. Separate from the bar. Very quiet. Room is clean and tidy, en suite the same. Hanging rail and storage. Kettle and TV. Lovely and warm. New proprietors so not serving meals but a great choice of breakfast places andvrestaurants within 200 metres. It is so very reasonably priced - I will return.

Couple en vacances

Les nouveaux gérants étaient très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Peu cher et dans le centre ville

L'humidité sur les murs et dans la chambre. Et un vis à vis sans rideau. Seulement un rideau opaque pour la nuit

Établissement insalubre ! De la saleté partout, des poils et des tâches sur les draps, les toilettes n'étaient pas nettoyées, le sol même pas balayé, je n'ai jamais vu un établissement aussi déplorable. Et pour combler le tout le personnel était à l'image de l'établissement, totalement insensible à la situation, aucune compassion, pas de solutions trouvées par rapport à la situation, désagréable comme j'ai rarement pu le voir dans ma vie de voyageur. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, selon moi il ne devrait même pas exister !

Great comfortable stay in the very center of Chambéry in this little gem.

In this unsuspecting / unassuming building one finds 10 extremely comfortable clean rooms, wholly furnished and recently done up. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I slept super well. A great surprise. Ce bâtiment quelconque abrite 10 chambres pimpantes, récemment refaites, tout confort, très bien meublés. J'ai très bien dormi. Le personnel est extrêmement sympa et serviable. Tout ça pour un prix dérisoire. Une excellente surprise.

Tout était bien - All was well.

Clairement pas top

L’emplacement est très bien. Dans une rue plutôt tranquille si les clients du bar ne sont pas trop bruyant.

La propreté n’est clairement pas au rdv. Dans la salle de bain c’est vraiment limite.

Cute room, nice stay!

Cute room, friendly staff, instant coffee in the room + kettle, pet friendly, affordable price, perfect location next to train station. Overall really nice stay!

No complaints, the room is small but that was expected. Reading the other reviews we we're expecting something worse but this place is perfectly fine and doesn't deserve such a low rating.

Good place for small price

Super simple, absolutely worse it’s money. Great location right in the centre of Chambery, 8 minutes walk to the train station, close by the museum. Perfect stay for 1 night, or if you come to the hotel only to sleep. Nice little bar under.

The trash bin was not emptied from the last guest. The shower could be more cleaner as well. The windows look on the street, some people can not enjoy the sounds from the bar, but again for this affordable price I think it is not a big deal.

Excellent place close to the town and railway station.

One of the shower doors was hanging off its hinges. Apart from this lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. Thanks Ryan Nottingham UK

Clean and comfortable hotel

For me this was a clean and comfortable room in a very good location, close to the train station and bus station, for city centre location it wasn't too noisy, if I was to come here in the future I would probably choose this place again.

When i arrived the reception wasn't open , it was a little awkward checking in, but this wasn't a big problem, as everything worked out fine.
