We like our short and nice stay in this property as the staff are accommodating. Kristy showed us to our room and is approachable too. When we are about to eat dinner and it was raining hard, his brother drive us to the best restaurant without any cost and Kristy picked us up after. Also, our clothes were wet from the rain, they dried it in their laundry area without charging us. They are very friendly and would recommend Mira Mare.

The hotel is clean and very new. Our room was big with a kitchen an decent size balcony.
The hotel is new but cheaply built. It's ok now while it's fresh but it won't last. Huge steep hill to get to the entrance.
Location is close to nice beaches (Puerto Rico Beach, Lori Beach, Paradise Beach) and a small shop with essentials is down the road. But besides that it's kinda underwhelming. The whole area is still growing so there's lots of abandoned empty lots and construction sites. There's no side walks, no street lights and it's quite a upward walk to the center of town. After a couple days we got used to it and it was fine. So if you adjust your expectations and focus on the beaches and the center, it'll be a nice experience.
The center and the other side of Ksamil is much better, many shops, restaurants, cafés, more beaches and beach clubs and even some sidewalks! But of course that's more expensive. So if you're not looking for luxury and just want a basic hotel in Ksamil, go for this one! Just adjust your expectations and be prepared to walk.
Staff was mostly rude. This is normal for Ksamil though. There was 1 guy at reception that was actually pleasant, but the girls in the breakfast terrace were not.
Breakfast was nice, nothing out of the ordinary but nothing missing either. Could definitely be better.
View - there is no view from the rooms. Ironical given the name of the hotel, but there's a side sea view at least. The terrace has a front sea view, but the water is quite far away. So don't stay here if what you want is a nice sea view.
We didn't use the pool, it was in the next door hotel, connected by a little bridge.

Líbila se nám houpačka na balkoně, velká hotelová terasa v 5. patře.
Rozhodně bychom v takovém hotelu nečekali plesnivé záclony na pokoji a špinavý gauč.
Snídaně nebyly nijak pestré a velmi obtěžující byl křik malých dětí u bazénu, které nikdo nehlídal, domníváme se, že některé děti patřili pracovníkům hotelu.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgeschildert, wir wurden nett empfangen und konnten auch schon früher in unser Zimmer einchecken. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und wir hatten vom Balkon im 3. Stock auch einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Roomservice gab es täglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet gab es auf der überdachten Dachterasse und war von der Auswahl in Ordnung, es gab frisches Obst, Gemüse und Pancakes.
Der Strand (Paradise Beach) ganz in der Nähe des Hotels wurde uns empfohlen und haben wir für sehr gut empfunden! 20€ kosten zwei Sonnenliegen mit Handtuch inkl. Schirm pro Tag.
Das Hotel hat einen Neubau, von dem aus der Pool zugänglich ist. Jedoch ist es durch die Verbindung zum eigentlichen Hotel etwas verwinkelt.
Das Personal war höflich und uns wurde bei Ankunft das Zimmer gezeigt. Wir empfanden die Atmosphäre aber unpersönlich (z.B. keine Begrüßung beim Frühstück).

the hotel exceeded our expectations, we got a room in the new part of the facility at no extra charge. the view from the terrace is amazing, there is a large parking lot available. tasty breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. There is a swimming pool available, but we didn't use it because the beach is very close. the room was beautiful, clean and cleaned every day. friendly and helpful staff. We would come back again.

Muchas dificultad para pago con tarjeta, fuerzan para el pago en efectivo., tienen TPV, no dan justificante de pago a no ser q se insista , y hacen un papel a mano sin validez. El acceso al hotel una pendiente muy pronunciada.

Everything, the view, breakfast was changed every day, payment by card (not so easy in Albania), helped park the car as it was steep - a different approach was shown later, quite close to the beaches and in the quieter side, staff was quite friendly with information and proactive about it, pool was small but refreshing, kitchen is available and enough if you need. Filtered water available. Oh yea, and did I say the view. 😀
If you come walking back after 11, the last 500m or so is a bit lonely with stray dogs but not the hotel‘s fault. Bath area is a bit small so water can spread so be smart about it and it’ll be fine. The walls are thin - 4 girls staying next room came back at 4 am after party and made a bit of ruckus and loud talking:

Zimmer war sehr sauber, Mobiliar gepflegt. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse und Frühstück landesgemäß.
Haus ist sehr hellhörig bzw. Türen nicht ausreichend abgedichtet. Man hört alles, was auf den Fluren passiert – vor allem rücksichtsloses Türknallen anderer Gäste, trotz extra Schild an der Tür mit Bitte um Rücksicht.

Excellent located hotel close to the beach.
The staff is very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is excellent. And the staff ensures there is enough for everybody. Love their coffee with a perfect view on the sea.
The price is a bit high for what you get. But that overpricing issue is a topic for every hotel in the region of Ksamil and Sarandë.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Very simple room with very tiny toilet. No facilities. Breakfast was poor quality. Very low value for money.

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, supporting us with everything we needed and always smiling. Breakfast was very good and varied, and most important coffee was very good (I am highlighting this because I've read other reviews about coffee saying it was bad, but I think they referred to the filter coffee, BUT you could ask them for an expresso and they would prepare it for you and that was one of the best I ever drank, very intense, I am a coffee addict). Also there is Paradise beach 5 min walking from the hotel, a very good beach and the only 1 in Ksamil where you could seat directly on the sand if you'd prefer, or you can buy 2 beds +umbrela for 15 eur, or the most comfortable beds on the most fancy beach lounge I saw in Ksamil for 30 eur. Thank you for a perfect 7 nights sejur!
Is not that I really didn't like it, because it helped me get back in shape :), but there's a steep road to climb to the hotel, so for the ones with bad physical condition it might be a challenge to get there. For us, it was perfect. :))

When we arrived the hotel told us we would have to pay cash instead of by card as we had said when we booked weeks before. This put us in a tough financial situation for the rest of the trip.

It was quite noisy where there is a lot of building work going on in the surrounding area, however this cannot be helped by mira mare and wasn't at hugely unsociable hours.

Hotel is in good location near Paradise Beach and has its’ own parking lot. Beautiful view from balcony and terrace on top of the building. Staff spoke good English and were very nice!
Hotel is little outdated and rooms could be cleaned and maintained better (i.e. stains on couch and duck-taped balcony furniture)

Good breakfast with a good range of options, although it did take them a while to get everything out and for us it started a little late (8:10) but they did offer us a packed takeaway when we wanted an early start.
Currently a few construction works going on near the hotel which can be noisy during the day. Parking available but tight parking area

Close to the paradise beach but 10-15 mins walk to the 3 island beach. Good view from the room and the swing in the balcony was good touch. The view from the terrace was amazing. The couple who manage the place was very friendly. Great spread for breakfast. The espresso was amazing and so was the mountain tea. We were unfortunate to have bad weather (rain and overcast) during our stay. Couldn’t enjoy the real Ksamil.
The bathroom was very small. Was struggling have a shower with the shower curtains sticking to your back. Was shocked to see the size. Maybe it’s the Ksamil standards.

Great roof top bar with fab views both in the evening and over breakfast. Host family are friendly, and breakfast good- you can pay a bit extra to get decent coffee. Easy 5 mins walk down to main drag, 7 mins to beach. Roads to the hotel are not all asphalt, but road up to hotel and parking at the top of the steep ramp are fine. Room was a good size, wifi good, all comfortable.
Not the hotel's fault but there seems to be a good bit of construction of new hotels in Ksamil in general, so there was v loud noise the day we were there from some nearby drilling. Be aware sound does travel through the hotel- particularly bathrooms, which face onto an internal corridor. Bathroom was a bit irritating as shower cubicle very small and not enclosed, so bathroom quickly became a bit splash mountain-y.
