This two-bedroom cottage is a part of a friendly triplex, boasting a well-equipped kitchen with all basic appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee pot, dishes, and cookware.
The master bedroom presents a queen size bed, fresh linens, an open beam ceiling, walk-in closet, and a new HDTV.
The second bedroom features two extra-long twin size beds, comfortable for both adults and children. A high chair and portable crib are available upon request.
Uniquely, this attached cottage offers off-street parking and its own private, fenced yard. All utilities are included - cable TV, Wi-Fi, laundry, gardener, BBQ, and an outdoor table. We warmly welcome your dog too! They will surely appreciate the fenced yard and walks throughout the pet-friendly neighborhood.
Please note, the non-coin-operated laundry room, trash bins, and parking areas are amenities shared with the two other cottages in the triplex.

We loved this property! The location was excellent, walking distance to the cliffs above Pleasure Point, perfect for watching the surfers and otter that now hangs out there, and an easy walk to Cat and Cloud for coffee and morning treats. We felt like it fit our needs perfectly. We would love to stay here again.

The house was really clean and is in a great location. My family stayed in Capitola last year and really preferred this location. Easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, nice, quiet neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive, although we really had no issues. We're hoping to return next year!

This clean and comfortable property was perfect for my group of three. Close to the beach for walks and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot within short walking distance to the beach to view the surfers, walk along the beach and watch the sunset.
Its dog beach was our first stop when we arrived to Santa Cruz. It was great.
Hiked in the forest of Nicene Marks to see Redwoods and Aptos creek day after a rainstorm. The Felton train trip was canceled due to high winds, but the Santa Cruz boardwalk train was running on Saturday as well as the rides which my granddaughter loved. No dogs allowed there or on the wharf. Loved our stay at Pleasure point for 3 days.
I would have liked some washcloths and more hand towels in the bathroom at the house. otherwise it was very clean. There were books and puzzles which my 5 year old granddaughter loved.

Very nice house. Was happy that it was mostly fenced for my dog. He could go behind the house to the other attached properties and sneak away, but luckily he is not a wanderer. The kitchen was well stocked, queen bed was very comfortable.
I was disappointed in the broken living room furniture, though. There are 2 couches that have 2 recliners built in to each one. The one facing the TV was broken on both recliners. One side wouldn't recline and the other side wouldn't close to sit upright. It was quite annoying. I didn't try the other couch. The living room rug slid extremely easily and I slipped on it. I let the management company know and they fixed it the next day at my request.
The bathroom could benefit from being updated. Its a nice large space not is not used very well, and very dated There is mold around the tub that I thought should have been taken care of.
Overall, I enjoyed the home and the great location to the beach and restaurants. I loved the area.

Our son James went to UC Santa Cruz and now woks and lives here in a one bedroom flat. We have a little pomeranian and the yard was essential for our stay. We will stay here at least once a year as it is 10 times better than a hotel and within 1.5 miles of our sons home.

We had such a peaceful stay at the cottage. It really felt like the vacation experience we were looking for: quiet, comfortable and easy access to great food, surfing and the beach. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Location and the ability to bring your dog is the best part of this rental. Communication, emails, etc. from property owner was done well and made logistics easy. My only issue was the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the interior. The bathroom and the shower in particular were pretty rough. My gripe is that you're paying a hefty fee for cleaning, but ( in my opinion) there is no way a professional cleaner is turning that place around for the next occupancy. Other than that, it's a cool spot a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Had a really nice stay. The layout is nice and although there is only one bathroom it is spacious. They were flexible on checkout time since I had to call in to a meeting. Checkin was easy. Kind of pricey for the size, but that’s the area.

All reviews seen to be accurate. We would definitely stay here again. Yes it's a bit old, but if they did remodels/updates, it would be more expensive of course, so just leave it! Our only complaint: not enough hot water for two consecutive showers.

The house is walking distance from Pleasure Pt and other beaches! Even though it rained a lot, we got out and walked around. Nice little front yard for the dog too. Highly recommend!

Great location with lots of beautiful places to walk the dog in the mornings & evenings. The property is older and could definitely benefit from some updating. It looks like a cross between a cottage & an old motel. The bathroom smells slightly mildewed and the shower leaks & wastes quite a bit of water. One of recliners in the couch is slightly broken, and there was trash and goldfish crackers in the couch-cracks. Beds were comfortable and clean. The WiFi was fast. Oh, if you are going to cook, bring your own knife (the knives are really, really dull). Communication with the management company was quick and easy via text.

Peaceful cottage by the sea
We loved everything about the cottage: the location, the lovely flower filled property, the clean interior with comfortable living room seating, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen.
I also want to give a shout out to Jody and Hallie who responded promptly to my inquiries.
All in all, we couldn’t have had a better experience and highly recommend this group. We would definitely return.

Fabulous! Clean! Perfect!
My daughters and I had the most pleasant stay at this cottage. It’s well maintained, very clean, perfect location with one convenient parking spot at the door. It has everything you need to sleep comfortably, snuggle on the couches, and enjoy some home cooked meals. Perfect pet friendly home and yard for our small dog too! We even enjoyed lunch in the side garden under the umbrella. Absolutely recommend this place. I wish we had more time to spend there. Loved it!

Awesome location!
The cottage was perfect for us traveling the country for long stays. Stayed three weeks and would have stayed longer if available. We are a block and a half away from the beach and lots of cute restaurants and activities. The property is dog friendly which is a must for us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Sofas recline which made it for a comfortable night in watching movies. Laundry facility is on the premises and were barely occupied. Only thing I would improve is the wifi. It was very spotty, but we worked through it. Overall, an great experience! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Cozy beach house
We enjoyed staying here very much. It was very comfortable and I could see this working very well for younger families too. It’s an older building, but was recently refreshed. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the electric recliner. The cottage was walking distance to the beach. There are two steps down to the master bedroom, I recently broke my ankle and had to use some care of the steps but they were manageable. We enjoyed eating at the table in the front garden, which was really lovely.

This property was small as advertised but cute and worked well for us. The yard was adorable. We were able to sit out front with my dog. The street in front was very busy. Thankfully the fenced yard kept our dog in. The house had everything we needed. The location was great. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location, older property that needs some TLC
Location is great - walking distance from the ocean and restaurants. However, the property itself, while clean, felt run down and it needed some basic maintenance (e.g. doors didn't close shut, very creaky, shower drained weirdly). Also, there is no central heat. The living area has a wall unit and there is a radiator for one bedroom but not the second - it gets very cold at night.
