It's a nice apartment, check in process was easy to follow and they provide you with enough details, you only receive this info on check-in day tho. Communication with property was ok they might take a few days to answer you but they are reachable
We only stayed one night but they still asked for the 150 EUR deposit, I understand why some properties ask this but for one night it's a bit silly, I can confirm tho that this was fully returned after exactly 7 days :)

Twee slaapkamers , complete keuken.. Koffie, filters, thee etc aanwezig.

It's a well renovated and equipped apartment.
It looks like a nice apartment in a low social-economic area. The apartment block appears to be public or social housing rather than private apartment block. But for one night stay it didn't bother us much. Besides we had few choice trying to book an apartment in Rotterdam area.
The walk-in shower (with no door) is not well designed as water flows out of the shower to other parts of bathroom. The staircase is very narrow like walking in a medieval castle stairs.
We dislike most the requirement for paying and receiving deposit by bank transfer. It's alright for visitors from within the country Netherlands or EU but we are from Australia and bank transfer is costly. After request sent to Booking.com we were allowed to pay the deposit by credit card but could only receive refund by bank transfer and we lost €12 through bank charges. None of other accommodations we booked in the UK or in Utrecht or Maastricht request deposit. Our Amsterdam accommodation asked for a deposit by credit card and will refund to the credit card so it has no cost to us. It appears to be Brussels and Rotterdam regions practice. So for travellers outside the EU be aware. I will certainly avoid this kind of accommodation in future.

A nice appartment to stay in. It has all the facilities and it was quiet clean. It feels like a home and you can use all the things that is inside there. To be honest, no complains and the deposit was also sent back as promised by the property🙂
I cannot think of anything big. Maybe extra towels and I could not figure out how to use the jacuzzi.

It was clean and nice, the location was great, near the stadium. The beds were really comfortable!
Would be better if there were more towels, for upstairs bathroom (hands, to put on near the shower). The baths shower head is not forking properly.
The checking in process was delayed, there were some difficulties, it was already a pretty late time for a check in for us.

Good clean flat, Close public transport and shops.
The hidden charge for the ‘’security deposit’’. On the booking.com website, there is no information about that, Hotel sent this request only after charging my card. And they did not refund it yet after a week we left the property.
The location of the flat and access is not good. Criminal area on the day we check-in it was a fight just in front of the building, and the next day someone was stabbed at the tram stop just 100m away from the building front door.
No clear/instructions on how to operate CH heating in the flat, and they asked to remove rubbish when you check out.

Nice and big flat. Everything was bright and clean. Tee and coffee in the kitchen.
There was some troubles. The outside automatic doors was closed evey evening we came. First day they told us that the mechanism was broken. But it continued also in the second evening. We were told to use back doors which we finaly found but it was quite stressing as at one moment we thought that we will stay on the street (it was late at night). Then the wi-fi wasn't working properly and we needed to communicate about that. All the problems were solved so this was good but still we would liked that they weren't there at the first place. Also there is a safety deposit payment which is made separate from booking.com price. But it is returned a few days after visit.

The place was lovely, homely and clean.
The location was a little far from places we wanted to travel to for things to do, but that is not a fault on the property obviously.

It was a real pleasure to stay.
Everything was really good, there is nothing I'll consider as bad :P

Positive: really clean, TV works well, bed and sofa comfortable, kitchen, freezer, nice shower/bathtub, hot water, washer/dryer, very nice decor with large windows with natural light during the day.
Negative: The host put a lot of effort into the decor but is neglecting the repairs and maintenance of the apartment. There are many broken tiles on the bathroom wall that holds simply by a water pipe and would cut hands if a child would touch it. The sewage smell in the bathroom was getting worse day by day and was really bad when we left. From reading previous reviews, the smell has been present for quite some time now and it’s really unpleasant even with the bathroom door closed. We were told not to touch the heating system in the apartment and I had to keep my coat inside because I was too cold. I thought that maybe I was getting sick but when I tried to butter my bread with the “room temperature” butter, I couldn’t do it since the butter was too hard because it was cold in the apartment. This is when I realized that the problem wasn’t me but rather that the apartment was too cold. The apartment has lots of light fixtures but many bulbs are missing or fixtures are no longer working due to the lack of maintenance. The nice large chandelier and the main ceiling light in the living room were not working so instead they put little lamps on the kitchen table and near the window. Normally I wouldn’t mind so much but the lamps with opaque shades would not give nearly enough light so I had to remove the shades from 4 lamps to only get a cozy evening atmosphere, which was good enough for us for a few days. I didn’t put the lamp shades back on purpose so that the host would realize there’s not enough light in the living areas and should change light bulbs. I also knew that putting the shades back on lamps would only take a couple of minutes at most. At that point I was ready to give a score of 8.0 review but things went quickly downhill the day after we left.
Since there’s not enough room to write a book chapter, I’ll go straight to the most important issue we had when I received an email from Booking.com saying: “They (“host”) have reported damages to the accommodation and for that reason they require payment of 500 EUR for the damage on the wall next to the dining table and reported that it is soiled by drink (splash and drip)...” What a surprise when we had already made the mistake to give them a 500 EUR damage deposit before our stay. First of all, we didn’t spill any drink whatsoever and I can’t imagine how much “splash and drip” liquid would cause 500 EUR damage. When my husband called the accommodation, they also mentioned that we took the lamp shades off (true) and damage them by doing so (false) because the crack on one lamp was already there probably because I wasn’t the first person doing it. However, it didn’t affect the functionality of the lamp. They also mentioned that we put the curtain on the window sill and consequently creased it and damaged it. Are you for real? I noticed that the curtain was already on the window sill when I took the shade off the lamp near the curtain. After arguing with the host and being accused of “damage” we didn’t do, we called Booking.com directly and put a complaint. They told us that they were already investigating this particular accommodation because previous guests had a similar experience with them. After reviewing the photos sent by the hosts, Booking.com concluded that the they had no evidence of us doing any damage whatsoever, and they reimbursed our full damage deposit. I’m sure the host will reply to this review and lie again about everything but the facts are there and the conclusion is that, after their investigation, Booking.com recognized that we did NO damage to the apartment and the hosts tried to steal 500 EUR from us by lying to us and Booking. Absolutely unacceptable!
