Relaxing, comfortable and has everything you need

The property is located in walking distance to everything. A lovely welcome pack and the accommodation has thought of everything that you require for your holidays. It really is home to home.perfect for young families and couples.i have been to puerto del carmen more than 15 times and this accommodation is on par if not better than some of the 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Once again thanks Janet we will be back next year

Needs an extra key as I was here with my daughter and we were coming and going all different times but we worked it

Overall we were happy with the apartment and thankful for the extras in the fridge.

It was quite central to where we wanted to be

A bit cluttered and while they left a lot of extras for us, there was little room for our own stuff. The steps to the apartment were a problem when carrying a large suitcase particularly as we were pensioners.

Gem of a place

Absolutely gem of a place. Janet was great and kept me updated all the way from booking to arrival and departure. She left some lovely goodies which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was lovely, the view was amazing. Great location

Home away from home with sunshine 😎😎

Everything you need is there & more. A very generous welcome pack was there for us when we arrived. Spoke to Janet on the phone & txt, a lovely lady & very helpful. We had an evening flight home & could stay in the apartment as long as we needed to. Balcony gets sun all day with a great sea/harbour view. Nice quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to bars/restaurants in the old town.

Die Lage war sehr zentral alles fußläufig zu erreichen der kühlschrank war für den ersten Tag gefüllt sogar eine Flasche Wein wurde bereitgestellt kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen

An apartment that suits all our needs for an ideal holiday.

We have been frequent visitors to Lanzarote for many years and for us this is an ideal location and I have to say that this is also one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It is like a home from home with the added bonus of a sea view.

For us, we can't fault the apartment.

Excellent stay at Harbour Sea View Apartment

Had a great stay at Harbour Sea View Apartment. The host Janet was very friendly and helpful. There was a welcome food pack for us on arrival which was great. The apartment has excellent views over the harbour with sun on the terrace all the time. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the harbour bars and restaurants and a little further to the nearest beach - we loved the location of the apartment. We had a small problem with the shower heating up but this was quickly resolved. The pool and sunbed area is also very nice. We will look to rebook again.

A small bin the bathroom would be helpful.

My daughter and friend stayed in this lovely apartment, they both loved staying there.

the apartment had everything you could require. It had a real home from home atmosphere. beautifully clean and in a central position next to the harbour and lovely restaurants and bars.

we could not have asked for more!

Everything you could imagine wanting was already thoughtfully provided, plus more, including lots of treats, thank you! Communication was great and we genuinely felt welcomed and looked after, the apartment was very comfortable with lots of personal touches, giving a very cosy feel and with a great balcony space.

Great apartment, good location. Fabulous view.

Our 4th stay here and as usual everything was perfect for our needs. Janet the owner kept in touch regularly. We will definitely be back as this apartment is our first choice if it is available when we book.

Couldn't fault it.

For us the location was ideal. Situated in the Old Town with sea views out over the harbour. We have been visiting Lanzarote for many years now and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

There was very little not to like. The only think I can think of was that it would have been nice to have a second set of keys.

Superb

Wow! What an apartment and what a sea view. View from the balcony and the pool was exceptional. Nice touches from Janet with a bottle of wine and a couple of beers in the fridge to welcome us. We'll be back.

Street lighting wasn't working while we were there which made entry and exit through the gate difficult at night. Poor drainage from the shower tray- it tended to fill up.

everything that we needed was already provided such as sun cream,after sun, toiletries and even a lovely homemade coffee cake. I’ve been to purto del carmen 5 times since January and I can honestly say it was the best appartment out of all me and my family have been to

Fantastic property in a great location

What a great find, Harbour seaview apartment is. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything that you could possibly need for your Stay. The location is superb, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk. Special praise goes to Janet,the owner, who made sure that everything was ok for you. Thank you janet. Finally i would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody going to puerto Del carmen.

very enjoyable stay in a nice quiet location that had the old town easy accessible

well presented apartment , clean with nice little touches . felt like home from home Janet had left useful information to help with the stay and the fridge supplied with beer wine juice and milk was most welcome on our arrival

Fabulous

Location and helpfulness of the owners was excellent

I dropped something down the couch from my insulin pen and underneath and behind cushions needs a good cleaning. That is the only bad thing everything else was brilliant
