Exceptional find in Dubrovnik

Perfect location in Dubrovnik. Easy walk from the Pile gate. Owner is exceptionally helpful. Terrace on the second floor is very pleasant. Washer was a bonus after traveling for 2 weeks. Owner provided an excellent tour for our group. She was born in the city, knows it well, knows the history and clearly loves living there.

It is a lot of stairs to the top floor 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in, although the owner helped us carry everything up and down.

great little apartment in a fantastic location

Great apartment right in the centre of Dubrovnik. Tina was an amazing host spending alot of time explaining the town and history to us. She made excellent suggestions for all sights and restaurants. The apartment is on the 2nd/3rd floor with steps. The second bathroom is a bit pokey but it was fine for us. Overall we were very hapy with our stay

Don’t question- just BOOK!!!

Mariana was the definition of FABULOUS host! Definite plus to get city tour with her!! Location was amazing (super close to everything and quite surrounding)

Amazing stay right in the center of Dubrovnik. Air conditioning worked well. Very spacious for an apartment in this part of town. The host went above and beyond to give us recommendations and everything we needed was in the space. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

we loved our stay on the old town. lots of great memories

the apartment was in a great location, was clean with loads of character! Marijana was a lovely host. met us at the property with cool drinks and have us lots of great recommendations of places to eat and things to do during our stay

we’re all very tall so some areas , especially the bathroom was a little bit tiny!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tina art home and our wonderful hosts. Marijana is amazing and you can hire her for a tour of the city. She provides suggestions for restaurants, sites and anything you need. We will definitely stay there again.

4th floor is a hike so be prepared BUT it's totally worth it !!!

The location in Dubrovnik could not be beat! inside the walls, with ample space to spread out, it was perfect for our family of six. We were met by Marijana who gave us maps and restaurant suggestions, greeted us with drinks and snacks, and immediately felt like family. If this apartment is an option I’d look no further. We very much hope to return!

Location is fabulous. Host is so friendly. Met us with iced apple juice. We felt so at home here. Apartment was spotless. Lovely having a terrace. We would love to go back again.

Location was perfect. Tina contacted me a few days before to give us directions and arranged a taxi for us. She left us milk,fruit, wine and snacks on arrival. Very helpful with food recommendations and things to do during our stay. An amazing host.

Best location! tons of space!

Our host was amazing. very friendly and gave us pointers! she even offered to spend the evening with us to show us around. We had a great time! we were greeted with a bowl of fruit and other items that were helpful after a long travel day.

Good location but probably better options

Easy check in with a great location in the old city. Large apartment with a large kitchen and plenty of sitting areas.

Bathrooms are in need of work. Both shower areas are very, very small. One bathroom doesn't have a ceiling so it offers little privacy and the larger bathroom smelled of sewer gas.

5 Stars !!!

Best hostess on all my travels. The apartment was clean and so beautifully decorated. She arranged airport transportation and helped with anything we needed. She added so many personal touches to everything and made us feel like family.

Beautiful apartment, everything you could need and want, and the most attentive host I’ve been fortunate enough to meet

this property is absolutely magnificent. aside from the fantastic facilities, the location, and cleanliness, the decor is fantastic (beautiful artwork by the hosts sister) and Marijana could not have been more welcoming. her attention to detail had us completely spoiled, with home made family recipe toiletries, samples of local artisanal food, and a very informative and helpful run through of things to do and see while we were staying.

Superb location, shame about the limited hot water for showers

Perfect location and very welcoming, knowledgeable host. Would like to have been made aware it was a top-floor apartment up four flights of stairs

Very uncomfortable double bed and pillows. Limited amount of hot water, meaning that only one person could have a shower at a time then had to wait an hour for the water to reheat.

Best place and host from Dubrovnik!

It’a big and comfortable enough to host a family of 7. We stayed for 4 nights and as the weather wasn’t that nice, we spent a lot of time in the apartment. 100% recommended! Marijana (the host) was incredibly nice with us! She was always available for questions, also got us a shuttle from/to the airport and welcomed us with some nice fruits, drinks, etc.

Perfect place for a small group to spend a few days in Dubrovnik, close to the action but quiet

Two bathrooms and washing machine was a bonus. And the host was so generous and helpful

Terrace was nice but could have been so much more of a feature, albeit not private to the unit

The best ever!!!

Loved the welcome when we arrived as we were all tired. Loved the location and the large balcony where we had breakfast every day. Very comfy apartment and we are planning to come back next year!
