Our studio is on the 2nd floor of The Fah Aree Condominium. With the size of 52.71 sqm, the space is perfect to accommodate 2 people.
Here you will find the place spacious and cozy to relax with style.

Guest access

The studio itself contains one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, closet, flat screen TV, DVD player, a working desk, a living area, an in-suited bathroom with shower and basic amenities, a kitchen with microwave, fridge, and cooking wares, a washing machine, an iron, a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and keycard access. A swimming pool and 24 hour securities are offered in the main building.

Once after your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email, so that we can send all information that you may meed during your stay.

== Security Deposit ==
When a reservation is accepted, the security deposit details and guest's payment information is stored. No charges or authorizations will be made to the guest's payment method unless the host needs to make a claim. A host has 48 hours after the checkout date to make a claim on the security deposit.After a reservation is made, you can verify the amount of the security deposit on your billing receipt. Security deposits are not included in the total cost of a listing, and we do not charge service fees on security deposits.
