Horrible. Would not recommend to stay there at all.

Nothing. The whole property was in a bad condition, including health and safety concerns. We left after 1 hour as it was disgusting and impossible to stay.

The condition of the hotel was a disaster. As we arrived, the following issues were found: - cigarette butts on the floor - large cracks through the glass windows - the accomodation was surrounded by a construction site which was not disclosed on the website - food scraps were left in the fridge - human hair on the floor, on the couch and in the bed - deck around the pool that has not been cleaned and was dusty from the construction site next to the room - the worst part was the bed: there were large human fluids, sweat and blood stains on the sheets, pillows, mattress topper and the mattress itself. We have asked them to clean and put on new sheets. Unfortunately, the “new” sheets were covered in sweat stains aswell. There was human hair left throughout all layers of the bed which indicates it had not been cleaned prior the arrival. - the toilet had not been cleaned and the bathroom bench had not been wiped, neither had all mirrors on the premises.

Good clean and tidy accommodations

This was our first time in Bali and your premises and it’s staff has shown us not only the beauty of the place but also

The location was good as it was away from all other traffic in the area. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room configuration was good with each room having their own toilets and shower.

The property was well kept. It would have been good to have a microwave available in the room.

Great value for money!

The apartment is a very good size and the view was great! The came and refilled water everyday and cleaned the room. The rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms nice and modern.

Nothing, location was good for us it wad close to the Palmilla beach club but it’s far away from Uluwatu central.

noticed the cleanliness of the property as soon as we arrived. we are shown round the apartment by one of the friendly staff. nothing was too much trouble. great private pool, has the sun all day.

not didn’t like it.. but a little far out from the centre and beaches about a 15 minute drive. but would definitely stay here again and recommend

the staff were great.

there was a local playing loud music all night and early morning. totally ruined the peace on the location. Didn’t sleep much. I’ve never given feedback but it was very ordinary. Too costly to ever stay there again

Modern Open Air and Bright Villa

Modern Villa with full of amenities. I Love the open concept with bright room.

You need to deposit some cash before check in. The way to the villa little bit tricky if you use google map, choose the road from north, its much easier to find.

Worst stay ever in Bali. Couldn’t stand such a dirty and noisy place.

First of all, cleanliness is the worst. When we first entered our villa and rooms, bed sheets and towels are dirty with old stains everywhere. It was the worst stay ever in Bali. I’ve never seen any kind of resort lacking some standard for sanitary. Please find another place if you want comfort and clean stay. There are a lot of bugs as well be prepared. Lastly, some weird guy has been playing loud music right in front of this resort until 1-2am, but the reception never stopped him even though we asked several times. We couldn’t get asleep at all. Total insanity.

Could be Better

Privacy is well preserved. Facility is great. Inside pool with separated living and bedroom

Too many insects, especially moth. Even after cleaning, many moth keep coming to our living room and bedroom. Very uncomfortable. It is not the staff its just the location inside the forest that may be the cause for this. Nature is nature.

great pool and value

The staff were lovely and the pool was great.

The shower was a bit mouldy and our villa didn’t look like the images - but it was great regardless. also the location is within a short taxi ride from all the beach clubs/good cafes (but too hilly to walk).

Excellent villa

Almost everything, the room was great, the pool is enjoyable for the size. Living area and kitchen are wonderful. Really comfy and quite making the stay satisfying. The staff even prepared us with early take away breakfast since we're checking out early morning. Recommended if you're looking for family villa with comfy, secure and quite environment.

An addition of water dispenser will really uplift the experience.

Scandalous dirty no respect

I did a last minute booking 30 minutes after i check in i check the bed it was real dirty with dead and alive spiders flyings bugs, dirt, ants, black stains , maybe bed bugs who knows, i asked to leave and a full reimbursement they refuse after they suggest an other room with breakfast, i told them i booked somewhere else and that i dont want to stay somewhere dirty where i cant trust the place. They refuse any reimbursement or understanding of the situation didn’t admit it was inacceptable with obviously negligences of the cleaning for a place expensive for what it is.

The villa was spacious and it was great to have a private pool.

The decor wasn’t quite as nice as it looked in the photos. Not bad, but not quite as polished / new.
