The pool and the location
The toilet didn't work. The air-conditioning leaked all over our suitcases and we couldn't turn it off either. The lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor.

The hotel staff truly exceeded expectations, earning a 5-star rating! Special thanks to Scovia at the front office for her exceptional patience and helpfulness. Their outstanding services made our stay bearable. The swimming pool area was delightful, and the poolside loungers were comfortable, providing a perfect spot to unwind.
The reality was a far cry from the online promises, from the moment I stepped into the advertised "luxury room," a stifling, suffocating atmosphere greeted us. Thankfully, Scovia at the front desk, with her professionalism and kindness, managed to move us. The second room was an improvement but was still an ancient relic.
The hotel management’s claims about upgrades are deceptive, a slap in the face to anyone who had trusted their claims online. —curtains and mosquito nets were torn and stained, beddings were rough and worn, and the bathroom/tub featured unsightly salty water stains.

Nothing much.
The water was salt water and not filtered. Items such as water and food stuff were over priced.

The staff was very friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. The restaurants were also enjoyable and had plenty of variety for you to eat. I also enjoyed the hours of the restaurant that met your needs both morning and evening. The close access to the beach as also just steps away.
I had a slight leak in my room. I did speak to the front about the issue. They tried to fix it, but I don’t think they fixed it, because it still leaked. I was only there for a few days so I believe they would have moved me if I was staying longer. Some parts of the rooms/facilities needs refurbishment only from a maintenance perspective. Cracks in the walls and leaks can lead to other potential problems, so I would look into that.

Reception staff were very officious and made a poor impression and relationship right from the beginning.
They then tried to put me in a substandard room and not the one that was advertised. Then put me is a poor location room. Overall a terrible beginning for my stay.
Food was expensive and had many extra charges added to increase the bill like VAT , Govt services, service gratuity 7.5%

I didn't like the first room. We got the Standard King Room, which was not exactly like on the website.
But the next day, they could change us to a better one.

Beach front facility
Horrible experience and no value for money. There was a water cut and the facility do not have contigency plan, they brought water (after prompt) with some buckets that looked like those they use for mopping the floor. The room was stinking and the phone did not work. On trying the phone numbers on their website--the phone provide was never picked....if I needed anything--I had to walk to the reception
