BRAND NEW VILLA with all the amenities of home. It is definitely family friendly so come enjoy our gorgeous luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu. It can be your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. It is fully equipped with central AC and located on the 2nd floor, unit #201 in the Ocean Tower on Lagoon We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our beautiful home and not a hotel or timeshare property, that we would love to share with you! Our villa is a spacious 3 Bedroom(sleeps maximum 8 with no ), 2.5 baths is over 1800 square feet of living space. Gorgeous partial ocean views and pool views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor-outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances NEW LG full size washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, carpeted floors in the bedrooms, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. There is ALL BRAND NEW furnishings with a beachy flair, Wi-Fi high speed internet, 3D Blu Ray DVD players, large 4k 3D flat screen TV's & other high-end amenities that will provide a relaxing lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. We travelled with 3 generations of family, 6 total people, and all had the trip of a lifetime. We felt a bit uneasy booking with VRBO, knowing there were nearby hotels that might be more predictable and conventional. The entire trip, we frequently commented about how happy we were that we selected this property through Vrbo. From before the trip, then on arrival, Neal and Sherry were exemplary hosts. We felt immediately comfortable there, given the warm, and thorough introduction. KOOlina is a perfect location if you want to be away from the city, but still have available services like food and coffee. The nice upscale hotels nearby are available for food, as well as a few restaurants and a delightful ABC store. The lagoons are beautiful with calm water, and all 4 lagoons are readily available.
The property itself was the highlight. By the second night we felt so comfortable knowing we could return home to a quiet, spacious property. Grandmother with her own room and bathroom, kids got a bathroom, and parents in the master suite with a separate door for privacy. All amenities were excellent-air conditioning that was always comfortable, an open air lanai to look outside, and easy access to an assigned parking spot that took 1 minute to reach. For a larger family, I can’t imagine that a better choice exists. Hosts, property, grounds, location, and surroundings were exquisite, and we cannot express how thankful we are to have found this gem. Thank you!!

Pros:
This unit accommodated eight adults and came with all of the necessities. Inside is very private without a ton of traffic in the hallway or outside doors banging, which was nice. The primary bedroom is spacious and provides a get away for a lucky couple. We had one issue that needed addressed and Sheila answered right away when we called and was helpful.
Cons:
Check in was a lengthy process that could have been done in half the time. Cleanliness was okay but there were a few things that needed a thorough scrubbing. I don’t recommend adding the golf cart as it’s quite the process to get to it, schedule charging it, etc. we used it once and gave up. If you want to be in the beach and want shade, bring your credit card because personal shade items are not allowed in the Lagoon area. You must rent them…and it’s pricey. I recommend just finding a nice shaded spot in the grass.
Overall, it’s good option for a larger group in a safe resort area.

This unit was amazing. We had everything we needed beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen, bathrooms etc. The unit also had everything we needed for our 3 granddaughters ages 1-8. Our hosts Sherry and Neil were great. They answered all questions we had prior to arriving and had everything ready to go when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here. Many thanks to Sherry and Neil for making us feel welcomed to Oahu!

This villa is a lovely place to stay! The unit is large and spacious and has everything you need. And if you don't have what you need, the property managers Sherry and Neal could probably get it for you -- they were so responsive, communicative and friendly. The villa has a lot of kid friendly items included in it which was awesome -- umbrella stroller, Graco pack and play, high chair, wagon, sand toys, noodles etc. Nothing fancy but does the trick. Bonus was there were several things leftover from previous guests that we took advantage of and we left items as well, eg sunscreen, bath toys etc. Some notes for future guests:
- If you have a rental car, there's not much need to use the golf cart. Especially if you have a toddler that can't ride in it anyway.
- We had an in person greeting from Neal who was very friendly and got our toddler talking to him immediately. The intro to the grounds and villa, though super useful, were a little challenging for our 3 year old since it took maybe 45-60 minutes. So keep that in mind -- you could maybe split up if you have an infant or toddler that is on the verge of losing it. It was really nice to have a detailed tour of the grounds and tips and tricks of the villa though.
- Also specifically for a baby or toddler (info I always look for when booking a vacation rental, the kids room has shutters and no curtains, so I wound up buying some black out panels from Target (10-12min drive away) to cover the windows.

I would definitely say that all 5 adults and 3 kids had a fantastic stay at the resort and wandering around Oahu. Sherry, the property manager, could not have done a better job communicating, offering helpful information, and making sure our needs were met. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially families. It had everything--well equipped kitchen, beautiful lanai, washer and dryer, toys and books for the kids, beach wagon and toys.

Beautiful condo with very nice updated decor. Every detail thought of - couldn't be better. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need (pots, pans, plates, etc.) to prepare family meals. The unit truly has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable beach vacation. Sherry & Gabriel were wonderful to deal with and made sure our requests were accomodated (e.g. needed two pack and play). Would stay again without hesitation.

Our family was there to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. In-laws in their 80s stayed too.
The rooms were darker than the pictures showed and the towels put out smelled of mildew- like someone left them wet for a while before drying. But because there was a washing machine and dryer it was very easy to just wash them again. No problem.
The furnishings were a bit outdated but my understanding is they are replacing them. That being said, it was very nice and we had everything we needed. Sheri the property manager was outstanding and available whenever we needed her.
Traveling with elderly people who are not very mobile meant we couldn’t do many of the activities we wanted, but that had nothing to do with the unit.
Fully stocked, very responsive. I give it 4.5 stars and believe it will be 5 stars with the refresh they have planned. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a friends 50th birthday! The space was warm and inviting, more than enough room for everyone to share. All of the bedrooms were clean with PLENTY of closet space and dressers as well. They have everything that you may need for traveling down to the beach - wagon, ice chest, snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels, hats, boogie boards, the list goes on! The owners and property managers really put a lot of thought and effort into the details of this home to make sure that all you need to do is pack some clothes and the rest is waiting for you when you arrive! Having the ability to have Sherry grocery shop ahead for us so that we had food and drinks ready when we checked in was amazing! We opted to rent the Golf Cart - and I would highly suggest this great amenity. We used it to go to the other resorts for dinner reservations and just to get around the community. Overall this was a great property, great home, and wonderful stay!

Check-in process was a tedious hour-long ordeal, with Sherry bombarding us with numerous house rules that were not mentioned in the listing. It felt unwelcoming and inconsiderate, especially after a long journey with a toddler in tow.
We tried to make the best of our stay despite questionable aspects of the property, including a moldy washing machine gasket and outdated, low-quality kitchen items. However, our troubles didn't end there.
Midway through our vacation, my phone got wet and stopped working. When I finally turned it back on after returning home, I was shocked to find a barrage of long text messages from Sherry. She accused us of using a key to access her linen closet, even though it was already open upon our arrival. She took pictures of items she claimed we stole, such as knives and a puzzle piece. It was absurd, considering she had left toys for our toddler and encouraged us not to restrict her. She even threatened to file a claim against us and charge an extra cleaning fee for some sand we had naturally brought in from the beach, despite our efforts to keep the place clean.
Sherry's direct communication outside of the VRBO portal was suspicious as was the requirement to purchase insurance for the property, considering the speed at which she filed a claim against us. Thankfully, I contacted VRBO, who assured me of no additional charges after leaving. I would advise anyone considering booking to be cautious and thoroughly document everything during your stay.

This villa has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach - towels, sun hats, water toys, etc. And the same can be said for the villa, we had everything we needed and more. It has one of the larger lanais and overlooks the quiet pool, which is ideal. And the comfortable furniture on the lanai easily accommodated my family of 8. We also opted to rent the golf cart, which was perfect for getting to nearby restaurants and shopping.
Also, I can't say enough about Sherry, the property manager, and her husband Neal - they were absolutely wonderful! Any questions we had and anything we needed, they took care of.
I've stayed at various types of properties over the years and this was by far the best! We can't wait to return!!

Property was perfect for our group (4 adults, 2 kids under 3yo). Pools and beach/lagoon area were wonderful.
Initial property tour/overview with the hosts was a poor experience. They were quite overbearing and patronizing. Almost like we were preemptively being scolded for doing things incorrectly.
Would not recommend renting the golf cart unless you need to take frequent trips to the nearby convenience store/coffee shop. You do not need the golf cart to go to the beach.

We loved the stay, had a great time. The suite was awesome, but we did get a complaint about "our babies" screaming on the lanai. My kids aren't perfect however they are 3 and 5 and were not screaming on the lanai. Apparently the lanai is a quiet zone since it's by the quiet pool. There were young children all around our room but other than that it was great.

This beat out any of the other resorts in the area!! The condo was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The pools were perfect for kids and adults. The bar was tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was not crowded and great for swimming and snorkeling.

We were here for about 10 days Nov 2022. What an amazing place. Sherry was there when we arrived. She got us all set up including a walk around and our parking passes. The place was clean and big enough for our 7 person family. Any questions we had were answer quickly with a text which we really appreciated. The place wasn’t crazy busy which is exactly what we were looking for. Close to all the main amenities. Would love to come back and stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip to Ko Olina. First thing, the unit is as described. There were 6 of us and had lots of room. The property manager is extremely responsive to questions before you arrive and after. They provided so much for us and our young children, including bed rails, a high chair, etc. The location is fantastic. I have been to Hawaii many times before but never to Ko Olina, and it did not disappoint. The beach is unlike anything you'll find in Oahu. Even though our building and the surrounding resorts were apparently at capacity, the beach was never crowded. We walked over to the lagoon in front of Disney/Four Seasons, and it was busier, but still not what I would consider busy. Since you cannot have beach umbrellas at Ko Olina we were worried we wouldn't get shade, but it was never an issue. Large Palm Trees surround the lagoon and we never had trouble finding shade under those.
The pool was also never crowded! One of the best things about the resort is it's only a 10 minute drive to Walmart, Costco, Target, Foodland, and every restaurant you'd want to visit. You can also walk to a few restaurants/shops within 5-10 minutes. I would not hesitate to return to Ko Olina and would definitely return to this unit in particular. However I feel I need to include the only negative of the trip. We arrived late at night, and the unit was not well cleaned. There was food bits and dirt covering the entire floor throughout the unit. Also, the drawers in the bathrooms and dressers had dirt, hair and other stuff in them. There were clumps of hair under the vanities in the bathrooms, and beside/behind the toilets. I know staffing is a huge problem everywhere so we were definitely understanding. We brought this concern to the property manager, and they handled it extremely well. It gave us peace of mind that if we had a concern, it would promptly be dealt with. The owner and property manager want you to have a good vacation and will do what's required.
One weird thing to keep in mind. The property manager told us they don't separate recyclables in Oahu and for us to just throw everything in the garbage and it'll eventually get sorted when it gets to the dump?. However, we heard conflicting information from another owner we ran into. He was carrying recycling into the parking garage so we asked him. He told us recyclables should be sorted and put down there. Not sure why there was conflicting information, but just an FYI.

Property and unit are gorgeous! Lagoons were unbelievable! Just barely an ocean view due to being on the 2nd floor….but didn’t really matter…as sitting on the lanai each morning with coffee was still incredible. Check-in was super easy and helpful with Sherry and Neal. We would definitely return.

Perfect condo
The condo had everything you need, boogie boards to salt and pepper. Top end appliances. Great location. Lanai over the quiet pool. The cove is great for swimming. Loved this place. If we make it back to Oahu definitely will stay here.

A M A Z I N G
Where do I even begin?? What an AMAZING family vacation we had. In large part due to our stay at Gabriel's Villa and the WONDERFUL hostess Sherry. There are just no words to express my appreciation. The villa was perfect for our family. It was super clean, beautiful, comfortable and beyond our expectations. The amenities are endless...couldn't even enjoy everything because there is just so much to do and experience. If only we had one more day! (As they always say). I could write a novel of endless praises from our stay. It was truly a vacation of a lifetime as it's not easy coordinating schedules with family but everyone absolutely had the BEST time filled with GREAT memories. To name a few...it was great to have all the beach gear, use of a golf cart to get around, absolutely beautiful grounds, big dining table to enjoy family game night, the oh so comfy couches, sitting in the lanai in the early morning and warm evenings, feeding the koi fishes and MORE MORE MORE! It's definitely one for the books! Would not hesitate to stay again! Sherry...you're the BEST!! Gabriel...what a TREASURE you have there! Mahalo!!

Home Away From Home
Our experience was amazing from planning/communication with Gabriel to our arrival and through our stay. Host, Gabriel, was super kind and attentive and Sherry, who was onsite, was available and helpful. The property had everything needed for our family vacation in the form of access to the lagoons and beaches to pools and heated spas and being a central location for travel to see the island. The house provided beach equipment, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve meals, and there was plenty of bedding and towels for our family of six. The washer and dryer made laundry a non-issue. Did I say that it was beautiful…decorated beautifully from the lanai to the bedrooms and baths. The tv’s came in handy when we just wanted to chill in the evening while we cooked after coming back from the beach and quiet pool. You won’t regret this one. Thank you, Host, Gabriel. Amazing stay!
This was a perfect home away from home. Sherry was wonderful when we arrived and gave us a tour of the resort. She was a great resource and quick to respond to all messages. We brought our kids and all our needs were met (pack n play, stroller, bed rials, etc). The pools are amazing and the beach lagoon is perfect! I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect family vacation!
This property is so amazing! Our family of 4 had the best time at Gabriel’s condo. Sherry was a wealth of information and set us up for a great week! Our kids spent hours every day in the pool and ocean. It was great to have snorkels, goggles, and boogie boards provided. The condo was spacious and immaculate. The kitchen was fully equipped. We will definitely try to come back and stay here!

great location, well equipped property
Very nice property, and it met all of our expectations. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and having an in suite laundry was a bonus. The beach chairs and grocery bags were very much appreciated during our stay, we used them daily. Unfortunately there was construction on the lanai, so we were unable to use it during our stay, but Sherry made sure we still have a view. Thank you to Gabriel for working with us to rebook our stay after everything fell apart in 2020 due to Covid, it was very appreciated. Ko Olina is one of our favourite spots on the island.

Amazing Villa
This is our 2nd time staying in Ko Olina & our 1st time staying at the Beach Villas Resort. Sherry & Neal were great hosts met us at the front desk when we arrived at the property. They were very thorough in giving us a tour of the property & explaining everything about the Villa. The Villa was perfect in every way. Stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, everything you need to cook anything your heart desires. Plenty of dishes, silverware, serving utensils you name it, this Villa had it. The washer & dryer were a bonus as we didn’t go home with that much dirty laundry which was nice to not have to do a lot of laundry when we got home. It felt like home which is hard to have that feeling when you’re on vacation. It was spacious, the beds are comfy. The resort is beautiful with the pools, hot tubs & beach. Plus the bar by the pool, where we may have had more puns colada’s then we should have. The fitness center was great for those days we didn’t get up early enough to run outside before it was too hot. We will definitely be renting from Gabriel again.
