About this house rental
2 night minimum.
Recently refurbished early 70's stilt-house. A cozy place with a long front deck that looks out through the surrounding Banksia trees. A large lawn in the rear that backs on to a reserve with a free BBQ.
Just 10 minutes walk to the surf beach, 15 minute walk to the shops and less than a 10 minute drive to the calm Shallow Inlet waterway.
The house has two bedrooms - one master bedroom (Queen bed) and a second room with a bunk bed.
There is a separate toilet and bathroom with shower (no bath). A laundry sink is downstairs (no washing machine).
Would suit a family of 4 or a group of 3 adults.
A child safety gate is fitted, however because of the long staircase and high deck, the house is not recommended for children under 5 years.
Bedding is provided. Guests should supply their own sheets, pillow slips, quilt covers, linen and towels.
Sorry, no pets allowed.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Surrounded by trees, a tranquil wonderful location, close to the beach and not far from Wilson's Prom, we hope we can come back soon.

What you see is exactly what you get! My daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights at the tree house. The house is basic but comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

Great location for enjoying sandy point and surrounding area including Wilson's Prom. Balcony was wonderful to watch the wildlife and enjoy some quiet time.

House was fine just a little dirty bugs and cobwebs. There is no Bbq as noted and sliding balcony door is broke.
Struggled to find a hose or tap to clean off after the beach.

Everything worked, it was reasonably clean and it had all the basics. The hosts were prompt in responding. We enjoyed our stay.
Its not the newest property, but we thought it was appropriately priced to reflect that.

Copy little place with all kitchen amenities.
We found the mattress in the main bedroom quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small which is why there are no pictures.
Was ok for a 2 night stay.

Comfortable holiday house, for our family of 4 had everything we needed.
The house sits at tree top level, we enjoyed the view of the trees and birds. We also saw koalas and gang gangs. Nice flat shaded yard. Short walk to shops and surf club. Would be happy to stay again.

We had a lovely stay here, it is such a beautiful location and so peaceful. The house has an entry at ground level with everything upstairs. I was surprised that there was no washing machine, especially when staying at the beach! The timber on the outside deck felt really thin and not very safe. We avoided sitting out there.

Elevated pleasant aspect in quiet street short walk to beach and shops

Lovely and clean and fully equipped (apart from linen, which is clearly communicated). Not too far from Wilson's prom and a nice beach of its own too! Surrounds are quiet and serene.

We were very comfortable, with comprehensively-equipped, kitchen, household items, and recreation equipment making for a most enjoyable holiday. Location is convenient and surroundings attractive. Nearby free-to-operate electric barbecue, and the in-house musical instruments, much appreciated. We hope to return.
