Excellent

We had a wonderful stay here. First of all, Ivana was a true HOST - a rarity these days. Secondly, the apartment was very nice, clean as a whistle, easy to find and great to sleep and chill out in. A beach was nearby and some excellent non-touristy local food places as well. We recommend!

No complaints about the apartment, but the street is very narrow so if you are with a car, be careful and go slow out there because 2 cars can't pass each other.

great apartment outside of Split!

comfortable set up. loved the balcony and free parking. AC worked great though only in the living room. nice bottle of wine and snacks on arrival (though would have forgone the wine for some shampoo lol)

the second bedroom is very tight. bed takes up almost the whole room. it’s in the next town over (not split) so about 10-20 min drive to old town. also not a requirement but would be nice to have a small shampoo and conditioner on site for guest use.

From this memorable vacation the first thing I will remember will be the relationship with host.

First of all, we loved the host who welcomed us and gave us valuable advice. Secondly, the apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and the garden with olive and fig trees was wonderful. Thank you! Hvala! God bless Croatia!

I've been thinking since I returned home, but I can't find anything I didn't like.

Super stay

Ivana was a very kind and nice host. She helped me translate my allergies into Croatian. She gave good information about the area. She knew we were arriving late so bought us drinks and snacks. She genuinely wanted us to have a nice time and we did. The apartment was fantastic. There is parking on the property and everything is nearby.

Superb

Nice appartment with everything you need. AC is powerful enough to cool the whole appartment even on very hot days. Bedrooms have no seperate ACs, which I like because it's quiter and just leaving the door open is enough to cool the bedrooms as well. Plenty of space for parking. Beach in walkable distance, but we mostly drove to Znjan beach in Split by car - which is just a short ride away. We stayed for a week and would also recommend this for even longer stays. Great base to explore the region.

Shampoo holder in the shower would be nice

AMAZING PLACE

The apartments was just perfect! Big, with a great view, location even better than I could imagine! Everything was clean, we had all equipment we needed and huge balcony where we were spending evenings! We spend there almost 1,5 month and I didn’t regret about our choice even for a second! We definitely will come again Croatia, and this apartments would be our only one option But the biggest THANK YOU I wanna say to our host Ivana who was literally our superhero! She found us doctor when we needed, was answering all of our questions(which we had enough) and leaving us all the time some small nice surprises! I never met more kind patient and friendly host. Thank you very much, you made our holiday unforgettable! We will definitely recommend your apartments to everyone who know!

Great acccomodation

The modern apartment was great with all the facilities available as per description and a warm welcome from Josip. Also, it has a modern website which is offering all the information you need for local area (best places to eat, supermarkets, beaches etc.). I highly recommend this apartment and if on the future i will come back I will definitely use the same accommodation. P.S. I loved the goodbye homemade gift :)

Very good

Brand new apartment, good welcome by Ivana. Very comprehensive information about the location and things to do in Croatia. Overview with nearby restaurants, shops, .... Private parking space. Dishwasher and washing machine available. During our stay Ivana checked if everything was ok and if something additional was needed.

Boiler not big enough for 4 people.
