Set in the exclusive Kings Park area of Stirling, this exceptional self-catering property sits right opposite the main Kings Park gates and the town centre is less than a 5 minute walk. Kingsview apartment exclusively occupies the garden floor of a beautiful Victorian villa.
With high quality soft furnishings and fabrics throughout, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and 2 modern, high spec bathrooms we ensure that you are comfortable throughout your stay at Kingsview Apartment. The accommodation has been recently refurbished to a 5 star standard by the owners to meet the highest level of comfort for small self-catering groups.
There is a solid pine floor of the highest quality throughout the whole of the apartment. The accommodation comprises one large open plan living room with French doors leading out to a patio area. Off the living room is a modern kitchen equipped to the highest standard with all the necessary appliances and utilities.
One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and both bedrooms feature flat screen LCD televisions, king sized beds (which can be split into two single beds in each room if required PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN PLACING YOUR BOOKING HOW YOU WOULD LIKE THE BEDS CONFIGURED IN EACH BEDROOM IE 2 X SINGLE BEDS OR 1 X SUPERKING BED IN EACH ROOM . LAST MINUTE REQUESTS CAN NOT ALWAYS BE ACCOMMODATED) and ample storage space. There is gas central heating throughout.

Kirsteen was so very helpful and accomidating as we made our arrangements and requests. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
We were concerned about the distance from the city center, as we have limited walking capacities. However, fish and chips, coffees and shopping were all within an easy walk through this beautiful neighborhood.

This is a beautiful place plenty of room and everything you need. Comfy beds,quiet and about a 15 min walk to the city center and castle. Off street parking was great.

THIS IS MY 2ND VISIT TO KINGSVIEW APARTMENT, I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH I PERSUADED MY FRIENDS TO VISIT WITH ME. THE APARTMENT IS SO COMFORTABLE, WE HAD AN EXCELLENT FEW DAYS. IT IS IN AN IDEAL SETTING WITH EVERYTHING REQUIRED WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. STIRLING CASTLE AND WALLACE TOWER ARE FANTASTIC HISTORICAL ATTRACTIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE MISSED. THERE ARE LOADS OF WALKS NEARBY FOR ALL ABILITIES AND WHAT A GREAT FIND WAS THE TOLLBOOTH WHICH OFFERS ENTERTAINMENT REGULARLY.

No complaints. Some minor points: Some confusion on what to do with the bedding on departure as the Stirling and owner’s instructions were different. Same with bins. But overall a great place.

The apartment is perfect for two couples with each bedroom being on suite. The apartment is comfortable clean and well equipped.

Peaceful home from home, yet near to city centre and attractions.
The apartment is in a beautiful, tranquil area of Stirling, near to King’s Park and yet only ten minutes walk to the city centre. Comfortable, well equipped and spacious with the added bonus of off street parking and an outside sitting / dining space. A good central location for visiting attractions in the area.

Nicely decorated apartment close to Stirling centre with off street parking. Excellent modern en suite bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Small but functional kitchen. Nice lounge.

This self catering apartment was in a great location, very private, lovely décor, top of the line amenities, everything we could have asked for in our three day stay in Stirling. Wonderful!

Cosy stay in well located flat
The flat was very cosy and had everything you need for a good holiday. There was parking at the rear on the driveway and it was about a ten minute walk into the centre of Stirling. Had a lovely holiday!

So very comfortable and relaxing, tasteful decor, quality beds and linens, extremely well designed and equipped kitchen, books, board games, tv/dvd if you wanted it....would love to return when the weather improves, and make use of the delightful garden area too!Greeted by our host who was very helpful and informative about how to make best use of everything in the apartment, and the local area.Wonderfully relaxing birthday break!Absolutely recommend!

+++A very smart lower ground apartment opening onto a sunny courtyard and back yard via french doors. Off road parking. Located within an easy walk to all the shops, supermarket, cafes etc in Stirling centre (and the castle for those fit for uphill walking)+A modern compact kitchen with adequate storage, good cooking facilities and a good sized fridge. Washing machine and separate dryer very good. -Some more thought could go into the range and appropriateness of glassware and bowls and platters for nibbles.Cutlery could be stronger and a non serrated sharp knife is needed.++Lounge dining area very comfortable and spacious. Beds large and comfortable, maybe an alternate choice for pillow type would be good. Plenty of hanging and storage space, also good space in bathroom for toiletries etc. Slightly larger towels and more luxury toiletries would be appropriate to the overall standard of luxury.- Small chips in bath and basin edge should be filled for hygiene and aesthetic reasons.- The operations manual needs to be updated and placed in a separate folder from information brochures as it was large and awkward to handle.Overall a very good property for 2 self catering couples travelling by car. Owner James very helpful and responsive when contacted by phone.Although we understand the 'leave no dry or wet goods' policy, it is useful to have dishwashing and clothes washing liquid products on hand for a short stay.We didn't object to the breakages deposit taken at time of booking, but note that it was the only property that required one in our 4 week stay in Scotland.

Visited this apartment for short relaxing winter break and wasn't disappointed. Apartment is spacious, warm with all essentials and much more to make stay very comfortable. It was great to have off street parking close to city centre. The apartment is of the owners home /building but we didn't feel as though we were intruding as driveway kept free for the apartment and used the 2 apartment entrances.

There were only two of us but the apartment would also be good for two couples as there are 2 spacious bedrooms with full bathrooms. It is very well located in a nice neighbourhood within easy walking distance to downtown. This was our first visit to Stirling and we really enjoyed it. The kitchen was nice but could have been better outfitted - particularly with a colander, cutting board, more sharp knives and ice cube trays. We had difficulty locking the French doors but the lady from upstairs came down right away to assist us (and quickly brought us some dishcloths as well). Although this unit is in the lower level, it does not feel like a basement and the walk out garden is quite lovely.

We were in Stirling for a family get together and stayed at Kingsview. We chose it because of location -close to downtown,very walkable and in a quiet neighborhood.It was a comfortable and well appointed apartment. En Suite bedrooms and very clean.Enjoyed our stay and would return next time.

Kingsview Apartment is spacious, attractive, well-equipped and maintained, warm and quiet with free parking available and a private garden area. It is excellently situated within Stirling, enabling easy access to the town centre and all that the beautiful city of Stirling and the surrounding area has to offer.We had a relaxing and enjoyable week in October enjoying the autumnal beauty of the King's Park and the magnificent setting of Stirling within the Forth Valley overlooked by the glorious Ochil Hills.The administration of our stay by Stirling Self Catering was efficient, reliable and responsive.

Excellent location, great accommodation.
Booked at very short notice but everything dealt with electronically due to COVID-19. Location was excellent and the accommodation was great for two couples. Would definitely satay here again.

Great apartment in a great location
We (2 adults and 2 young children) rented the apartment for 5 days. The property was really nice and in a great location to explore Stirling and the surrounding area. There is a large park (inc. playpark) adjacent and it is a 10 minute walk to the town centre.

Lovely basement apt. in quiet neighborhood. The location is a perfect walking distance to the castle as well as to restaurants, pubs and stores. Parking off street and a nice terrace garden. The stove needs attention but the owner was receptive and it is probably fixed by now.

Fantastic
Fantastic time, we all four enjoyed the flat, and its location, really pleased with the garden/terrace great for meals and drink even after dark as the garden was illuminated. Fridge/freezer broke but the owner quickly replace it.
The cleaners had left washed but wet towels on towel rails, and kitchen cupboard didn't have all items listed in paperwork. Other than that really happy with the comfort of flat.

Great stay in central Stirling
This flat is ideally situated opposite Kings Park, great for an early morning run! And central Stirling is an easy 10 minutes walk away. Outside, The flat has its own parking and sheltered patio area with table and chairs for al fresco meals. Inside, it is recently renovated and decorated, with plenty of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. The rooms are spacious and the beds super comfy. We stayed a week and had a great time. Highly recommended

Long weekend spent with friends in Stirling. Property was situated just 5 minutes walk from town centre. Property was great. Had all we wanted. Very comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Great Location and Great Stay
Apartment was spacious, very clean and well accessorized with everything we needed. Self checkin Instructions were simple and easy to understand. It was across the street from a large beautiful park with walking trail and just a few minute walk to city center. Also was an easy 15 minute walk to rail station, nearly all downhill.
