Kids liked the pool the most and we the sea view. It was a pleasure to communicate with Margarita and she though on everything. We enjoyed it.

My wife was a bit disturbed by the constant AC noise from the hotel.

Patogi vieta, nes netoli yra parduotuvės, kavinukės ir klubai. Smagu pasivaikščioti pakrantėmis.

Vila prie pat jūros. Yra baseinas. Apartamentai pakankamai švarūs. Gražus vaizdas pro langus! Šeimininkė maloniai sutiko.

Netvarkinga santechnika. Miegamojo patalynė turėjo nemalonų kvapą, kuris trugdė gerai išsimiegoti.

Perfect beach/pool villa for 3

The key broke off in the door when we first arrived, but the owners were so lovely and helpful to get us sorted. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location, great villa

The terrace was great and the villa was only a few steps to the pool, which we mainly had to ourselves. It was very close to a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop, which was fabulous for us as we didn’t hire a car. The roof terrace was superb for watching the sunsets. The owner Margarita was very helpful.

The 3rd bedroom (the twin) was tiny, and only suitable for a couple of children, not adults. This room had no mirror or wardrobe either. There was only one bathroom, although the description implied there were 2, the other bathroom only had a toilet and washbasin. There was a huge dredger in the sea directly in front of us, which made a lot of noise during the day, they seem to be constructing a small quay or something, so not sure how long these works would be going on for, ask the owner. The pool area boasted a spa, in fact it was just a couple of toilets and my friend got trapped in the ladies toilet, as there were no handles working on the doors. The villa didn’t have an information book with useful guidance on the local area, taxi numbers etc, which would have been helpful.

a lovely family friendly villa on the sea

the villa is in a perfect location right on the beach. it had enough room for our family of five. we were very comfortable. the beds are comfortable and the space was well designed.

Very nice but very short stay!

The villa is very well equipped, very clean, very close to the beach and offers a view of beautiful sunsets. The landlady is very nice and tries her best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are 3 bedrooms available in the villa, 2 on the upper floor and one (a bit smaller) on the roof terrace level (which has the best views!). You have your own private terrasse with furniture, a BBQ place and a covered private free parking spot for the (rental) car. The villa can sleep 5 adults very comfortable and there are additional beds available. A large pool is a few meters away from the terrace and it is shared with the other buildings.

Unfortunately, the nearby hotel was undergoing renovation and there was some noise during the day, but this is beyond the landlady's control. Since all hotels are doing renovations during winter in Cyprus I suggest to ask in advance if there is any noise.

We really enjoyed our stay - close to perfect.

The host is very nice and makes sure you'll have a great stay. The property is really close to the nearest beach and you can enjoy picture perfect sunsets on the roof terrace with a great view. The other villas and townhouses in the compley are rarely occupied which enables you to use the pool all by yourself most of the time (even during peak season). Lots of water toys available from the host.

The shower and toilets next to the pool are not working (which is not the fault of the host) and the building and furniture of the villa beginn to show their age. This is something which is been already worked on by the host (eg. the A/Cs have already been replaced by new inverter types).

Superb

Overall a really nice villa and a good location. The villa is on a small quiet complex but near large hotels and a few nearby shops etc, I would recommend having a car to access the better beaches and busier areas. The pool is good and although it is shared it was never busy. WiFi works. Air conditioning is good.

Mattress in one room was too hard. Some minor maintenance issues like missing plugs from the sink and door hinges in need of oil. I didn't spend long on it but I think the satellite television may only show Russian channels. The television is not a smart television so you cannot use Netflix etc.

The amazing sunset!

The whole complex it was very nice and friendly. The sea it was 4 min from the balcony of the house via small path full of trees. The area in generally and the spot it was definitely in middle from everywhere. The house it was clean and supplied with all the facilities for holidays. Also the owners it was very friendly and helpful! I recommending the house for big group's of friends or big family.

The spacy beautifull house with patio (one can make barbecau) and a big terrace on the 3rd floor for sunbathing or chiilout. The big hit for us was very clean swimming pool just some meters from the house. The view was stunning… sea, palm trees, white houses, pool. :) The location was perfect for us, 20-30 min from Paphos airport, next to several all-inclusive hotels (one can go there for buffet dinner or lunch), one has an aquaparc (5min walk from the house), on top there is a long promenade along the sea (great for running, walking…), also several small beaches close by.

perfect location . Down at the beach there is a sunset bar where you can take a drink and enjoy the sunset .

villa Margo has a perfect location , close to the beach and 10 meters to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils.

winter family escape

the location , views and overall quality of the property. such a well equipped villa. the villa was equipped inside and out , especially the kitchen equipment. the pool is cold in October, but we braved it and the children had a blast.

for our taste the double beds are too hard and would benefit from a soft toppers. it meant we didn’t sleep well.

Very close to the sea, poor maintenance

The location of the villa is wonderfull, very close to the sea. The pool is very nice and may be seen from the house. A nice water park is 200 meters from the villa. In walking distance is the only vegan restaurant in paphos, and it was a great one with tasty food and very nice service.

It was very dissapoining to have 2 of 4 Air conditions in the villa not working, at August!!. The nights were super hot trying to sleep with no AC. The woman who owns the villa was not helpful and even wanted us to pay her expensess with the technician who came to check the AC and claimed they work fine. Of course the AC stayed broken and the woman also wanted us to pay for the electricity !!! Eventually after we asked BOOKING for help, she relinquished the payment. Yet the situation was irritating. In addition, the level of maintenance of the villa is poor (ants in the kitchen closets for example) not good for pedantic people.
