About this apartment rental

Beautiful apartment, finished renovating in April 2018. Where the ancient winks at the modern. Our furniture and our works of art are original and of great value. Our central lounge offers large spaces and great comfort. The large and comfortable rooms offer complete relaxation, the lounge offers wi fii connection and eternet cable. Completely new bathrooms with large showers. The kitchen offers all the comforts and is fully equipped. The location is central, 10 minutes on foot to reach Piazza Duomo and 15 minutes on foot to get to the Fortezza da Basso, place of international fairs. The central station is a 15-minute walk away.

It was nice to be met by Fabiola and shown the apartment and all it had to offer. She made the check-in process easy and was always there to answer any questions we had. She always provided suggestions for things to do and restaurants to visit. The property itself was perfect for our group, it had everything you could want and more. Everything worked as advertised and the AC was nice to come back to after a hot day out doing activities. The apartment is within walking distance to many great restaurants and not too far from the city center where all the tourist attractions are. Pretty much everything was within walking distance. I'd definitely stay at Fabiola’s property again! and would recommend this property to any of my friends or family visiting Firenze.

Was perfect for our family of 7. Large with space to spread out. Was nice to have a full kitchen and laundry available. Fabiola was very attentive and available to answer any questions.

Excellent check in process, Fabiola met us and walked us through all of the features. The property is of very high quality and does not disappoint. Loved the window shades that blocked light and sound, made sleeping very comfortable. Great location very near all of the attractions one would want to see in Florence. Great dinner recommendations were provided as well. A very fine experience.

Ferrante House and host, Fabiola, made my family's trip to Florence so memorable! The apartment is lovely and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Fabiola could not have been more helpful - she checked in with us regularly and is so friendly and warm! The Duomo was a 10-minute walk and there were many restaurants and shops along the way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Fabiola is a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, grocery and sight seeing. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Very clean and beautiful. The elevators were helpful with our luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Not only is Fabioloa’s property amazing, but she makes the entire process so smooth. She met us at check in and gave us a rundown of the neighborhood while also throwing out some local suggestions. Her suggestions were great and she was beyond friendly! The property is luxurious but very comfortable and welcoming at the same time. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

Beautiful and spacious place. We had 7 adults and had plenty of space. Fabiola was very helpful and extremely friendly. Great common areas for our group to gather and had 4 very nice bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pre-vacation communication and check in with the owners was great. They provided recommendations for restaurants, etc. Seven adults stayed comfortably in this 4-bedroom property. Have room to be together for socializing and dining. It was a great central location. The property is beautiful. It is located on a busy street, so there is a little street noise.

If I were to buy an apartment in Florence this would be the one. It was so beautiful, clean, so comfortable and we felt “special” being there. Fabiola was a terrific host with a champagne arrival and fresh flowers. Stay here. You will love it.

One of the best stays of our lives. We stayed in Florence with Fabiola. She is an amazing host. Her apartments are extremely clean and very beautiful. My family was excited about spending our days in Florence because of our location and because of her amazing help. She got us cabs when we could not get them she told us where to go to eat, the best restaurant at which I’ve ever eaten, she and her daughter very clearly explained the apartment, keys, appliances, etc. You will not be disappointed with this apartment. Thank you again Fabiola this was an amazing experience for all of us.

This apartment is perfectly located! Walking distance to everything! Fabiola was great! Answered all our questions and was there to help when we locked our keys in the apartment 😂 the home was meticulously clean and very spacious! One note- it is located on a busy street and you can hear the car noise at night. So if you are light sleeper this may not work. Also, if you have small children I would not recommend. The apartment holds Many beautiful items! We truly enjoyed our time in Florence and wish we had more time there! Such an amazing place !

The apartment is within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. It is also almost right next to the beautifully decorated Four Seasons Hotel. The neighbourhood is local Florentine, so you get a flavour of how a true Florentine lives. The apartment is very spacious for our family of four. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and a study/TV room. I had to work at night and in the early morning and, because of the space, didn’t bother my family at all. Fabiola is a great host as well.
