Good location but not a good sleep

Quiet location within a few minutes walk from the lake Modern apartment

The bed was terrible, so squeaky we had to put the mattress on the floor and camp for the three nights They charged us extra for linen and towels only to find that our duvet was wrapped in a sheet (not duvet cover etc) which all came off as soon as you move in bed which meant you are sleeping with a duvet without cover. Towels very rough and old The apartment has many neighbours and you can hear every word/ movement Key collection 10 minutes north of the property and far away from centre, not easy to get to

Very good

Location is very good, walking distances to shops, super market, water front,… Street is quiet enough during night. There was no problem with key collection.

It would be easier for us if we can return apartment key e.g. putting key at safe key box at apartment. Then, we do not have to drive another 25mins, just to return the key at collection point in another village. Television is in main bed room, not in living room. This makes it a bit inconvenience. One night, residence at upper floor (small kids?) seems to move things around till late and one can hear noise and

OK but would not book again due to a complicated check in

Having to travel out of Riva del Garda to collect keys. Also pre arrival communication from agents saying we had not advised Tom of arrival. We had already done this

Superb

Great location and mountain view, apartment is very nice, looks like new, more than enough space for two people. Overall very good value for money and would definitely come again!

The apartment would be perfect if there were a few more cooking basics like oil and salt, some coffee, kitchen towels etc. (even though this was not stated in the description). When we came the sheets were not on the pillows and blankets but that is really minor.
