Un excellent séjour dans ce studio très bien agencé: décoration moderne, tout le confort pour 2 personnes. Le studio est très bien situé : à 5 minutes à pied du supermarché, à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, près des principaux châteaux. D'une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, très discrets, très disponibles: un gentil cadeau à notre arrivée. la description sur internet correspond en tous points aux informations données sur le site. Je recommande vraiment cette location pour ces diverses raisons. Le prix est vraiment raisonnable par rapport aux prestations offertes et la localisation.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Häuschen in Blois, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, es wurde sogar ein Platz für unsere Fahrräder in der Garage freigeräumt. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wir haben besonders unsere Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick in den wunderschönen Garten genossen (man sieht sogar die Loire). Da es sehr heiß war, war es angenehm, dass es eine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Straße und die Züge nimmt man kaum war, die Entfernung zur Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Rand von Blois nur 10 Gehminuten vom Centrum entfernt, alle Einrichtungen zur Nahversorgung in Laufweite, ein schönes Haus mit Blick auf die Loire und den schönen Garten mit Haupthaus. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Merci Emmanuelle

Super sejour

Das Haus ist ein Nebengebäude zur schönen Villa der Besitzer. Alles ist frisch renoviert, die Möblierung modern und angenehm. Sehr schön die Lösung mit dem Zwischengeschoss und der Wendeltreppe zum Bett. Sehr schönes Bad und ein wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse. Im Grunde genommen ließ das keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Rennräder durften wir im Schuppen abstellen und auch sonst waren Emmanuelle und ihr Mann sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben jeden Tag eine Radtour zu einem anderen der vielen Loire-Schlösser gemacht - für uns eine wunderbare Woche.

The apartment is beautiful and unusual. The furnishings are quite new and the appliances were modern and easy to use. Emmanuelle was welcoming, helpful, and easy ro deal with. We were happy to be close to a high quality super market and easy walking distance from to Chateaux and shopping district.

Dépendance très propre, fonctionnelle avec un jardin de mille couleurs. Elle est très bien située avec une vue magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés. Sa localisation permet de découvrir une belle région et de nombreux châteaux sans faire des kilomètres et perdre son temps sur la route.... Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette belle dépendance et souhaitons un bon séjour aux prochains heureux !

Supermodern eingerichtet , tolle Lage, Innenstadtnah, toller Blick vom Freisitz neben dem Haus. Ein Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nette Vermieterin, rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Blois ist eine faszinierende Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

Private Property with own terrace - delightful view over garden to the river. Easy access to supermarket - town centre and easy road access out of town to the sites. Property well suited to a couple looking to explore the Loire - looking to come home to privacy and quiet!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man ist in 10 Minuten in Zentrum und Schloss gelaufen, der nächste Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, eine Boulangerie ist dort auch, der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich separat auf einem tollen Anwesen mit großem Garten, wie alles sehr gepflegt, ein kleiner Freisitz um die Ecke lädt bei schönem Wetter zum verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserem kleinen "Chateaux", Merci Madame Burgot !

Klein, maar compleet en nieuw ingericht huisje, naast het grote landhuis van de eigenaar. Uitzicht over de Loire vallei. Fijn terras met eigen poortje naar de straat. Van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon en netjes. Voldoende privacy.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in historischem Gemäuer neben dem von den Vermietern bewohnten kleinen Schloss. Sie ist sehr stilvoll renoviert , äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Dem Mieter steht der großzügige und wildromantische Park zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

Das Anwesen ist zentral gelegen. Es befindet sich in Laufweite zur Innenstadt, zum Schloss, zur Loire ("la") und zum Supermarkt. Es gibt einen großen Garten und einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und modern und freundlich eingerichtet. ( toller Architekt ) Im Bad waren Handtücher bereitgelegt und das Bett war bezogen. Neben dem Haus gibt es einen Aussenbereich wo wir uns auch mal gesonnt haben. ( Sonnenkönig ! ) Unsere Fahrräder haben wir nicht vermisst. Empfehlenswert ist der Wochenmarkt am Samstag. Da kann man Französisch lernen. Wir sind viel zu Fuß gegangen und haben schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Frau Burgot hat uns mit frischen Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns sehr herzlich. B & W Markowsky

This is an excellent little property fo two people with a very comfortable bed!. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. There was a very convenient supermarket just round the corner and the centre of Blois was easy walk of about 10 minutes, but the return is uphill! There is plenty of interest in the surrounding. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation was modern, functional & very clean with plenty of natural light. Although located on a busy road it was quiet due to the location of windows & double glazing. There are lovely gardens & a great view over the Loire River. Well set up kitchen, lovely bathroom & spacious living area, all contained in a completely separate cottage away from the main house. Only a short walk to a great supermarket, train to Paris, restaurants & the old city of Blois. Secure off the street parking also. Very pleasant hosts with good English
