We are excited to share our newly renovated, modern, yet modest home with you! The house is clean, airy, sanitized, as well as spacious with over 2,200 SQFT inside living. We provide a lot of home amenities such as:

It is always been our place to stay twice a year every time we have to attend the convention. The place has become our home away from home. Very nice house, spacious and quiet neighborhood, good enough to feel relax after our long day at the convention. The hostess is always a pleasure to speak to, very accommodating. What a spectacular contemporary rental home! Spacious. Spotless. Incredibly beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Excellent open space living, dining and kitchen areas. LOVED the huge kitchen with its new appliances, incredibly stocked with anything and everything to cook a meal, including spices. So many lovely bedrooms to chose from. Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Awesome Yoga Studio and separate Pool Table Rec Room. Excellent Wi-Fi and Televisions throughout this home. Well supplied bathrooms. Nice washer and dryer. Very quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything. Exceptional communication with the owner. Easy Checkin and Checkout. Convenient and so nice to park inside the garage. Very close to the Vegas Airport. The amazing attention to detail, generously supplied and swanky design was obviously done with much thought and consideration of the guest’s comfort in mind. One of the most immaculately clean homes we’ve ever rented. Such a phenomenal, chill, fun family holiday. With our heartfelt thanks, Jiao!

I rented this property for myself and 3 friends for a pageant I was doing at The Orleans. The house was spacious, clean and very well decorated and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of pageant prep. The owner was great to work with and always answered questions right away. I inadvertently left my garage door opener there and the owner promptly put it in the mail for me. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again next time I am in Vegas!!

The home was bigger than expected on a very nice and quiet street. The strip is 6 min away and felt easier to get here than in it was to cross Las Vegas Blvd walking at times. The master bedroom had a sunroom off of it that was good for early morning meditation. Bathrooms, bedrooms were clean. The bed was ok. But who really comes to Vegas to sleep. We would all book this a house again as we felt safe and comfort for the duration of our trip. The host respected our privacy and we respected their house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jia’s lovely home. It was very clean, spacious and located 15 minutes from the Strip, where our other family members were staying. Also, close to the airport. The beds were extremely comfortable. We truly appreciated Jia’s extra touches which included, bottled water, coffee and laundry detergent. We definitely recommend this home!

The property was great! My group and I had a comfortable stay, and were pleased with the amenities provided. Jia is an amazing host, very communicative. It’s close enough of a drive to the strip without being in the actual nightlife of things, which we appreciated as we wanted quiet nights. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a group of friends in town for an event and sharing this home was much more affordable than staying in the hotels. The house is very clean and the owner is very kind! I would highly recommend this place for a quiet stay in Vegas! The only warning would be that it's not a handicap-friendly house. If you have any issues with stairs you may need to find a different place.

We were very happy with our stay here. Having 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. The owner was very quick to respond and check-in and check-out were very simple. The only thing to be aware of are the entry stairs are very open, so may need a gate or something to block them off for young children. The neighborhood is on the older side but very quiet and close to many shops and restaurants.
