I don't like the stairs and the lift. For the apartment I can say that was good suprise to me when I see it

Gas leakage during stay

Clean apartment, comfortable beds and fast wi-fi

Gas detection went off in the first night. Opened all windows and called the owner, who said that they sent someone to repair the leak the next day while we were gone. Next night, gas detection goes off again. It was a pretty bad experience.

It was a great stay! The apartment was really comfortable and well located, which allowed us to easily visit every corner of the city :))) Thank you for the amazing stay and clear contact with the owner.

It decent location from downtown. Room sizes. Good communication with your host.

Snoring neighbor (ap. 1) and lack of parking space (you can use the street, but there is no free space most of the time)

we had an amazing time at this apartment, enough space for 5 people and all the facilities we needed.

the location has an amazing view over the city, comfortable beds and all the facilities you will need for your stay.

Exceptional

I was there two of my friends for a weekend. Apartment was just like new and very clean. You have everything what you need. Enough space and comfortable bed. More close to city centre and attractions in Bucharest. I had to contacted the staff two times over the phone and they were very friendly and also helpful. I'll be there again when I'm going back to Bucharest. Nimal from Belgium

Nice location, spacious apartment with good lighting. A nice balcony, perfect for drinking the coffee in the morning.

The bathroom does not have a ventilation system or window, so the door must stay open after the use of it.

Exceptional

The apartment is very cozy and spatious. The kitchen is big, I had everything I needed. The balcony is very nice. The area is very central, still super quite and safe!

The only thing is that I got entrance password after reminding, so had to wait a bit in front of the door

It’s a cozy apartment with a really nice terrace. The location is great, right in the middle of Bucharest. Definitely recommend it!

Perect for vaction or business

Great apartment in ideal location for shops, malls, restaurants and subway. Good kitchen facilities and good washing machinem. Mike (manager) went out of his way to assist and was flexible in terms of allowing me to extend by a couple of days (due to last minute changes in my business trip) would highly reccomend. WiFi very good fast and reliable

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

The very first impression was the interaction with the host. Very friendly, very prompt and very helpful. Besides the great location and value for money, the apartment was comfy, well equipped kitchen, very good WiFi connection and a very comfortable bed :)

The location.

Apartment didnt match the pictures. Poor quality shower and super small bathroom. Lamps in the bedroom didnt work. Saw roaches in the bathroom. The main door didnt close properly.

Very comfortable bed and pillow, nice terrace. Very clean.

The location was great. Also appreciated the washing machine (but it was one of the reasons i chose the place) and the AC was great. Didn't have any big issues so never actually had to contact the owner. For a 2 week stay it was ok ...

My first big expectation letdown was the building it's self. From the pictures i thought it was fairly new (maybe the 90's) but it was like most buildings in the neighbourhood - pretty old - with the old weird smelling elevator. The apartment is very squeaky. The biggest issue we had was with the shower - it kept going form hot to cold, good to poor pressure. There was also a nasty smell most days around the kitchen sink/living room (probably because the old building/pipes). Would have appreciated 2 sets of keys.
