Ich würde das B&B weiterempfehlen!

Schönes B&B, mit gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Zum Strand sind es nur 200m und zum Zentrum circa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das B&B befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen wo man gut essen kann. Perfekt geeignet, wenn man in der Nähe von Rom ist, um mal ein paar Tage von der hektischen Stadt zu entspannen!

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig, aber es ist in Ordnung.

Breve soggiorno a Ladispoli

Mi è piaciuta la grandezza della camera e la presenza dell’aria condizionata. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione preparata da lei, con dolce e salato, succhi di frutta, cornetti, marmellate, cereali, tramezzini, affettati ecc.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la camera non abbia la finestra e che la doccia non si chiudesse del tutto.

No window !

The personal tryed to be nice, but it doesn't help the situation. They had good coffee!

We make a reservation, and it doesn't stand the real information about the room. The information was sent by Booking after we make it, and being in the hurry, I didn't read it. So we were shocked to see that the room has NO WINDOW !!!. Booking should do more too to inform the clients about something like that. The parking has something to do with luck. In the bathroom, the sliding doors of the shower cabin were not fixed, and our experience at this place was unpleasant.

Lovely stay.

Clean comfortable rooms and bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Nadir made reservations for our group of 8 at Scorpion Restaurant on the beach, beautiful view and wonderful meal. His mother brought croissants early for us as we had to be at FCO early. East walk to the beach for a swim.

There were some buildings on the street with lots of construction which detracted from our initial opinion of the area but once inside it was fine. Neighborhood appeared to be safe and fine.

i liked how clean the room was

the “private shuttle/ taxi” to the airport should not cost €80. that’s ridiculous and it’s a 30 minute drive. also the shower door was broken, and i kept hearing snoring from next door was was weird

Great location! The owner was very accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

lovely breakfast buffet each morning. We enjoyed everything about the property.

Despite basic furnishings, all was quite comfortable (especially bed!) & we'll maintained...

The led lighting was quite glaring, reducing an otherwise cozy ambience.

Very comfortable

Very clean, quiet and had an excellent breakfast.

The room did not have a window that opened outside (the bathroom had one that opened to the patio)

Nadir was very helpful and professional. He gave us good information about the local area. Breakfast was exceptional and Nadir's mum was so lovely. Good luck for the future Nadir 🙂

Not so great

The food was not fresh. The playground was not very usable. There was no toilet cover in the bathroom. The drains were blocked in the bathroom. The room had no window to ventilate.

We have been to very few places that were as outstanding as this B & B hotel.

Everything, Starting with the hosts Family who did everything possible to make our stay awesome. The presentation of the property and of the breakfast was great and equal to a five-star accommodation and the best ever that we have had in any B&B anywhere in the world.

All was great as we loved it all.

Really enjoyed my stay

Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. It was my first holiday alone with friends and I found the b&b amazing, the staff where lovely and the breakfast was amazing!

We'd definitely return!

We left before breakfast but I know that it is offered. Our hostess was very kind and explained everything clearly.
