If it's not sunny and warm, bring a sweater

The apartment is beautiful and a short walk to the plaza

The apartment gets very little sun, so during our visit in March, it was really cold. Thank goodness for Paul bringing us a mobile gas heater as the air con/central heating unit in the lounge was not working. We could have done with a king size duvet on the bed, instead of just the cover. I tried to fill the cover with the 2 single duvets in the wardrobe but that didn't work, so just left them on the top along with blankets from the other bedroom. I'm sure this wouldn't normally be a problem when the weather is hot. We were also told to strip the bed, wash up and put away any crockery etc and take away any rubbish. I thought that was a little excessive when a cleaning charge of 60 euros was included in the price of the room. We have been travelling all around the area and had not been asked to do all that at the other apartments. I always wash up and tidy up but felt this was a bit cheeky.

Nice place but no hot water ruined our stay

No hot water in the property for all our stay the key holder came round and said he had fixed it while we wasn’t in but that was rubbish

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and located a short walk from the plaza. The host was extremely helpful and came and found us when we got lost!

A very clean, modern, ground floor apartment with 2 bathrooms and everything you need.

It was a good 15 minute walk to the Plaza & shops… not fun in the heat!

Stunning apartment, cost surprises.

The apartment, stunning. Many rules on how you should look after it. But a beautiful apartment. The location is only a 10 minute walk from Villamartin.

There's a laundry charge of 60 euro. Basically they charge you for using the bedding and towels provided. 60 euro is very steep for two people. Plus, you may incur extra charges if you use any additional towels. We stayed 4 nights but were only given one set of towels each. I have no idea how many days you need to be there before any of the laundry is changed. Never had a laundry charge before, so wasn't expecting it.

Overall a pleasant stay, would book again.

Modern villa well situated in location to VillaMartin area. 2 bedrooms with one on-suite, also has a separate bathroom. Pool quiet in the day and easily assessable.

On arrival the cleaning had been done, but the cleaner had left sheets etc in a pile on floor, not great. Host did apologise. Could have used a 2nd set of keys, these was made available after a couple of days, would have been good to have issued on arrival.
