About this house rental

This spacious vacation rental in St. George, Utah provides both luxury and a fantastic location. This townhome has four bedrooms; a master suite with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, a third with a queen and a fourth bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. Also, two air mattresses and mats provided. All bedrooms have tv's.

The home has 2.5 bathrooms stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer for guest use.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home. The dining room seats 6 in addition to 4 bar stools and a second table for two.
In addition to the many amenities, the home also has a single car garage.

This home is located in the Coral Ridge development. The community has a gorgeous pools equipped with a waterfall and two Jacuzzi hot tubs and are all provided to enhance your stay. Right outside of the development is Razor Ridge Park that has a fishing pond stocked by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources.

If you enjoy golfing we are located right off of Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths is near the home. Discount golf is provided for staying at Canyon Oasis as well. Other amenities include a beautiful year round heated community pool & hot tubs, game room, playground and a delightful fishing pond adjacent from the community.

Very nice condominium. Nice quiet neighborhood. We went swimming almost nightly. 30 minutes to Zion National Park. 2 hours to Bryce Canyon. A lot of other hiking nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a quick trip to St. George to see the shows at Tuacahan. The townhome was perfect for our group. It was clean and well stocked with what we needed to get started. The home was out of laundry soap and I made a call to the management company to let them know and I was amazed when less than an hour later someone showed up with a big tub. The check-in and out was easy. We used the pool while here and it was nice and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pool towels and extra blankets had we needed them. We would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Nice , clean, condo in Coral Ridge. Plenty of beds, rooms & kitchen amenities! Property management was super helpful and sent a lot of communication. If we needed anything (which we didn’t) I feel like they were ready to help!

Loved the home and all it's amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is well kept and the area is filled with great activities, between golf, 4x4 area in the Sand Hollow OHV park, along with all the beautiful red mountains. Zion of course is very close. I am a light sleeper and the highway gets a little loud in the back 2 bedrooms for me. Better insulated windows and this place is 5 stars.

We had a great stay and this was a perfect location. We had a minor issue checking in, but everything was taken care of immediately and the property manager was happy to accommodate. I defiantly recommend staying at this property and we will defiantly stay here again next time we are in town.

Our family loved staying at this townhome. It is clean, beautiful and we had plenty of room for everyone. It's right off the main freeway and access to all of our destination places was super easy because of the closeness of the freeway. This place had everything we needed to an enjoyable stay from the very young people in our family to the older adults. We highly recommend staying here.

I loved this condo. Great sized rooms, TV's in every room, huge beds and fabulous kitchen. Lots of pillows, bedding and towels! Wow!! Beautiful, comfortable, and fun. There are a bunch of family games in the kitchen cabinet. We didn't find them until it was too late to play. The only complaint I have is of the work out facility in the clubhouse... booooo... only 1 treadmill, 1 stair stepper and 1 stationary bike. No weights. But the pools and hot tubs are amazing!! I'd stay again!!

We enjoyed staying here and we loved all the extra pads to throw kids on the floor with. We didn't need to pack one pillow or blanket and it was awesome!
