Spacious homestay near CIQ

The homestay is very spacious. Big enough to fit a family of 7. Everything is in order. All the rooms are clean and neat. The additional bathroom was an advantage. Also, the MBR is equipped with a jacuzzi bath tub. Tub toys are also provided for the children to use. Complimentary instant drinks, water dispenser and basic dishes are provided. Basically all basic needs are provided i.e towels, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. Location is very close to CIQ. Checking in was also easy as the instructions were given clearly. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The jammed road leading to the homestay as it is located very near to CIQ exit but it is bearable.

Good communication from hosts and a well equipped condo.

Quick access. Well equipped. Restaurants close. Clean. Nice pool and fitness area. Hosts very quick to respond

Bad experience

The studio apartment was well equipped and cosy.

The apartment wasn't well maintained with chipped flooring that is dangerous. No bedroom slippers were given. Bidet spray was leaking and the toilet floor was wet. I book a facility with jacuzzi but there was a note not to switch on the jacuzzi as it's not working👎. There were also ants in the apartment and I kept on getting bitten. Worst experience was when the fire alarm rang at 4am. No instructions were provided on what to do during a fire alarm and didn't know who to contact. Had to go down to the guard station to check and was told there was a short circuit in the building and nothing to worry🤷 and that they have alerted the maintenance who were on the way to look at the issue. But sleep was spoilt due to the ongoing fire alarm sound

Good family accommodation.

Convenient, clean and easy access from the host. They were very responsive when contacted. There’s the kiblat point too 😃 which we didn’t expect. Overall, it’s a good accommodation for those with families. Security was good too as they always check for incoming visitors thus it’s safe.

The bathroom water level is low when 2 person shower at the same time in different toilets.

Nice stay but need some minor improvements

the location is very near CIQ , walkable. The room is clean and spacious, nice balcony can chill at night; there's full fledge kitchen , able to cook your own meals

ok the showers, the water is just warm; the heater might not be working properly; do check on this. The bed is kinda hard, i can tolerate it but i dont think many can sleep on such a hard matteress

Value for money for a family to stay. Clean and easy self check in.

Near to main city and immigration. Great view of Singapore and the causeway.

Can’t walk thru to shopping malls nearby as there is a expressway in between. Have to walk a big around or take grab to get to shops.

dont enter the wrong tower, if not then u kind a trap because u couldnt even go back to the parking lot, dont know if its our mistake or the system itself is like that, so yeah follow the instruction given properly

A bit old, need some renovation. Near checkpoint but not accessible to checkpoint by walking. There is no restaurant around the apartment.

Convenient to get around JB. Affordable. clean.

The reception seems weak as it’s near the coastal at times you might get signals from sg. The pillow too well used, it no longer has the support , it’s very flat n uneven. The aircon is very loud n not cold, we had to on the fan tgt. It would be great if they are able to store the extra pillow somewhere and leave the closet for guest to hang clothes ( there no hangers)

Superb

Small glitches in parking space. Otherwise, everything was good. Nice house units, clean, with all necessary amenities. Communication with owner was easy and breeze.

Good value

Good amenities with pool & gym. But also ping pong table, sauna and steam room (but I didn't use these). Host is responsive on WhatsApp. There's a table to work from and a kitchen to heat up food or fridge to store food too. Water heated up quickly for showers and plenty of towels available. There's also a washing machine to do laundry and the clothes dry very fast with when hung up outside.

Pots and pans could be renewed as there's a lot of scartches on the non-stick. Location isn't really convenient to walk to restaurants or shops but grab taxis into town are from RM6 - 12.

Pleasant

It was a good size for two people and quite comfortable. Very safe because of the front gate.

The security guards made checking in difficult. Grab drivers often could not find it because of the location for some reason, even though the addresses we put were correct.

The place is very good very clean very comfortable.. Smooth check in and check out.. Very nice view! Host accomodate very well to our request! Thumbs up! speedy reply! Near to CIQ. alot of food via grab, near to pasar karat and larkin too! OVERALL AWESOME!

Very good

The value for money and the ease of housing 6 pax easily and comfortably. Smooth checking in and out process. Decent location and decent balcony view

The aircon had formed and dropped ice one time. Kettle had ants. Bathroom screens had gaps where water could escape. Pillow was clumpy, and no bedside shelves/tables.
