Perfect location and stay

Perfect location, right near the bus stop. We had a wonderful view from our room. Room was superclean and cozy. Nice continental breakfast. We liked so much thermal pools in the ground floor.

Very good

The breathtaking view we had from our belcany was for sure the best part of the hotel for me. Luigi the bartender was amazing and helped us out a lot. Grazie Luigi!!!!

The facility doesn't have a parking garage for cars. That for us was a little uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Not a great value for the money paid and NOT WORTH 3 STARS

The location was very good, and the little terrace with sea view as well, very fresh at night. The room was very modest but comfortable.

I didn’t like the constant noise made by the other guests at every time of the night, and the difficulty the staff had into managing them. People were constantly banging doors, shouting, making noise with chairs, which woke us up all the time. Very disappointing when you come to the island to relax and rest. The breakfast was terrible, coffee was not even decent. The lack of savory options is noticeable as not everyone is enjoying sweet pastry. The tv is obsolete.

I will never come back to this hotel (2 stars hotel)

The only thing I have liked was the site of our room and a very kind waiter named 'Tony'.

This is a 2 stars hotel, for sure. The hospitality, very rude and haughty. Our check-in experience was horrible, we couldn't find the hotel and one of the receptionist proudly made fun of us telling us that they save 500€ p/y on Google maps reason why they don't update their route on their maps. The size of the room was ok except for the fact that we had 2 extra beds and we were facing the street on the first floor. The hotel is 10 minutes uphill from the centre and they don't have any transfer which is sad considering this is a 4 stars hotel (I would argue on that). The worst side of this hotel is surely the restaurant, all guests I spoke with all agreed with me. The breakfast was terrible, very poor and of low quality, they didn't even have a proper coffee, dispenser only. The dinner was even worse, low low quality. CAREFUL: I had an argument with the hotel because of the drinks allowance. When you buy a half-board with a meal included you have not paid the drinks yet and you must pay a mandatory 5 pounds per day for just a bottle of water and unlimited low-quality wine in a dispenser, nothing more, no coke, no orange juice or similar. This wasn't written anywhere on booking.com
