Obviously Tuscany is very beautiful and the overall scenery was amazing however I do want to point out the house is on top of a mountain and is therefore quite hard to reach and somewhat isolated. But the house itself was very beautiful with a swimming pool etc. Spacious and was clean when we arrived. The owners were very helpful.
This is none of the owners fault but there were simply so many horseflies and small mosquitos around that it was difficult to swim and be outside. We also saw a mouse in the kitchen but again it is not their fault as it is such a remote location they come from the outside.

Peaceful location just 15 minutes from a quaint small town

The villa is brand new with a simplistic Tuscan design that is clean and sleek. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the living room looks out to the pool with a beautiful fireplace that warms up the house from the Tuscan cold. The villa is perched on top of a hill with almost 360 degree view, and is nicely isolated making you feel in the countryside. Finally, Lea ing the best to lady, the host is a local who is on demand for any request, including providing excellent local recommendations but also an excellent Chef who could provide you with a meal or cooking class in the villa’s beautiful kitchen filled with new cooking ware and modern appliances

It is an amazing Tuscany villa. 4 bed rooms, a nice pool and BBQ outside. Enough space for every one.
Big kitchen and kitchen table, for nice breakfasts, lunch and dinner times.
The house is 10min from the next city.
A 30 min drive from Cortona and Arezzo. also Siena and Florence are only 1h30min far.
Perfect combination of relaxing and sightseeing
The Owner Leo is a really nice person. He supported us a lot and was always available and it took him only 5min to come to the house.
I can recommend to book this house
We will come back for sure
Thank you again to Leo and supporting to get flowers for mothers Day

Absolutely stunning house - beautifully designed and well thought-out. There was plenty of space for us and the three kids. The kitchen was modern and had pretty much everything you need form a week's vacation - could do with a pizza cutter though! The bathrooms were very sytish with high-value fixtures and fittings etc. Very secluded - we heard and saw virtually no-ine while we were there and the views are amazing - breathtaking. Great base for places like Arezzo, Cortona etc and the local town is really very lovely - they had a vintage fetival taking place while we were there. All in all a really fantastic property!
The swimming pool was very cold and it was quite deep for our 5 year old. And the drive up to the property from the Cortona side is rather terrifying! Long winding mountain-side roads and a grit track for the final km or so. The other way in - from Arezzo was far easier (though the grit track's still necessary). There's not much to be done about this - it's worth the mild fear for the proprty itself and those views - and hey, I wasn't driving!

Gorgeous house, equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay (full kitchen, washing machine, heating/garden/pool/netflix etc). Easy communication with host! 10min drive to village centre/cafes/restaurants/shopping/supermarket. Thank you Leo
House is secluded in the hills, 10 min very windy drive from the village core. We loved it! But it might be inconvenient for some. You definitely need a personal vehicle to get to the house.
Additional fees: cleaning fee per stay = 150eur + extra heating fee approx. 150-180eur/week
