Geschäftsreise nach Belgrad

Frühstück war sehr gut und extrem schön zubereitet. Leider war der Kaffee nicht besonders - es wurde nur Filterkaffee angeboten. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse kann man wenigstens einen Kaffeeautomaten mit div. Sorten erwarten! Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Unterlagen für den Checkin waren auch bereits vorbereitet!

Das Hotel hat schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Obwohl ein Parkplatz reserviert war, war keiner vorhanden, bzw. erst nach einiger Zeit. Zimmer - hat schon besser ausgesehen! Sitzgarnitur komplett voller Flecken. Teppich schon absolut abgelaufen. Badezimmer & Toiletten. Zum Glück hatte das Zimmer 2 Toiletten, da eine der beiden "nicht wirklich" gereinigt waren. Es war zwar ein Hinweis "DESINFIZIERT" - glauben tu ich das aber nicht. Auch die Glasduschwand & Badewanne - überall in den Ecken Schimmel. Zum Duchen war die Badewanne gerade noch akzetabel - aber ein Vollbad hätte ich niemals genommen. Im Badezimmer ist im Boden ein Abfluss eingelassen - abgesehen von Haaren und div. Papierfetzen - möchte nicht wissen was da alles drin ist. Ausserdem hat es übelst aus diesem Abfluss gestunken! Vor einigen Jahren war das Hotel Putnik immer mein Lieblingshotel (unter anderem wegen dem sehr freundlichen Personal) - aber in Zukunft wohl nicht mehr!

Nothing for the customer here

Walking distance to Usce Park, the hotel is well located to attend events there. Possibility to book a parking spot for a fee

I was charged 3 times the official rate!!! As the official room rates are on display at the reception I came to realize that someone (the hotel? or Booking.com?) took the liberty to triple the rate of the last available rooms; it's a scandal. The staff was also completely overwhelmed as the hotel was full, which meant long queues to check in or out and no one to properly manage the parking places (having a parking spot available even when you paid for it became a lottery). The room was not clean, we found cigarette butts behind a bedside table, old tissues and random socks in a cupboard. The walls are rather thin too and the neighborhood noisy. Almost no restaurant nearby. The value for money was nowhere to be found and I can't get away this feeling that I was totally ripped off

Не работал бассейн, в номере не было холодильника и персонал ничего не сделал, хотя его просили. Кондиционер не охлаждал комнату, так как температура не регулировалась.

freundliche Tage in Belgrad

Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit und das hilft sehr wohlwohlend über einige Punkte hinwegzusehen. Das Frühstückbüffet ist gut sortiert und die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut. Im Umkreis findet man alles, was man benötigt und die Bushaltestelle für den Bus in die Innenstadt ist nicht weit vom Hotel.

Der Poolbereich ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel gehalten(ich denke , damit man besser Einiges nicht sieht?) Die Aircon in den Zimmer quasi nutzlos und das ganze Hotel könnte wirklich ein Update vertragen.

Very good value for money.

The fact that there was a Sauna, a Swimmingpool, a gym and a restaurant. Despite it all being a bit outdated, most of it was clean and the restaurant meals were very cheap. A main course for less or around 10 euro that also has a nice taste to it is a good deal. The price for the room was also very good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They all spoke English. Despite that they were fully booked because of different bigger groups that all booked including supper, the kitchen was very fast in delivering a good healthy meal from the a la carte menu. A menu with typical Serbian food, but also a great hamburger.

Most of it looked a bit outdated according to West European standards but useable and clean.

Very central location. Staff was mostly very polite and helpful. Restaurant had good food.

Shower water was scalding at times (no cold water). AC was pretty weak. Room had a mini fridge, but was pointless because when you leave the room, the electricity is shut off. Room was very small and cramped.

Pleasant

Location of the hotel is nice. As well food quality was very good. Hotel staff are pleasan and willing to help all the time.

Swimming pool and sauna were dirty and had bad smell. No proper maintenance of the sauna. Some wooden parts were damaged and broken. Bed in the room was damaged. It was very unconfortable for sleeping and very noise even on the small movements.

We stayed at the hotel 2 couples in two rooms. The room was clean but the bathtub was clogged until we called a technician. The breakfast big and beautiful. If you need information about the city, don't ask the receptionists. They sent us to eat next to the Danube and told us it was crowded. They told us to go on foot and that it was 10 minutes while we walked for at least 1 hour. While we had a car, they generally told us to take a taxi. Taxis are very expensive while there is parking. All wrong information. After all, they did not inform us about the parking at the hotel, which has an additional charge per day, and as soon as we went to pay, they charged us again.
