Excellent séjour normand en famille

Très bel appartement avec une splendide vue sur le port et la mer, les enfants ont adoré ! Bien équipé (ce qui est appréciable surtout quand l on a 2 enfants en bas âge ) il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. La proximité d'un excellent restaurant (la maison bleue ) ainsi que le marché aux poissons est à ajouter à tous les autres points positifs... si j'avais une remarque à faire qui n'est pas du fait de nos hôtes ( mais qui nous a tout de même 'marqué' :p ) c'est que l'appartement est au 3ème sans ascenseur. Merci à Mme Richard pour son accueil et à Mme Borgonovo pour sa prise de contact en amont afin de s'assurer que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux.

superbe emplacement dans courseulles! On peut tout faire à pied. La plage, le clubs de voile, les commerces, le marché au poisson tous les jours....Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci

Very nice place, that sums it up. The apartment is nice, the view is nice, and the town also is very nice. You can reach the shops in town as well as the beaches by foot. The bakery just across the bridge has good fresh bread in the morning. Christine and Gianni were always very friendly and helpful.

My family and I took a weekend trip to Courseulles-sur-Mer to visit the D-Day beaches. The property and amenities were as described. Its located in a nice safe area. The owner's representative, who met us at the property was very nice and accommodating. After booking though HomeAway the owner emailed me with an additional 3 page rental contract and 8 page inventory list of ALL the items in the apartment (including curtain clips and plastic forks). This contract was sent to me 2 weeks prior to our stay when we had already begun our trip and could not find other accommodations. This contract is not stated in the HomeaAway description and the owner's rental contract had different verbiage from the HomeAway rental conditions listed (including that a cleaning fee can be assessed at their discretion).
