This wonderful cottage is attached to the owner's home outside Yarmouth and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Windy Ridge Cottage is a superb cottage, attached to the owner's home outside Yarmouth. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a ground floor king-size double and a twin room which can be a king-size double on request. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom with freestanding bath. Outside, there is a patio garden with furniture to the rear and to the front there is a private stairway to the beach. There is also off road parking for one car. Windy Ridge Cottage is a fantastic base, surrounded by stunning views.Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property the nearest charge point is a 5 minute drive away in Freshwater

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate. Patio with furniture. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional off road parking for 1 car available by prior arrangement. Secure bike storage for 4 bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Sea wall opposite. Note: There is an interconnecting door to the owner's home which is kept locked from both sides at all times. Note: There are wider doorways on the ground floor, may be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property the nearest charge point is a 5 minute drive away in Freshwater

Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Town: The attractive seaside town of Yarmouth is the oldest town on the Isle of Wight, and its busy harbour is a haven for all kinds of watercraft, with the terminal used for regular mainland ferry crossings to Lymington. Yarmouth’s narrow streets are home to an attractive array of shops and inns, whilst a visit to Henry VIII’s castle is not to be missed.
