Great off the beaten path getaway
The property is tucked away in an older neighborhood with waterfront access, very well kept and clean with many detail touches to make your stay comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom (very good water pressure)equipped with essentials. The owner is very attentive and informational and helpful, locals are warm, great place to fish or just hang out, we hope to be back soon

Nice And Comfortable
Everything was very nice. The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. My wife enjoyed the enclosed porch and we had a fire in the yard facing the cove. The boat ramp is really close. I used the boat house for my flat bottom boat, the boat house had a light inside, and it was a good fit for my boat. But you can also park your boat on the bank that has grass all the way to the water. The fish cleaning area was nice with water and a light. I will definitely stay there again. My wife wanted a tv but really didn't miss it, spent the day fishing and driving around site seeing. Thanks for the nice place to stay for the weekend.

Even though our stay was cut short, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.
The property was everything that they said it was and in one of the best areas to hunt for big fish.

Fishing Getaway
Incredibly clean, quick to communicate, and very accommodating. Boat ramp very close and easy access for kayaks. Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Power and parking for boat. While the neighborhood is older and not super glamorous, Trudi makes up for it with hospitality! Had a fire pit and grill ready. Room for the kids to run. Super quiet neighbors. Thanks for a nice weekend!

Hurricane evacuation
We left our home ahead of Hurricane Delta. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The best part of the trip was definitely conversations with Mr Jerry and coffee delivery! We want to come back with our kayaks to fish. Thank you for having us and our fur babies

AMAZING
Me and my fiancé, and daughter, had a really great time, staying here. The owners, and their family, were very nice and down home, If I had any problems, or needed help they were always willing to lend a hand. From launching my bass boat, to questions about the area, they were always really helpful. I plan to stay here again, in the future, and for years to come. Not to mention, they have some good fishing right in the cove.

Peaceful retreat
This was our second time to stay at this property. The yard is beautiful, the owners and their family are very friendly and make you feel at home, the house is clean and comfortable, and the lack of tv and wifi make this place extremely peaceful. Excellent stress free retreat for fishing, reflection, and family time. We will definitely be back.

Best Memorial Weekend!
My family and I LOVED our stay here! The owners Mr. Eddie and Mrs. Trudi are AMAZING people! We felt safe knowing their family was all around us, very kid friendly, and a very relaxing atmosphere! No tv's which is exactly what we needed for our oldest 2 kids to be "unplugged" for some much needed family time! We caught a mess of catfish and perch right off the backyard. Tons of turtles in the cut out too, our 5yr old was excited about that! The charcoal bbq pit was exactly perfect for grilling burgers and links, full size fridge, stove, and oven was great too! Believe it or not, NO MOSQUITOS!! This place was perfect and we will be returning this summer!!
