We were there for 19 days. The location was perfect...8 minute walk to rail and bus stations, restaurants and cafes of every variety within minutes. As a result of this, it can be quite noisy, but it is a "happy noise" that was usually finished by 11ish. It did not bother us except for one night in 19. Not so bad.
The agent who looked after us was always available to answer questions and to clean up the balcony after a seagull decided to rest there!! And, to fix a window blind that I had pulled up to hard. He was very gracious about it.
The beds were comfortable. A bundle buggy for groceries...a necessity for sure... was provided.
The balcony could use a shade of some sort for the afternoon sun and nicer table and chairs for sitting and looking out over a lovely view. The kitchen window has a magnificent view but the sun is blinding. Again, a shade of some kind, even half way from the top, would make it a perfect window for viewing and would also cut back on the heat that comes in. These are not serious drawbacks, but could have made things just a little nicer.
Finally, it had almost everything one would need for a happy 19 days
Oh.... and the elevator was certainly a plus..
We will certainly consider going back.

The apartment is in the heart of Cascais, but the noise at night was a little more than I would have liked from nearby restaurants and bars. It was also a little further from Lisbon than we realized so if you’re coming to see Lisbon, consider a place closer to the heart of the city. That said, it was a very comfortable apartment with an elevator and we really enjoyed our stay!

This property is located on the yellow road. It is walkable to everything and steps away from the action. The host was attentive to all our needs. It was necessary to move from one unit to another when a maintenance issue arose but we were satisfied with the alternate location and continued to enjoy our time in Cascais. I would not hesitate to book this building again.

Great apartment in a great location. Easy walk to beach, parks and museums. Many amazing restaurants close by. The Peruvian restuarant just below the apartment is delicious. Music on the streets most nights, which was fun for us.

Our family of five was so comfortable... Just wish we could have stayed longer.

The property manager arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the Lisbon Airport; then he arranged for a private car to take us to Sintra for the day. The apartment was on the top floor (elevator did not work). The apartment is clean and supplied with our daily needs. Two bedrooms, living room area, separate kitchen, and a nice patio. The location is close to city centre with plenty of eating establishments close by. The property manager had suggested we reserve a table at Manjar Restaurant for the Friday night as there would be a "Fedo". Thank you. Want a great place to stay - choose this apartment.

This apartment was in the perfect location to explore Cascais and the surrounding area. It was a delight to walk down cobblestone streets to the market, restuarants, and the beach. The apartment is clean, well-kept, and has what you need for a wonderful vacation. The management was always ready to help out if we needed anything. Great balcony and view of the ocean from the kitchen. Greg McCartan

My husband and I rented this lovely apartment and it surpassed our expectations! The location could not be better. It's minutes to the beach, train station, and the center of Cascais. Around the corner is a small market with great fruit and vegetables. This area is full of fabulous small restaurants and you're walking distance to parks and museums. This apartment has wifi and tv if you want that but actually sitting at the bar in the kitchen or on the patio enjoying a glass of Portuguese wine appealed to us more! We give this apartment 5 stars for comfort, cleanliness, location and view!
