we won’t return. However the venue served our purpose.

the staff were lovely

our rooms were smelly of moisture one room water did not drain away we were there 2 nights and both nights kids ran around unchecked yelling knocking on doors and ringing bells half the night then from 5 am. staff and security knew and tried to stop them to no avail no real sleep for 2 nights rooms were clean but could have showers cleaned better

A nice place to spend a night.

The breakfast was good. I was there for dental work and the Golden Tulip was near the clinic. Perfect location!

got the full refund and went to another hotel

the hotel staff were friendly. next to a really cheap massage place. Good for smokers and backpackers

needs a really deep clean, busy with renovations, near a busy road- hard to cross over. Rooms very dull and grimey. only the bare minimum is catered for. Good for backpackers.

some staff are friendly like receptionists

I feel like they treated me different when I went there with motorbike, nobody assisted me even the worse thing is they moved my motorbike to the basement parking area without informing me and they didn’t even help me when I got struggled in the basement

Mostly OK.

It was dirty. Needs to be Deep cleaned especial y the bathroom and bedroom floors. That would be a base for upgrading overall.. 1990s decor a shows.

Phone in the room not working... Staff not really good as a golden tulip property... And a bit old building

Room is clean. Staff are friendly. The pool are nice, and the hotel are very easy to reach by taxi/car.

I reserve for 2 days, but I have to re-new the key every morning. After cleaning the room, they didn't give a new towel because they have to laundry it then give the towel in the afternoon. Parking space are small

i didn't like the shower in the bathroom cause i think they never maintaining it.

Very disappointing, dirty and most of the staff unfriendly

First walking into the room, it looks different to the picture, oh well it’s ok I only pay $25 for it. Went to the bed, there is a ball of dust + sands on the bed, stains on the linen and it doesnt feel fresh, ac was warm, the rain shower in the bathroom doest work and spray water on the tap as i try to switch it on. Second day I go to the reception asking nicely to check the ac as it is hot and change the linen as it is dirt and has balls of dust. The female receptionist was so smileless and abrupt (abit rude) Came home to the same linen just being made, ac was the same. Woken up 2am to the hot ac and itchy from the bed. Called the reception (the night supervisor is friendlier) and engineering staff came to the room unhappily, play the AC remote and say “ah the outside temperature is hot that is why, i’ve adjusted the setting already” i looked at the remote, nothing has changed. Seriously? I been using AC since i was born, i pretty much know how to use it. Called to reception complaining about that + The linen, that i asked the linen to be changed but nothing happen and nothing changed on the ac, he quickly sent another unhappy rude Housekeeping to change the linen, seriously? At 2:20 at night???? I came to the reception very unhappily then they move me to another room which work better, ac is cooling. Linen still doesnt feel fresh but at least ac and rain shower works.

Great pool. Welcome drink. Nice shower. Coffee in the room.

Directly on the loud road. No restaurants nearby.
