I left after one night. The bed felt uncomfortable and dirty and the place felt isolated.

They have some snacks out beside reception.

My room was right beside the entrance and I could hear the microwave and people outside my door. The wifi doesn't work. There are no staff to attend to you in reception and it feels rather deserted in the hallways. I needed to call the hotel to get assistance since there was no one at reception. My bed felt too springy and I felt itchy on the bed. The mattress felt and looked old and a hole behind the bed was patched up with wood.. The location was in the middle of nowhere near places to eat other than the supermarket.

Good location, near beach and facilities.

The location is near to the beach and there is a nice restaurant close by. Tea and coffee making facilities are by Reception area. The elderly couple and lady who greeted me were friendly. There was good sign posting going up towards the property.

When I arrived the front entrance wasn’t opened. I tried to ring the door bell but there was no answer so I resorted to phoning the owners to let me in. Can I suggest that they have the front reception desk open at set hours to let guests in. The signage to the hotel is confusing old style hotel Singh with new style name which clash. They need to work on their branding style. Rooms could do with refurbishment to upgrade them. This place has potential.

I liked that the room had a huge porch off the bedroom, a nice firm bed. plus guest are offered fruit,tea, and snacks

The city seems nice

It's not the cleanest place. Some spots which we think are mold: curtains and wall corners. No toilet brush. Smells moldy.

comfortable place with good view of the sea, very close to main locations

a breakfast could be included and a permanent staff would help, wifi not available, replacement of water and cups for coffee during the day also would be good

Clean and economic little hotel

I liked the kindness and the possibility to have a coffee and a little cake as a snack or as breakfast. Supermarket just some meters away.

Kind of an expensive Camino stop-over in Vigo

Check in and out was very easy. The private terrace was nice though I didn't use it except to dry clothes (walking the Camino). It was close to a friendly bar.

Finding anything reasonably priced in Vigo is difficult. I got as close to town as I could without going broke. It was still high so my expectations were higher.

3 days stay was awesome, good environment, very friendly, lovely to stay

sometimes they forget to clean the room, if you inform they do it immediately.

A long way from the centre of town, 4km from the bus station, but very close to the beaches. Nice local seafood restaurant nearby.

Ok I understand the hotel was cheap. But I would expect more amenities like: - reception with a person to attend (there was none) - better wi-fi - modern decoration - location with more coffee shops, cafeterias, restaurants (there was 1 cafeteria and 1 supermarket there was nothing more amenities nearby)

Disappointing

The location-it was next to the beach.

The sheets had stains on them, there were spider nets and little bugs on the walls. There were high levels of humidity and the windows were always wet in the inside. There was no toilet brush and the shower gel wasn't enough. No soap at the sink. The room had a bad smell. The receptionists were absent for most of the time.

Disappointing

The location and the staff is very friendly

It’s just old and it gave the feeling of not being clean neither organized. Besides we emailed and asked for an early check in, they said yes, and the rooms weren’t ready. We had to wait 4h with the bags...

Bad quality in general. Rooms are old with poor quality. Client services doesn't exist... I would never recommend this site to stay in.
