Don't ever book in this hotel

nothing at all

I called the owner of the hotel and coordinated with him, but unfortunately I was surprised that the hotel was closed and that the owner did not answer the phone. I tried to call the phone and knocked on the doors, but unfortunately, the phone refers me to an automated response. The handling is very bad, and despite the fact that I informed the owner that I will be late, and entering the hotel will be exactly two o’clock in the morning, the hotel does not deserve one star at all. I spent my first night in another hotel.

I was not impressed and most likely in future will stay else where

Some staff were very friendly and trying to help us specially tall waiter Ismet. It’s location to airport and reasonable price. Also shuttle bus gave us ride to the airport despite being out of it’s operating hours.

Maintenance of rooms most likely never attended as draws were falling out broken bed food served in the morning was only Chinese we asked our waiter to prepare some continental food. House keeping did not attend our room to take rubbish, also what really surprised me was there was no bar fridge in the room, as I am diabetic I had to take my insulin downstairs to store it in kitchen fridge.

Excellent service. The staff are professional, very cooperative, respectful and helpful specially Sinisa, Lalisa, and Ismet. Thank you to all the staff who greatly took care of us. We greatly appreciate your service.

There were some small issues in the room, but when we brought the matter to their attention. The management fixed those issues promptly.

A good hotel & restaurant a couple of minutes from Sarajevo's airport.

Great location to stay at before going to the airport early in the morning via their shuttle. Comfortable room. Good restaurant on-site.

Exceptional

The guy at the reception with his ear pierced was very nice, hospitable and kind! I enjoyed my staying there. You can walk to the hotel from the airpoirt very easily, i got lazy due my heavy luggage and overpayed the taxi driver :( The food is authentic and delish, i've lived in China for 2 years so i know how it should taste like :) The owner is very nice as well, i asked him to drop me to the airport and he did it straight away!

Hotel ok, restaurant gave me food poisoning

The hotel is walking distance from the airport (5-8 minutes) - very helpful if you've got an early flight as you don't have to rely on a taxi / public transport.

The room was ok, some stuff broken (curtains, shower) but that's to be expected with a cheaper hotel. The problem is we ate at the restaurant when we stayed, and I got food poisoning. Flying with stomach cramps, a fever, and a pulsating headache is a torture I wouldn't wish on anyone. In short, stay in the hotel if you're flying, but don't eat there under any circumstances.

Good hotel

Everything's cool. This time I didn't have an early flight so I used a free breakfast in their restaurant. I even got the glass of cold apple juice and a cup of coffee, which is great!

Nothing comes to mind.

Nice place, few issues.

The hotel has a restaurant, where Traditional Chinese food is served. The food I ordered was very good. Staff is very friendly.

I got a room, where I discovered there were ants. I told the staff and got a different room really quickly.

Close to airport, and good air condition. Free transport to airport.

Wallpaper was falling off, spiderwebs in bathroom and quite dirty… The smell was extremely sweet, and there was absolutely no sound isolation.

A good choice

The staff were kind and helpful. it’s very close to the airport, 3 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking. there’s a nice view to the mountains of the capital. close to the center Ilidza. clean and tidy.

There wasn’t drinking water in the room, every time you want to drink water you have to buy it.

The soap in the shower

They have been giving them self 4 stars on their signage. I don’t know for what. Please look my pictures. I know hotel was cheap and just for one night stay but still…. -Windows have never been cleaned on in/outside. -More or less all furniture was damaged -Bathroom was under lighted, tiles was defect and there was a lot of old decoration which not wad to be used. -Door spy was covered with tape an a old napkin. I could mention more but leave the experience to next guest. Maybe I’m to western, but even in China where I have been +50 times, this would have been a trashy experience…
