So dirty and smelly, don’t go.

Nothing. nothing artistic in the place either.

This place smells so bad, never seen such a dirty rental. Appliances are old, dirty and the fridge didn’t work. A/C very noisy. Stains all over the floor, mirrors broken and dirty. Bedding not comfortable. Not even a spare toilet paper in the bathroom, nor a tea towel in the kitchen. Staff did answer the phone but was not helpful.

Easy to enter

Smelled bad, loud parties in the apartment below, place smelled like smoke and then they wanted to keep our security deposit because it smelled, just because we didn't complain

Carpet allergies and horrible towels

The carpet smells very bad and triggered our allergies. Towels are stained and torn. The kitchen was very dirty and old, with an washing tower for clothes in it. Uneven heating system. To access the apartment you must go up some stairs. They charge USD 60 for cleaning but they poorly clean by themselves, the place smells and all the walls have marks. They charged extra USD 200 to get the code for the door as collateral (refundable) but an USD 8,72 as transaction fee but they did not disclaimer it. They let to the moment you are about to arrive to tell you that so you could not go to somewhere else.

SCAMMERS, bad service!!!!

I paid 240 for this airbnb and was scam!!!!! the owner never sent me the code to get in the building, after several hours of standing outside waiting for the owner to contact me, we saw 2 people in the airbnb we PAID for!!! finally the owner called us and told us that they had people staying there, we couldn't stay, we drove 4 hours!!! I still haven't received any type of refund

Disgusting situation in every way - place and company. Avoid

I didn’t. I left. the place was filthy dirty, had 1 small used hand towel in the kitchen (no other towels), laundry was on the floor, no clean sheets, stained mattress and duvet, it wasn’t vacuumed, the counters were not clean - sticky in places, the furniture was dirty and torn, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, and it smelled. It was horrible. I arrived shortly after the check in time and about 20min later, as I finalized another place to stay last minute, took photos for documentation, and contacted the company, a young woman let herself in, didn’t introduce herself, and was talking to the managing company. I told her that we were leaving and why, which she told the person on the phone, and told the person that it was dirty. She had no items to clean the place, so I still have no idea why she was there. They are still charging me for the night, though we didn’t stay there and they told me that the photos from the cleaner show that it was in order as promised. I sent them all of my photos when so first contacted them, which they have ignored.

It’s not bad, but it’s not good either

Comfy beds, clean sheets. Good safety and security measures. The neighborhood looked a little suspect, but it proved us wrong and was quiet with no neighborhood drama.

The building has a very strong smell. It was overwhelming, but the actual apartment was not the source of the smell. It could use a good deep clean, new carpets and updated furniture. The furniture was not as pictured. There was clothing from a previous guest behind a dresser. It served it’s purpose for a place to sleep for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Location was crappy. Place looked nothing like it looks online. Was infested with roaches (have pics and video). When I inquired about that they told me to talk to Booking.com about it. They did nothing. Smelled musty/moldy and the electricity went if one day and they had to flip the box to get it back on. I told them due to the filth of the place and the roach infestation I wanted half my money back. They did nothing. Because we had already spent a good amount of money we couldn’t go find another place to stay and we had already paid for this place so we just dealt with it. But it was not a small infestation it was every time you walk in the kitchen there’s dozens of roaches and in the bathroom it was disgusting!

Poor accommodations

The water got nice and hot. It was definitely needed to clean

The grass outside the property needs to be cut. Table leg broken, the coffee pot had molded old coffee in the filter. Dead roaches on the floor as well as alive ones crawling around. The bedrooms was not like the pictures showed. The tub was dirty. And it needs a fresh coat of paint

Do not recommend

Everything was not as advertised roaches as soon as we walked in. The extra beds we asked for weren’t there and the stuff we saw on booking was not what we walked in to . We had to pay for a hotel because it was so uncomfortable.

Terrible worst place I ever been

Terrible

The property was nothing like what was advertised on the website Certain amenities that were listed weren't there. They had spiders and bugs the beds we uncomfortable, you can hear the neighbors above you move around, the internet kept going out.
