The ambiance to relaxing, and quite food the room the housekeeping team to make our room always clean, the food and the singer all are good !!!

Tour arrangement, didn't explain properly to us what will happen and we are shock that they drop us in the meeting point waiting for 1hr to have people with us (min) capacity we are thinking that the hotel is the one who manage the tours but it's not , and the facilitator are keep telling to you to get things with a pricely cost that ended up useless. Better if Theirs a little briefing what should we expecting. As we don't have a clue.
We want to add more night but no availability (same room) they do have but 3x the price.
Better if you plan ahead on this scenario especially for family.

The views and the cuisine. The dinner was excellent! The staff tried to be friendly with us. It has a swimming pool and it was good that moment!
The room was a little bit small per two people and we can't enjoy of the breakfast because we had to take the plane so early, then they prepared a picnic and it wasn't enough for the breakfast.

Staffs are really nice. Transport is really good as well as you can ring them and they can pick you or drop you off anywhere near town for free

Nice pool. Clean and tidy hotel with good views. Free minibus to and from town and port. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
Overall this hotel is very good value for money.
The rooms are on the small side but this was not a big problem as our room was clean and modern. And we spent very little time in the room. We would certainly stay at the hotel again as this hotel is one of the best hotels in Coron.

Dont charge a ridiculous amount of money for a broken bottle. Did I do this on purpose? Did I sign an agreemnet with this thievery punishment where you emphasized this? Did I agree with that ? Don't behave childish pls.... can happen thou ?

The "lady" forgets to smile at the reception. The two girls at the reception are nice :-). For the lady....Go find another job if you're not happy with what you're doing.

Wonderful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble and a great view of the bay. I loved the quirky additions of the swing bridge, little seating areas and spiral staircases. The complimentary shuttle service to and from town was a real bonus. The room was immaculately cleaned and a minor issue with a plug was sorted immediately.
A bit run down. The pool needs a refurbishment, the 'tidemark' needs removing and the chemicals should be better managed so it sparkles.
The aircon was sometimes noisy. The bed was pretty hard. The chef needs to learn to cook eggs so whites are set, waffles were undercooked too. But it was all made up for by smiles, customer focus and determination to be helpful.

Great view overlooking the town about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre - this was not a problem for us and there is a shuttle but important to note for people with reduced mobility. The facilities were a little tired but clean and comfortable, and we had a good stay. Helped to arrange transfers to the airport.
Breakfast is a bit deplete if you go after the first part. Overall this was accomodation quite expensive compared to other options/what we got for our money. The onsite washing is also expensive compared to what you can get in town.

La piscine n'a pas de système de filtration donc c'est nettoyé manuellement et par csq pas très sain.
Bâtiments mal entretenus, c'est dommage car ça pourrait être un très bel hôtel. Parasol cassé, plantes fanées non remplacées, câble traversant rouge dans la salle de bain..

La colazione era ok considerato il buffet anche se poteva essere sicuramente un po "piu' internazionale". La cucina era comunque molto buona, in due settimane sia per comodita' che per apprezzamento nei confronti della cucina abbiamo mangiato spesso in hotel. La vista era meravigliosa, la posizione ottima perche' si poteva godere di un venticello sicuramente piacevole data la stagione.
Purtroppo le cose negative del soggiorno superano di gran lunga quelle positive. Partendo dalla piscina che non corrisponde alle foto fornite dal sito, sporca, vecchia e maltenuta. Seguendo dalla NON PULIZIA. In entrambe le settimane (avendo cambiato camera), alla consegna della stanza ci siamo trovati una camera sporca con il pavimento talmente sporco che ce ne siamo accorti dai piedi neri dopo nemmeno 5 minuti. Un'episodio molto spiacevole e pericoloso e' successo una mattina a colazione. Mio suocero ha messo in bocca un pezzo di vetro proveniente dalla marmellata. Nel buffet non servendo le monoporzioni (cosa gia di per se grave per un hotel) ma trovando le marmellate in un unico vaso (molto poco igienico), devono aver rotto il vaso di marmellata in cucina e non hanno prestato attenzione nel momento della messa a posizione al buffet colazione. Il risultato e' stato che mio suocero per poco non ha ingerito questo pezzo di vetro tagliente e prendendo lui farmaci anticoagulanti per una malattia, per poco non e' stata sfiorata la tragedia. L'action plan dell'hotel? 4 mele. 4 mele sono state le loro scuse. Credo non ci siano ulteriori commenti. La seconda settimana per di piu', avevano messo i miei suoceri e il mio compagno in una stanza tripla di 7mq2 a dir tanto. 3 persone per una settimana in una stanza dalle dimensioni di una singola per di piu' in un piano interrato SENZA finestra, oltre che sporca e pavimento non lavato. Ora potrei andare avanti con tutte le mancanze e i disservizi che sono innumerevoli, onestamente (lavorando nel settore ricettivo) consiglierei ai proprietari della struttura o alla direzione che ha potere decisionale, di fare un corso di gestione alberghiera o direttamente di cambiare settore.

We hadden een kamer op de 4de verdieping. Geen lift. Kamer heeft geen terras.
Zwembad uitnodigt niet uit om in te zwemmen.

The staff were amazing! The shuttle service makes everything easy and convenient, it was on time I just needed to make sure to let the front desk that I wanted to get the service. The view was stunning and the buffet breakfast was delicious. If you get a massage, ask for Melanie, lovely lady.

stunning view from the hotel (panoramic view, cause hotel is up in the mountain), BUT you dont need to worry about the transportation to town (they have free shuttle to the center and back). Restaurant deserves all the applauses, cause the food is the best in all town, do dont waste your time in searching better places :) staff is helpfull and welcoming :) also, the pool is great plus, cause sometimes the tours to islands are cancelled because of weather conditions, so you could spend great time near pool and have a massage ;)
the only disappointing moment is the smell in the rooms of mold :/// we even asked to change the room because of that smell. Fortunatelly we got another one, which was in better condition, but close to breakfast restaurant (you can hear people starting to prepare food from 5am in the morning).
Also, take in mind, that proposed tours by the hotel are overpriced by approx 25-30%, so you can arrange the same tour with the same provider in lower price (with pick up and drop off to the hotel)

If honest then photo’s are flattering. Was originally in family room that but large mirrors made it look bigger than it was so went to delux room for extra £100. However, it is Palawan and it’s better than a vast majority of options.

The only room with a balcony with a good view of the distant ocean and mountains, and also the western style toilet.
From the start we knew we had made a bad choice when it was very clear that it wasn’t presented correctly in the description of being 700m from the beach. A blatant mistruth as I thought we could walk to the beach which was THE MAIN REASON we booked there. The only means of getting to the seashore was a 10-15 minute drive which fortunately was supplied. Then when shown to our room, it was so musky smelling that it was impossible to stay in the room so I asked for a refund to find alternative accommodation. The staff weren’t able to deal with that and said we needed to go through booking.com which we tried emailing… only to receive a follow up email that everything was sorted out … NOT! The staff tried to give us another room (without a balcony) but it too had the same strong musky smell.
Then the door was so swollen with moisture that it was extremely hard to open and shut and the phone had no signal to ring the service desk about it. The staff were really friendly and fixed the door problem but unable to fix the phone which was connected into a large hole in the wall containing many other wires.
The shower enclosure was good but the water had so low a pressure that we needed to spend four times the time needed to shower. But time didn’t bother us as apart from Island hopping, Coron had absolutely nothing of interest to go to.
The bed was quite firm and coupled the old air conditioner which was so noisy, it was hard getting to sleep … coupled with the musky smell that we tried to mask out by putting some lavender and peppermint oil we had, on our face.
The ONLY reason we gave two stars was due to the friendly staff, but otherwise, this was the only holiday we’ve had in the Philippines that we looked forward to leaving … and with much regret that we wasted so much money on. Btw if you’re looking for an actual beach with sand on it, don’t bother with Coron!

Breakfast is fantastic. The crew are very friendly. From what i know, they are the only hotel that serves a free shuttle at any place within the city.

We stayed in a lovely tree house as part of our stay at Skylodge Resort, and from our first arrival, the staff were superb. The enthusiastic men and women working at Skylodge proactively offered support and help throughout our stay. When we unfortunately got ill during our stay, the front desk was able to offer basic medication to make for a more comfortable stay.
The location is a little far from town, but regular shuttle services were offered making this a small point. Otherwise, rooms were a little small, but considering the price, this was fair.

When we arrived to our room the A/C was already on so the room was cool and it was a very appreciated detail due to it being so hot and humid. Good location, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. We were able to eat there for dinner which was great.
Somehow there was a lot of mosquitoes in the room compared to other places we stayed. The staff did help with some spray but I still got bitten quite a few times.
