A lovely Spacious and Bright luxury 85sq m Two Bedroom apartment that is in an excellent central location! Only a block away from the main beachfront promenade 'La Croisette'. Only 1 1/2min to Beaches, great Shopping, Cafes & Restaurants and only 5min walk to the Festival Hall. The Carre D'Or is the most vibrant and exclusive area in Cannes. *Note even whit its central location the Apartment is stil very Quiet & Calm! There is parking underground but you are so central you don't need it! It is situated on the 4th floor of a modern building with an elevator/lift. There is a front Balcony & a rear 7m loggia/terrace overlooking a garden- both areas are nice for drinks or al fresco dining. There is a new modern Air Conditioning system in both bedrooms and the living room. Internet & WiFi for laptops. DVD player & 42' flat screen Tv w/ Cable (4 English News stns BBC,Sky,CNN and France 24hrs, movies,sports etc..) Two IHOMES w IPOD & IPHONE docking stations to listen to you own music.

The stay was perfect, the house is big and has all the necessary to have a great stay. It is in a great position but at the same time is quiet at night. I can only complain a bit about the the general lack of cleaning but also know that there are different standards

A massive construction site, a building being torn down, is going on adjacent to the property, directly outside the bedrooms. An entire building!!.., and the noise, and the dust is pitiful. None of this was ever disclosed. NEVER again will we book with VRBO.

Loved our stay in Cannes for the week. The apartment was ideal location with less than 3 min walk to beaches and right in the heart of shopping and eateries. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 teen girls. Lovely neighborhood. Owner and manager very responsive to our questions. We would certainly return again.

We have been guests in the apartment for five days and the apartment is very nice and roomy just in the heart of Cannes. The location is perfect with the beach in a 3 min walking distance and the shops and beautiful boutiques just around the corner. The communication with Gary and Jessamyn was very good with short response times and contained all important information. I would love to visit this place again with the family. Thanks Gary and Jessamyn! :)

We really lucked out in finding this amazing flat at the last minute. We changed destinations from Marseille to Cannes at the last minute and found a very affordable flat. The property owner Jacques was very responsive and finalized the rental within 2 days. The flat itself is beautiful and very clean, one street away from the Croisette and among all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Very safe environment that we felt comfortable wandering about to determine where to dine for lunch/dinner. A mere 7 minute walk from the train, though a portion of the walk is uphill and if you have heavy suitcases it can be tiring (we overpacked!). The two bedrooms were very comfortable and we appreciated the commode being separate from the bathtub/shower and two sinks. The kitchen was fully stocked though all we made was tea/coffee. But ready to go if you were to prepare a meal. We loved the front and back patios though we lounged on the front one the most to people watch across the neighborhood. The washer/dryer was a bonus as we were traveling for 3 weeks by the time we got to Cannes. Jessamyn, the property manager was delightful! We easily coordinated a time to collect the keys, she gave us a tour and then we we’re off to enjoy the rental. We had a bit of trouble connecting to the WiFi and Jessamyn was easy to contact via text and resolve issues. I highly recommend renting this amazing flat and will stay there on our next trip.

The apartment is strategically located in the center of Cannes and, despite this, is in absolute calm. The interior is perfectly maintained and everything works well. The owner is a real gentleman and good person. We spent there three perfect weeks.

Very pleasant apartment in a calm part of Cannes. Only slight disappointment was the lack of direct sun on the balconies but it is so close to the beach that it didn't matter.

I did not stay there, but booked on behalf of work colleagues who were attending MIPIM. From the time I booked until the time my colleagues checked in, everything was flawless.. From across the pond, things can get hairy with such a time difference, but both Gary and his property manager, Valerie, kept in touch and made being there effortless. Thank you!

I was here for a convention at Les Palais. This apartment was within walking distance to there amongst every other thing in Cannes. Three blocks to the beach, restaurants and bars around the corner, grocery just 3 blocks away. The apartment is clean and updated with all of the conveniences of home.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Two minutes from the beach and city center. Short walk to the bus and train station. Cannes is a loud and busy city in August, however, the flat is tranquil and quiet.
The flat is very well equipped, but there were no instructions for the TV and the internet was a bit shaky.
Drivers need to note that the car park is both very tight and exceptionally steep. Mid size cars and rear wheel drive be aware. Host regularly checked in with us to make sure that we have a pleasant stay.

Excellent inside and out!
We loved our stay here! This property was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed, plus it is decorated very nicely. It is also in an excellent location minutes from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. It was also an easy walk from the train station.

Tres bonne localisation. Le propriétaire Gary Young est très aimable et très attentionné. Quand il n’est pas disponible son assistante Valerie Bruce est toute aussi serviable et généreuse. Gute Lage und viel Komfort
Als vierköpfige Familie konnten wir einen unbeschwerten Sommerurlaub geniessen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, hat Stil, ist auch in der Küche voll ausgestattet, gut klimatisiert und hervorragend gelegen. Zentral und doch ruhig und sicher. Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber das ist für die Innenstadt wahrscheinlich üblich. Das Auto braucht man eh nicht häufig, da alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar ist (Gastronomie, Shopping, der schöne Stadtstrand, uvm.).

De communicatie vooraf met de eigenaar verliep goed. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Valerie. Wanneer er problemen waren konden wij Valerie altijd bereiken en werd er gezocht naar een oplossing. Het appartement zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden lagen heerlijk. De locatie was perfect, dichtbij het strand en alle winkels. Een echte aanrader! Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen.

Great Apartment
On arrival we were met by Valerie who showed us the apartment and immediately we thought that it was excellent, bright, colourful , clean, modern and homely. Far exceeding our impression from the photographs online. The large flat screen tv with a good choice of english channels and the bose soundbar that we could play our music through was a bonus. Large extremely comfortable bed, woke with no aches and pains! Well equipped modern kitchen. Nice comfortable balcony to sit and have a drink. Overall more specious than we thought it would be and very comfortable, felt like home from home. Gary also phoned us to make sure everything was ok. When we are back in Cannes we will definitely choose this apartment again. Thank you Gary and Valerie for a wonderful stay.

The location is wonderful, only a few minutes walk from the Croisette. Not sure exactly where the gardens pictured were located though. Having stayed in Cannes several times, I would have to say this flat was only average. The apartment was nice enough, although the decor is dated and minor things like paint chipping off the walls and balcony floors were dirty. A/C and Big TV with Netflix was big plus for the kids. Could have provided more amenities, such as coffee for the coffee machine or dishwashing detergent, and paper towels. Not required, I know, but always a nice touch when booking a holiday apartment. Also for a weeks stay and not having daily cleaning like a hotel, having some cleaning supplies would be nice, such as glass cleaner, etc. As a comparison, our flat we booked in Nice had a bottle of wine for us, coffee, all the essentials, beautifully decorated, and less expensive for more nights.. Last complaints were that we asked Gary if they had a baby cot for our 20 month old and he replied no, so we had to bring ours from home which was a pain. Only to find out from Valerie that they had one available. Valerie did allow us to check in early, which was nice, but then asked us to check out early (10am) which wasnt ideal. All in all, we had a nice stay in the flat but probably would not book it again.

Het voor - en achterterras zijn biezonder aangenaam.
Een prachtige locatie .
Het is heel opmerkelijk en nog nooit meegemaakt ( op alle reizen die wij al ondernomen hebben ) --> hoe ongelooflijk attent en vriendelijk de eigenaar is .
Bij de kleinste vraag wordt er onmiddellijk actie ondernomen om een oplossing te vinden.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen
wirklich super zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, 100 m zur Einkaufstrasse mit tollen Geschäften und ca 250 m bis zum Stand. Saubere, geräumige Wohnung, kann man nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Gary und natürlich Valerie, die uns sehr nett empfangen hat. Die Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Cannes, alles in der Nähe, Supermarkt, Bars, Geschäfte und natürlich der Strand, besser geht es nicht. Immer wieder , wenn wir wieder nach Cannes kommen, würden wir diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten. Vielen Dank

Tolle Wohnung; Klasse Aufenthalt in einer interessanten Stadt
Wir waren im August zum ersten mal in Cannes und in dieser Wohnung. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert (thanks Valerie!).
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung (einschl. Nespresso-Maschine mit Milchaufschäumer) und war für unsere Urlaubsansprüche mehr als genug. Die Lage der Wohnung ist bis auf einen fehlenden Meerblick (wird aber auch nicht angegeben) hervorragend. Relativ ruhig für eine Stadtwohnung obwohl Kneipen zu hören sind, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandzugänge usw. alles zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Auto kann man in der eigenen Tiefgarage parken wobei es nicht allzu groß sein sollte und der/die Fahrer(-in) sich das ganze erst mal vor der Einfahrt anschauen sollte (Ist verdammt eng das ganze).
Der Kontakt mit Gary und Valerie fand in Englisch statt und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Vor allem die schnellen Antworten von Gary muß man einmal hervorheben. Es gibt auf FeWo auch welche die auch nach Monaten nicht antworten!
Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
