About this villa rental
The villa is ideally located 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and 150m from restaurants.
The patio in the center of the villa is the link connecting all living spaces. It creates a warm atmosphere with a teak table that can accommodate 12 people who is cleverly shaded by a pergola IPE, guarantee friendly meals. A gas barbecue liven up your meals with family or friends. The swimming pool (heated) is also modern and pleasant with several sofas and comfortable loungers located all around.
Two bedrooms and the kitchen with the center island have direct access to the patio. Two other rooms adjoining the villa are also facing the patio. The fifth bedroom overlooks the garden.
All rooms are air conditioned and have their own bathroom.
A room with its own toilet, then each time 2 rooms share a toilet.
The very cozy living room also overlooks the south side garden. On this side there is another large terrace with a table that can also accommodate 12 guests. An outdoor lounge with armchairs will allow you to relax peacefully.
The residence is intended to be very quiet for a relaxing holiday. The varied and beautiful landscapes, the beaches around are also very beautiful. The mountain less than an hour allows a nice refreshing stroll (Bavella, Zonza and rivers with possibility of canyoning).
The water sports in Pinarello Bay are plentiful: Diving, Jet Ski, Water Ski, Wake, Fly Board and Boat Rental.

Marvellous
Our family of 5 loved this villa. There was plenty of space with lots of extras home touches that you don’t always find in rentals. We spent the week around the pool and popping to the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away. Frédéric was on hand if needed and responded promptly . Altogether a fantastic week - we hope to return .

Excellent emplacement mais...
La maison est idéalement située à 100 m d’une belle plage et à 150 d’une petite rue commerçante comportant plusieurs restaurants, au calme. L’accueil par la propriétaire a été correct.
Cependant, le ménage n’était pas impeccable (un peu de vaisselle sale, frigidaire non javellisé, poussière sous les lits, cuisine ´grassouille ´, moisissures dans les joints de douche...) et la maison nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement (murs à lessiver, carrelage du contour de la piscine instable, hotte de la cuisine en mauvais état, matelas des transats vétustes...).
Les propriétaires partagent le même terrain sur une maison mitoyenne.
Pour conclure, la maison est très bien située mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Proximity to the beach is the bomb!
We just spend a week in Pinarello, Pinareddu, Pinarellu (one place seems to have a few different names) and loved it. The house is really just a minute from one of the finest beaches we saw while in the southern part of Corsica. The house was easy to find, everything works great and the hosts are friendly and helpful. We loved having a SUP plus two sea kayaks to use during our stay. Although you cannot sea the water from the house, it is in a very peaceful setting and I loved the little village with it's few shops and restaurants. There is a grocery store not far away and the larger town of Porto Vecchio is close by with even more amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped. We visited several other beaches while there and I always enjoyed coming back to our house and beach. We also went up one day to the Solenzara river with it's beautiful pools to swim in and the wonderful smelling pine trees. All in all a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed the pool too although not as much as we expected as it seemed a bit chilly.

Awesome property!
We were lucky enough to find this property available just a few weeks before our trip. The first thank goes to the travelers who had written the reviews, after the pictures, it is always what I read.
The owners are very quick to respond, and really helpful with informations about the region.
Pascale and Frederic ‘s house is wonderful! Clean, big, and very well thought out. The location is perfect. You are no more than a hundred feet from a beautiful beach, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and many inflatable toys are just waiting for you.
Even though it is close to many restaurants, it is very quiet and very private. The heated pool and the patio are perfect.
The kitchen could not be more welcoming, even for big families. The appliances are galore. 2 refrigerators( 1 with ice cube maker), 2 freezers, induction cooktop, oven, microwave,nespresso machine, blender, food processor, and so many dishes... it reflects the fact that this place is not only a villa, it is a true family house.
The beds were top notch, very firm, no trouble falling asleep.
It was the first time I sacrificed the view for the proximity of the water, let’s just say it was a success!
I highly recommend this property, we will come back again.

Die Villa ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, hat alle unsere Erwartungen bestens erfüllt und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren.

Séjour Inoubliable
Nous avons loué cette villa durant la semaine du 11 au 18 août 2018. Nous étions un groupe composé de 10 personnes d’une même famille, mon époux et moi-même souhaitions faire découvrir la région à nos quatre enfants ainsi qu’à leurs compagnons/compagnes, tranche d’âge de 17 à 31 ans.
A notre arrivée à la villa, l’accueil des propriétaires (Frédéric et Pascale) fut particulièrement attentionné et ils se sont montrés prévenants durant toute la durée du séjour, mettant à notre disposition une multitude de matériels de loisirs (2 canoës doubles, un paddle, masques, tubas, palmes, raquettes de jeux, ballons, matelas gonflables, planche de bodyboard, etc.), ainsi que des parasols, serviettes de piscine etc…
La première impression en découvrant l’intérieur de la villa a été unanime : très beaux volumes et agencements réalisés avec goût. On se sent tout de suite bien et à notre aise, chaque couple ayant sa propre chambre et salle d’eau.
La villa est idéalement située à 100 mètres à pied des restaurants et petits commerces de Pinarello et offre un accès quasi immédiat à une très belle plage en contrebas.
Elle dispose d’une allée pour stationner les véhicules, d’un jardin ombragé avec une grande table pour 10 à 12 personnes et barbecue à proximité.
Nous avions la possibilité d’installer notre grande tablée dans le patio au bord de la piscine, idéal pour le petit déjeuner.
La maison est très bien équipée en électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine, mobilier et équipements Hifi (TV, magnétoscope 3D, etc.) et avec une connexion internet sécurisée très correcte.
L’entretien de la piscine est assuré au quotidien, ce qui permet d’avoir une eau toujours irréprochable.
L’endroit a beaucoup de charme et de quiétude, le lotissement est très calme.
A proximité, nous avons pu pratiquer des activités sportives telles que canyoning et jet-ski, sans oublier l’immanquable sortie en bateau. La journée sur les iles Lavezzi restera l’un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Frédéric qui a été attentif à rendre cette journée inoubliable.
Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans cette superbe villa.

We travelled as a group of 10 made up from 3 families. The villa worked out great giving enough privacy yet still entered around the pool.
Our first day was not great in terms of the weather but, being heated, we all still enjoyed the pool. The pool also has a retractable cover which When closed meant that the adults could relax in the comfort of knowing the children would be safe.
Frederic greeted us on our arrival and gave us a detailed handover including a few tips of where to eat and the best places to visit. It was a nice surprise to find that the villa comes with the use of 2 kayaks and a paddle board. The beach is only a few steps away so longs days were spent messing around on the water.
The villa is very well equipped with all you could want and the kitchen, which opens directly to the pool area, was a great social space
We had a small issue with the internet but with 5 teenagers with us it was hardly a surprise, I merely mentioned it to Frederic the next day and it was sorted
Frederic is a great host who is always around if needed but generally is very much in the background. He lives a stones throw away and made a brief visit every couple of days just to ensure everything was perfect
We made a couple of trips inland to an area called Cavu which is a selection of natural pools with a river flowing through. Absolutely superb and a must do. We went back there the following day to rent bicycles and explored the whole area. There is also tree top canyoning experience park there which was great fun
The restaurants in the strip were reasonable but the Le Rouf was the stand out restaurant for us. The cocktails in VigVog were enjoyed by all😊

Modern Villa, Ideal Location, Perfect Host
Truly an amazing place! My family and friends met from different parts of the globe to enjoy a holiday in Corsica. We loved the villa’s ultra-modern architecture and fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for all seven of us. Steps away from the beautiful beach and local restaurants made this the ideal location. “Fred” was the ultimate host. His knowledgeable of the area was invaluable and he helped us plan our activities when asked. He was always responsive before, during and after our stay.
We also enjoyed exploring the mountains and visiting Bonifacio which were short drives from Pinarello in our rental car. On lazy days, we relaxed by the luxurious pool which is the focal point of the glass enclosed kitchen and bedrooms.
The highlight of our stay was the boat trip! Fred is an experienced boat captain and we chartered his boat for a beautiful, private trip along the coast. We made several stops to explore, swim and have lunch, making it the perfect day at sea.
I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait until our next visit!

Schönes Ferienhaus ganz nah am Strand
wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern zwischen 9 und 5 Jahren und hatten herrliche Tage im Oktober. Nähe zum Meer mit viel "Spielzeug" wie SUP, Kanu und Sandkasten-Ware ist besonders zu erwähnen. Kids fühlten sich wohler als bei Club Med!
Geheizter Pool war auch schön und die Küche mit allen Equipments lädt ein für gemütliche Kochrunden.

Superbes vacances dans une belle maison
Partis à 5 couples, nous avons passés 2 semaines merveilleuses. La maison est très bien aménagée et bien équipée. La piscine chauffée très appréciée en septembre, elle est au centre du patio lequel donne accès à 4 chambres, la 5ième est côté jardin. Situation exceptionnelle, à 50 M d'une belle plage, très propre et nettoyée tous les matins et a proximité des petits commerces et de divers restaurants; On oublie la voiture pendant le séjour. A disposition, il y a un paddle, des kayaks, des bouées, des parasols et des accessoires de plage pour les enfants.Frédéric (le propriétaire) a été aux petits soins avec nous et nous avons fait une super balade en bateau en sa compagnie. Dommage de ne pas avoir fait connaissance avec PASCALE qui est adorable au téléphone.
Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés.

Sejour paradisiaque
Partis à 10 personnes, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve : le descriptif de la villa est très modeste, la réalite est bien au delà. Son équipement ultracomplet (Robots menagers, cafetieres (inclus Nespresso) et bouilloires, sèche cheveux dans toutes les chambres), une architecture permettant une circulation facile et discrète dans la maison et vers la piscine, des repas à prendre coté ombre ou coté soleil et enfin un oasis de verdure (lauriers roses/blancs et essences méditéranéennes) entretenu réguliérement (et discrètement) par les propriétaires....On part à regret en espérant y revenir. Du pur bonheur
Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa, très bien aménagée et équipée. Nous étions 7 et avons occupé les 4 chambres qui donne sur le patio et sa piscine. Très bonne literie.
Elle a aussi une situation exceptionnelle. On est pratiquement sur la plage, avec accès par un passage "secret". Nous avions à disposition 2 kayaks pour longer la côte. Et à 200 m, des restaurants, boutiques et une boulangerie.
Et le tout avec les conseils du propriétaire qui nous a donné les infos pour faire d'agréables ballades, et manger la "vraie" charcuterie corse.
C'est une adresse que nous gardons, et sans doute y reviendrons nous...

Best Holiday Ever!!!
Thank you Fred and Pascale for giving us the opportunity to stay at your Villa.
Our family and our friends' one had an amazing time at your Villa and in the beautiful village of Pinarellu.
We had such a great time that next year as agreed we want to come again.
We did the food shopping on Saturday when we arrived and until Thursday the following week we did not have to drive anywhere.
Everything was there, a beautiful not very busy beach with turquoise water was literally 1 minute away from the Villa, a selection of very good restaurants with fantastic cocktails and amazing views over the gulf were 5 minutes walking distance (our children pace :)).
But most of the time we spent it at the Villa, enjoying the warm pool (as described in the add) with our children which obviously did not want to come out from it at all and relaxing on the sun beds.
Thank you once again and we hope we will see you again next year.

Wonderful house in Pinarello
We stayed in this wonderful house with our family of five, plus my brother's family of four, during the last week of May 2016. The location of the house is perfect being only steps from the beach and only 2 minutes walk from restaurants and bakery. The house easily accommodated our large group, and the swimming pool was eagerly enjoyed everyday. The house is well set up with all the expected amenities.
The owner is friendly, responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

The best holidays ever!
We have enjoyed this villa tremendously! From the first moment owners communicated very professionally, answering any of our requests, offering us Face-time walk through tour. Booking without any issues. Villa was inside even better than described, it is absolutely beautiful, everything is newly refurbished, kitchen equipped better than our own! The best part of the villa is its own heated pool (30C all the time!), with absolute privacy, inside the atrium. Our kids were either in the pool or within a minute walk on a fantastic sandy beach of Pinarello. Beach is accessible directly with a small path (definitely under one minute!). We were welcomed personally, villa was perfectly and freshly cleaned. Just the most positive feedback we can give back and highly recommend to anybody planning to enjoy Corsica.
