Built-in safe with easy security access/programming to store your important documents and valuables if needed. Plenty of hangers included for your convenience.
Master Bath - double entry with private access from master bedroom and entry hallway. Beautiful finishes with travertine throughout.
Kitchen/Dining - fully equipped with everything you need and tons of storage! GE appliances; microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker (fed from building REVERSE OSMOSIS system); granite counters, leather barstools, reverse osmosis drinking faucet. Toaster, blender, coffee maker, seasoning rack, and all utensils and dishes for up to 8 people (including plastic ware for the little people). New counter height hardwood 6 person dining table to enjoy a great family dinner while watching the stunning views of the ocean.
Living Room - pull out sofa with new queen size memory foam mattress; love seat; entertainment center with 65" 4k UHD LDC smart TV (with built-in Roku) with Bluetooth sound bar, and BluRay DVD player. Books, games and family DVD movies available for your enjoyment. Wall-to-wall glass sliding door with access to patio/balcony.
Patio/Balcony - wonderful relaxing area with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and resort/pool area. 4 person dining set, sitting chair and lounger.
Laundry Room - oversized laundry room with full size washer, dryer and utility sink.
Other - Free Wi-Fi and cable TV with several US Channels (including many HD).
The resort offers multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, kiddie pools, Jacuzzis, swim up bar, and grills. The Phase II courtyard/pool area has Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, towel service, a lazy river and shady Ramada's. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the Palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
As per resort rental regulations, this is a NON-SMOKING, and NO PETs condo. The unit is in the Las Palomas rental pool, we will be offering the best rates allowed which entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. We maintain our condo with pride of ownership and you can be assured that the quality of our condo has met and exceeds all of Las Palomas high standards.
NOTE:
**Las Palomas Resort requires the person who makes the reservation and checks in to be age 25 or older and have mayor credit card. This is strictly enforced, no exceptions!
**No Smoking allowed in the unit or in the unit's balcony. Designated smoking areas in resort common grounds.
**No pets allowed.
**$150 refundable damage deposit required at check-in (cash or credit card)
**Please read the resort's rules and regulations listed in reservation confirmation letter.
