The house is nice classic, rather dark inside, which helps to keep the heat outside. Fortunately there were vents that helped also to keep mosquitoes away. The fourth bedroom is actually not really a room, but a space for a bed that you have to pass to get to the other rooms

Très bonne tenue de la location bien aménagée. Village très calme. Jardin très appréciable le soir. Excellent point de départ pour visiter Florence et d'autres villes des environs comme Lucca, Voltera et San Gimignano. Bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Für unseren Urlaub im Frühjahr ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

La recensione corrisponde perfettamente a quanto trovato, host gentile e attento a tutte le richieste. Posizione tranquillissima in un piccolissimo borgo. La casa trasuda storia anche se rimodernata per esigenze di modernità e utilizzo. Posizione perfetta per visitare tanti luoghi nelle vicinanze ricchi di storia e "vino".

Wir haben bewusst eine Ferienwohnung etwas abseits der Hauptrouten gesucht und auch hier gefunden. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, kleiner Kiosk im nahegelegenden Ort. Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit belegt. Es ist viel Platz in mehreren Etagen. An Küchenausstattung war sowiet alles vorhanden. Sehr hilfreich waren bei 42 Grad die 2 Klimaanlage in den oberen Etagen. Der Gartenabschnitt ist etwa 30m entfernt mit einem Sonnenschirm, der allerdings bei über 40 Grad nur bedingt hilfreich war, da wäre sicher eine andere Art der Überdachung besser. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich bei den Tipps in der Umgebung. Uns hat der Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen.

È andata molto bene. Casa molto grande, spaziosissima. In un piccolo borgo caratteristico, arredata giustamente con mobili antichi ma senza perdere nessuna dei confort di oggi. Dal wifi, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e tanto altro. Posizione perfetta per visitare la Toscana. Consigliatissima.

L'annuncio ben descriveva le caratteristiche dell'appartamento. Il posto era tranquillo e comunque vicino ai centri abitati ed a negozi. I proprietari si sono rivelati discreti ed attenti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana . personalmente lo consiglio . comodo alle città d'arte ed ai borghi più belli della toscana.

We rent this location the First time. The contact was great the house was nice. Everthing clean. We were 11days in that house with the whole family and we would visit it a second time , also . Thanks For that time

I really recommend this place for your vacation. Location and cleanliness is great. And our host Elizabetta and Michele greeted us with such warmth, really made us feel at home.

Michele et Elisabetta nous ont accueillis magnifiquement dans leur belle demeure. Typiquement toscan, faisant parti d'un très bel ensemble architectural d'une église, le logement est grand, original, bien agencé et équipé, parfait pour 7 personnes. Le petit moins est la luminosité du logement, un peu sombre et le jardin pas attenant au logement... dommage car celui-ci est magnifique au milieu des oliviers. Le logement se situe entre Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano... Pise n'est pas très loin également. Nous avons pu visiter ces belles villes avec un grand coup de coeur pour San Gimignano. Et de nombreux restaurants typiques toscans sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Je vous recommande ce logement pour de beaux moments en famille ou entre amis.

le séjour a été agréable et les chambres très confortable. Le salon est bien sauf le divan, il manque de rembourrage, Internet, il a seulement le nom. Utilisation nul entre 2 & 4 mégah il faut au minimum pour base vitesse 10 mgh et le bien est à 30mgh. Merci

Los propietarios encantadores y siempre disponibles. Nos obsequiaron con una botella de Chianti y con dos paquetes de pasta. Además al cabo de la primera semana repusierons sabanas y toallas limpias. La casa está muy ben equipada y las fotos hacen justicia. Muy amplia y espaciosa. Situada en el centro de la Toscana a 10 minutos de la autopista. Tan solo sugeriria mejorar la cobertura del wifi, muy pobre sobre todo a a que se conectan diversos aparatos, y a nivel de equipamiento, instalar un reproductor de DVD, ya que para los huespedes procedentes de Catalunya, tan solo tienes acceso a canal Sur internacional, cuya programacion es totalmente ridicula. Por lo demás estancia maravillosa

la cas esta bien. Es grande y original. A pesar del calor de la calle, si organizas bien las ventanas, no hay problema para dormir. Hay algunos restaurantes cerca donde se puede comer bien y a buen precio. Dwsvwntajas: un poco mas apartado de la cuenta. Mosquitos por las noches y el supermercado queda un poco lejos.

Très grande maison bien agencée avec 2 salles de bain, nombreux couchages, grandes pièces de vie, beau jardin Avec paysages magnifiques! La maison est située dans un petit village en hauteur, il faut compter 15 mns pour rejoindre les grands axes mais le point positif c'est qu'elle est à mi chemin de tout donc idéal pour faire Sienne, Florence, San Gimignano.

My husband and his parents and I rented Michele and Elisabettas place for one week in late September. Even though we arrived late in the evening, the owners waited for us and greeted us with a bottle of wine, a jar of pasta sauce and pasta, so that we would have dinner if we needed it.The location was lovely - quiet and rural, and fantastic views from each room on the upper floors, yet it was easy to get to many of the Tuscan highlights. We visited Florence, Siena, Perugia, San Gimingnano and more - all easily accessible day trips..It was plenty of room for us (its a perfect space for two families with three or four children among them), and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped (it did not have a cutting board so we bought one and left it there).While the weather was warmer during the day than anticipated, the evening air did have a chill in it. We had wanted a property with a fireplace to relax in front of for the evenings we were at home. However there was no firewood provided, though I believe the hosts would have provided it if wed insisted on it.Our security deposit was return as promised, in cash as we were checking out.We would definitely visit again, and would recommend Elisabetta and Micheles place to others.

C'était vraiment très bien, la maison est spacieuse et agréable, idéalement placée au calme à proximité de Florence. Michele et Elisabetta sont charmants, c'est sûr un jour nous reviendrons.

Estuvimos 10 días en esta maravilloca casa; muy grande, limpia y acogedora. Muy bien posicionada para visitar la Toscana. Los dueños muy amables y simpáticos. La casa tiene de todo; está muy bien acondicionada. En general fue una estancia estupenda.

Le séjour fut extraordinaire,après un accueil très chaleureux (accompagné d'une corbeille de fruit d'une bouteille de chianti et de pâtes italienne le tout offert par la propriétaire à notre arrivée)nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances.La maison est idéalement située pour visiter la toscane,nous y avons dormi dans une ambiance calme avec vue sur un splendide paysage.A mi distance entre florence et sienne nous avons pu rayonner dans toute la région.Très bonnes vacances en famille,nous conseillerons volontier l'adresse à notre entourage.Merci encore aux propriétaire pour leur accueil.

We rented this property for one week in April, 2015. The property is very clean and spacious and had all the amenities. We used this place as a launch point to discover Tuscany, making day trips to Florence, Pisa, Luca, Bologna, Parma, Sienna and others. The owner is very friendly and helpful and met our every need. We especially enjoyed the welcome basket she provided. I highly recommend this place for families or small groups.

Perfect holiday: surroundings are beautiful with olive groves and vines and the little burgo of Brugnano (with clock tower you see from bedroom window), a dream! The house itself is magnificent, relaxing, large and has all the commodities you need (coffee makers, pots, pans, washer etc). Owner and employees were there to help all the time if we had questions or needs. We miss it already. We were two Canadian couples. Perfect location to explore area (Florence but also many medieval towns). Wish we were still there. Thank you Elizabeta!

We stayed in this property for one week in mid August 2013. The property is located on a very quite neighborhood on a hill over looking breathtaking views of various farms and villages!! The property is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed the medieval design that is nicely preserved. We found, though late a beautiful restaurant in the neighborhood priced very reasonably. Check flyers in one of the drawers in the living room. Very friendly owner and staff. I highly recommend this place for families or small groups who plan to explore Italy by car.
