Tipica casa albanese con colonnine immersa in un verde un po’ trascurato

Il personale gentile e disponibile, check-in in serata dove ci ha accolto una signora che al momento del pagamento si è premurata di andare a scambiare i soldi non avendo resto in euro. Clima nuovo e funzionante. Possibilità di posto auto privato.

L’appartamento nonostante sia relativamente vicino al lungomare si trova in un quartiere un po’ degradato in cui non ci sentivamo al sicuro nell’uscire a piedi la sera. L’esterno del palazzo presentava del verde trascurato con la conseguenza che c’erano molti insetti che ho trovato inevitabilmente anche nella camera, come un grillo, e vari insettini alati. La camera nel complesso non era sporca, ma considerato il contesto diventa inevitabile l’ingresso degli insetti. La cucina fuori con relative stoviglie non mi dava un senso di igiene. Il frigo bar era piuttosto rumoroso. Nel bagno c’era solo il piatto doccia senza nemmeno la tendina per evitare gli schizzi d’acqua.

Tutto è stato fantastico. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro tempo qui, la camera era spaziosa e pulita. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Consiglio vivamente questo posto se state visitando Valona

Room in a single villa, overall good.

The room is big, clean and tidy.

They set their own price on booking and then tried to charge us more when we arrived.

Very clean room close to the beach

Very clean apartment close to the beach. The owner was really kind and answered quickly. There is a possibility of parking the car and I could also use the washing machine. Big plus for me was the hairdryer:-) I would totally recommend to stay at Rei‘s place.

Comfortable, well located and well priced!

Comfortable, clean, well located and great value for money. Extremely helpful host - Rei who was ready, available and willing to assist In any way possible. Bonus - Netflix and sunset views from balcony.

lovely stay near the promenade

we loved the location and the privacy. the room is spacious and bright with a large bathroom. remember to bring your own toiletries, none are provided. the beach is just a short walk as are restaurants and bars. it’s a quiet spot. we would highly recommend.

Meravigliosa

It was the perfect, cozy home. The beach was very close to the property, almost 4 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, local shops and a wide variety of restaurants were all within 5 minutes of walking. The room was exceptionally clean and it had all the necessary equipment. The owners were very kind and friendly and they were eager to help us in any way possible. I highly recommend Rei's place if you want to have some great, relaxing vacations. I wish I could stay more days!

Very pleasant place, clean, nice view from the window, great terrace. Very nice owners, you can communicate in English. The bank is broken by grandmother Reia. Supersympathetic, loving and talkative person :)

Maybe it could be closer to the center. But Vlora doesn't offer much there, so a small loss.

Secure parking. Walking distance to town and beach. Handy outdoor kitchen. Private garden gathering area with clothesline. Rei was very helpful and accommodating

It was adequate for our two night stay and our host was helpful.

Had a small balcony and could see the water. Was a short walk to the boardwalk. Small. Our fault for misreading the info and booking just a room.

Not on the waterfront (our vault in booking too quickly). Very small. Host did arrange cabs for us and a cab to take us to Durres at the end of our stay.

The perfect place to spend your holidays

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations. Rei and his family were amazing hosts. They were very friendly and also very helpful. The actual room which we booked was better than the photos. It was very spacious and most importantly it was really clean. We also had a small kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house is less than 5 minutes away on foot from the beach, also there are a lot of shops and restaurants close by. It is the perfect place to get a taste of the exciting nightlife because there are a lot of bars and clubs nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend this place if you are visiting Vlore.

This place is really nice, clean and quiet and the staff was so kind!

The street to get there isn't the best, but even with our old car we were able to get there! And the boys at the reception were so nice, they helped us park our car

Great place and friendly staff

We had a very nice time at Rei's place. The price and quality balance is very good. But what we found most important was the positive atmosphere and the fact that Rei was always very helpful and friendly. You can ask him anything. We really recommend this place.

Very good.

Good place to stay. Very quiet but close to food shops. It takes app. 10 minutes by foot to reach the beach. (Two chairs and beach umbrella cost 300-400 lekas.) The host is a nice person.
