A lovely apartment right in the heart of the bustling historical centre of the city. Lots of character and comfortable. Perhaps not for those who struggle with stairs though as there are 4 flights to get up plus steep stairs in the property (there is a lift which we didn’t really use). Quiet- despite being in a busy area. The terrace is small and gets quite hot, we didn’t use it much anyway but it is a nice place to sit. air con in all rooms which is a must! Overall a convenient and practical place to stay.

My family traveled to Napoli for a wedding in June, and had an amazing time thanks to Emanuela and this apartment. It's perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops, sightseeing, and restaurants.
Despite the heat, the apartment was cool and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. The views were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment fully stocked with everything we could need. Emanuela was also extremely helpful and attentive - answering questions and giving tips to make the most of our stay. I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s beautiful apartment right next to the vibrant Spaccanapoli. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5 with separate kitchen and living room and two separate bathrooms. With the hustle and bustle just steps outside the main gate of Spaccanapoli when you’re in this apartment it’s quiet and serene not getting any of the noise from what’s outside. It’s in a great location we the best pizza of our life just minutes away at Pizzeria Vincenzo Capasso I highly recommend. It’s also walking distance to harbor, tons of shopping, and all around vibe of Naples. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this Naples apartment. With 3 bedrooms, a living room area, 2 bathrooms (with shampoo & body wash included), and a kitchen, there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The location is great right in the middle of Christmas Alley and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and some sites. It's a 22 minute walk to the train station, so we took a taxi from the station to the apartment with our luggage. The apartment was very clean, and there was air conditioning in the apartment which was wonderful for summer months. The host was responsive to questions that I had during our stay. A washer was available which was nice to be able to clean our clothes during our two weeks in Italy. However, no dryer is available, so be prepared to hang your clothes to dry on the drying line outside the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator available which holds 2 people with suitcases at a time. Bring 10 cent coins because one is required per elevator ride. You can also walk up the stairs, which we did when we did not have luggage. There are two bathrooms with showers. However, the upper-level shower does not have a curtain and has a low ceiling so I wouldn't recommend for tall people. Overall I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Naples.

It is a cool place to stay. It was a little hard to find at first and a little challenging because there are a lot of codes to enter, but we felt safe and adjusted quickly.

The apartment was perfect for our 3 day visit to Naples- the location is superb- once you get used to the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood you'll appreciate how close you are to amazing restaurants and sites. Emanuella is super kind and responsive. Be aware that finding the apartment can be challenging so stay in touch with her. Would stay again!

Emanuela was a very attentive host and communication with her was excellent throughout our stay. In terms of location, the apartment is extremely well placed for exploring the historic centre of Naples. Although located on the very busy/bustling Via S. Gregorio Armeno, where there are various shops selling figures for nativity scenes (presepe), we found the apartment to be very peaceful and we had no trouble sleeping. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. One thing that is not clear from the photographs is that the shower in the upper bathroom is under a sloped ceiling so does not have a shower screen or curtain, so care is required when showering so as not to wet the floor. One minor inconvenience is that the lock on the upper bathroom door did not work. The Chiostro di San Gregorio Armeno at the top of the street is well worth a visit; the garden is lovely and provides a real sense of tranquillity. The apartment is also very close to an excellent pastry shop for sfogliatelle.

This is the perfect place to stay in Naples. For the price it has everything. Emanuela is an attentive host and was so helpful to us. The apartment is in an historical mansion typical of Naples in the street where they make all the Christmas characters. Its right jn the middle of centro storico. It is within walking distance to every neighbourhood in Naples and only 15 minutes walk from the train station for pompei, herculaneum and Sorrento and 15 minutes walk to the port for ferries to Capri, Procida and Ischia.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed to self cater although there are so many amazing places to eat in the surrounding area you dont need to!
We were 5 people who stayed for 5 nights. It was really comfotable and we saw everything we wanted to in Naples. It was wonderful to lie in bed in the morning and listen to the nuns singing!
We highly recommend staying at Emanuelas apartment its great.

This was a great space right in the heart of Old Town Naples. Perfect location and Emanuela was awesome!

Everything about our stay was as advertised. The apartment is very well furnished, and we lacked nothing. The host, Emanuela, was very attentive and responsive and gave us all the information and assistance we needed. The views from the upper rooms are fantastic, and we were very comfortable during our week's stay here. I will definitely try and stay here again on my next trip to Naples.

We learned so much during our stay in the old town. Beautiful 4th floor apartment.

We absolutely adored everything about this immersive stay in historic Napoli! Be sure to get 10c euros for the lift from a bank ahead of time if possible as I found it hard to find someone able to make change.

This property has everything that you could want to use. Very well stocked with many kitchen gadgets, dishes, glasses, soap, laundry detergent, hair dryer, cd player with a variety of great music. The host was very kind responsive and helpful! The streets are very busy with scooters and smoking street vendors. The food is epic! Don’t accept flowers or music players. The apartment is up a lot of stairs til you can’t go further and stairs narrow. The elevator requires 20 cent coins. Don’t stop at the B&B door. That is not your place. I accidentally tried the code there. Opps. Fantastic wood ceilings!!

Overall stay was great. It was about 4 blocks from nearest parking spot so if bringing a car, it's a hike with luggage. But plenty of shopping, restaurants, activities and night life nearby. Highly recommend.

Emanuela's place was an incredibly authentic stay for us as it is right in the heart of Old Naples, next to the famous Via Dei Tribunali. The place was authentic and homely, with absolutely stunning views out the windows, plenty of natural light and plenty of space for a family of four like us. We particularly enjoyed the singing of the nuns coming from the church across the street in the early morning.
We could not fault Emanuela's hospitality. She met us after we checked in and gave us plenty of helpful information, and upon our checkout she kindly called us a taxi and explained where to get it from. We loved Naples, and we will stay again with Emanuela!

My husband and I with our adult daughter spent 3 nights in this lovely, large 4th floor apartment spread over 2 levels. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well set up and immaculately clean. We loved the location; it's quite central and in a really interesting part of Naples. There are 95 steps to the apartment but there is a small lift that was really appreciated. Emanuela was very helpful; communication was great and the check-in process was so easy.

The apartment was beautiful, light filled and spacious. Suitable for several people. It was in the heart of Cento Storico, Naples so close all the things one should see during a visit. Emmanuella was a wonderful host and was helpful in every way. We look forward to returning to Naples and staying here.

Gracious host who messaged throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. Very responsive and offered excellent recommendations when we had questions .
Fabulous apartment within steps from restaurants, transportation, historic sights, etc
Lively & colorful historic neighborhood that was meticulously cleaned up each night while the tourists slept…so impressive!
Hung the laundry out at night off the juliet balcony and brought it in each morning while hearing the church’s choir singing off in the distance 😊 cozy apartment that was well maintained and incredibly comfortable. We appreciated having enough space to really enjoy our down time as well! Having two bathrooms was icing on the cake! The showers offered excellent water pressure. If you are looking to stay in the heart of a busy, historic neighborhood, in an apartment that is perfectly charming, with a very responsive host you will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Emanuela's was great. In the beating heart of Scapanapoli, the flat is just the perfect spot! In a beautiful palazzo. Eventhough it is in a lively area the flat is quiet, perfect for a family. Emanuela has been very helpful and caring. Giving advice to visit or find a good restaurant. Flat with air conditionned, wifi, fully equiped to cook. Lift works with coins which is such a relief after long walks! We strongly recommand the place and will surely come back! Thank you Emanuela !

This Apartment is in a perfect location to explore Naples. Our host Emanuela was brilliant from booking in to checking out. All information is provided and emailed and messaged and more. Emmanuel was generous, and at hand for any information, where best to eat and visit, and will organise transfer to the airport. Brilliant stay will come again.

This is a fourth floor apartment located in a lovely courtyard off Christmas Alley in the heart of old Naples. Views towards Vesuvius and over the city rooftops. Emanuela is the perfect host - unobtrusive but available when you need her.

Emanuela was a great host - speedy and easy communication. The apartment had three good sized rooms for our 3 children (20/18/15) and my wife and I. There is plenty of bedroom space and a nice lounge area to relax. The apartment is safe, clean and bang in the centre of things. The weather was very wet when we visited but still made the most of it with a day trip to Pompei, and another to Herculaneum and climbed mount Vesuvius. For me, Naples was too crowded, and as a result looking tired, but I can imagine more relaxing when the sun shines! The apartment was great and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day after we checked out before we headed off - much easier for us. Thank you Emanuela!

We loved the apartment! It’s very central with great cafes and restaurants within minutes. There’s also a supermarket close by. It’s great to have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms for a family of 4! The owner was very kind even though our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. The apartment is on the top floor, but you can use a lift for 10 cent a time if you don’t want to walk. Would recommend to immerse yourself in old Naples!

I recently stayed at the flat in old Naples and I must say that it exceeded all of our expectations. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was just the perfect amount of time to explore the beautiful city. The flat was immaculately clean and provided us with ample space, including 2 bathrooms which was a huge plus.
The location of the flat is just perfect, situated in an old palace where artists are busy creating sculptures and other beautiful items for sale on the ground floor. The other floors of the building are residential and it's hard to believe just how big the building is once you enter through the narrow streets of old Napoli.
The owner of the flat, Emanuela, is simply wonderful. She provided us with all the necessary information during the booking process and check-in, making the whole process seamless. We forgot a small bag during checkout and Emanuela went above and beyond to help us by shipping the bag to us. Thank you again Emanuela for all your help, you made our stay that much more enjoyable.
Overall, our stay at the flat in old Naples was an unforgettable experience and we cannot wait to return one day. If you're looking for a place to stay in Naples, look no further than this amazing flat!

Extremely clean property, amazing location, very well thought out resources to help you plan your trip, host was very responsive and helpful. Overall can't express enough how happy we were with the property and Emanuela.
One thing to note is that the water temperature was sometimes cold which meant mild showers at points. Minor issue considering everything else!
Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the lovely VRBO property in the middle of historic Naples. It was very unique and very comfortable. It was great to be on the main historic street with all the Christmas activities going on! It was also a convenient place to stay for our tours to Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, and the Amalfi coast. Our three adult children were happy to have their own space, too!

Naples is like a wild child - interesting, lovable, sometimes a little crazy. But our apartment gave us the perfect way to experience Naples. The location was great and the owner was extremely helpful with advice and clear instructions. We had everything we needed for a great visit. Now we know why so many people love Naples.

Wonderful stay in Naples
We had a wonderful time in Naples and our apartment worked well for our group of 6. The property manager was very kind and patient with us and always responded very quickly. She allowed us to drop our luggage off which we appreciated greatly!
The location is excellent and the apartment was as advertised. The beds were comfortable m. The staircase is very narrow so it was tricky getting our big luggage upstairs but we did it. The shower upstairs is very small but had great pressure and worked just fine.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great time is Naples and apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short break in Naples. Emanuela is a friendly and helpful host who told us all about the many attractions we should visit in Naples. The apartment was lovely and spacious throughout, excellent facilities and view of Mount Vesuvius is amazing. Centrally located in the heart of the old town with lots of lovely shops, Pizza restaurants and espresso bars right on your door step.
A true Neapolitan experience, we will be back!
